I called very short notice. I believe I called in the morning asking for a move-in cleaning in the same afternoon. The lady on the other end made arrangements after a few phone calls to her workers and we were set! Two cleaners came on time and spoke enough English to be able to communicate effectively. Cleaning was thorough and they cleaned everything I asked them to clean. The whole experience was smooth from beginning to end.

They arrived right on time and did a very thorough job of cleaning and dusting. They dusted the ceiling fans, the light bulbs, everything. They also cleaned all the bathrooms, mopped the floors, and vacuumed.

Raquel was able to get a team of 2 cleaners to me in just a few days, working with my schedule. They arrived on time. I was able to communicate in English with no trouble, indicating what rooms/items I wanted done first, and what could be last. I only wanted them for about 3 hours, and I hadn't done any heavy cleaning for about 4 weeks, so I think that they did accomplish in a reasonable time frame what I wanted. What was nice is that I didn't have to stay completely on top of them the whole time they where here. Instead, a simple walk through saying what rooms were off limits (my husband's office) and what not to focus on (clutter on bookshelves, don't dust all the books). I did check up on them from time to time, to make sure that things were going smoothly. They did consult me on what cleaning products I'd prefer to use on the wood floors, so that was good. As with any contractor, it's good to be extremely clear from the start what you want done and to occasionally monitor.

I have used many types of cleaning services in the last 15 years, and Raquel's is the best I've ever used. The team not only did a beautiful job of cleaning what one might expect, they straightened and vacuumed my closet and left the house sparkling.

Their work was very thorough but really too thorough. They cleaned rooms that were not on the list of rooms I wanted them to clean. Also, they lost a key to an antique wind-up clock.

They rarely miss anything. Their people are very thorough. Other companies would miss a ring on the counter or not empty a trash can and so forth, but they always remember everything. They always send at least one person who has been at my house before so I don't have to re-train the people. Most other companies I've used always send the new people because my house is small and I have to re-train them.

They came when they were supposed to, but it was raining so they had to come back the next week to complete the job.

The women seemed happy, talking and laughing, and occasionally singing. I walked through initially and gave instructions. They didn't hesitate to come and ask me questions. I have a two story bookcase, which they had no problems using a ladder to go up and thoroughly clean.

I have been very pleased with their service.

I have scheduled every two weeks with them and hope this is a start of a long lasting relationship and trust. I can not tell you how pleased we are. My husband works from home and has witnessed first hand two other cleaning services and was so impressed with Raquels' ladies...by far the BEST. Every detail was attended to.

It went really well. I have used them before for big jobs and I don't really ever have to explain anything to them, they know what to do! I am going to use them on a regular basis.

I called Raquel on Friday afternoon and asked and asked if there were any way she could have someone come to clean the entire house (minus the kitchen) over the weekend. She said she would see what she could do, and she lined up 2 ladies who came out to the house first thing on Sat morning and cleaned from top to bottom, including the furniture, the walls and windows, and even the stacks of furnishings that were piled up to be put back in place. They finished around 3:30 and needless to say we were thrilled with the results and pleasant experience.

I've used her service 4 times now. The cleaning is spotty. The first time I had her cleaners out they did a full house move-in cleaning (3000 sq ft for $350) and it was spectacular! The girls worked fast and cleaned every tiny little thing, even the light bulbs! The next time I had them out was in preparation for family coming to visit. We left off a couple of rooms so it was only $250 and they, again, did a great job. This time is wasn't as thorough, but the house was really clean when they left. The last two times I've had them out have been for regular weekly-type cleanings ($95). I haven't been as pleased with these, the floors (I have tile) are always gleaming, but the bathrooms and kitchens are not as clean as I would like. I will say that some time went between the cleanings, so the house was dirtier than normal. However, I do like to have the edges of the faucet cleaned and the faucets fingerprint free. As well as the light switches being cleaned each time.

Two employees showed up at 1 p.m. and started with the master bedroom & bath. I don't understand why it took 2 man hours to do them. When I went back to see what was taking so long, Pablo was individually dusting each piece of paper laying on top of my jewelry box. Thought that was kind of weird. Honestly, that is way too much attention to detail. Around 3:30 two more people showed up and started in with mopping and other things. Honestly, the kitchen was the last room they got too, and they rushed cause they didn't get to the blinds, cobwebs, etc. I really don't believe it should have taken 10 man hours to do my house. And still to miss things that I had asked be done. My house is 3 bedroom, 2 bath but I am the only one living here and one bedroom is closed off, the other bedroom has only castoff furniture in it. I believe they stalled to draw out the job. They were very nice, but I don't think I would use them again. Oh, and the company should issue receipts for their work.

Cleaning crews have been basically on-time, with a little bit of "give" on one side or another of negotiated arrivals. There is usually a crew of two, and while they talk to each other, I don't get the sense that they are goofing off. They are efficient and get to work right away. The women are mostly Hispanic. There is usually at least one with sufficient English to understand any special requests I might have. (It helps a lot though that I have some Spanish too). They bring their own supplies but are open to using anything that I might specifically need (e.g. we have Pergo floors and I supply the cleaner). A price has been established before hand with Raquel and I leave a check. Tipping is up to me if I care to do so and/or if extra services have been performed above the basics. What is considered "basic" is something worked out with Raquel and is reasonable. My home is always properly secured when they leave, and I come back from work to a fresh, tidy, and thoroughly done house.

They are really accessible by phone. Friendly and efficient.

Two workers were sent. They arrived on time and worked nonstop. We had no communication problems and all my request were met. Both were very thorough. All furniture vacuumed and moved to clean under and behind. No signs of dog hair under beds or behind furniture!

Raquel's ladies are the best cleaning service we have ever had. We are very pleased.

The deep clean was amazing. They cleaned "EVERYTHING". I now use them every two weeks and have referred them to many friends. I've been using them for about six months now and will continue to do so. They do a great job.

Great job done well!! Raquel worked with my schedule and had four women at my home to clean before a visit from my in-laws. They all did a great job and the house positively sparkled. They dusted everything, vacuumed everything, did the inside windows and made the house look so inviting. They dusted the bottles in our wine rack and vacuumed the exhaust fans in the bathrooms that are in the ceiling! I will use them again every chance I get. Raquel's son, Pablo, came by a few days later and at a cost of $85 did all the outside windows including our floor to ceiling windows of the sun room. I recommend this company very highly.

I found out about the company from Angie's List. I can say that I really agree with all the accolades and praise given by other members. My condo is kept spotless. The price is very fair.

I like the work that do for me. At first they tried to up sell me, but we did some negotiating amongst each other and it all work out. I think they do a really good job with the tasks at hand.

There was some trouble initially with the staff working around my dog. The owner had to come out to teach them how to deal with pets. They also did poor with placing things back were they found them. Overall they did a good job with the cleaning.

There were 2 cleaners that worked on my home and they brought their own cleaning supplies. The women climbed up ladders and worked 4 to 6 hours on my home with no breaks. They did a superb job!
