My house had not been thoroughly cleaned sinced a major remodeling. After Raquel's crew cleaned, the whole house looked and smelled wonderful! Their attention to detail and efficiency was impressive. They were very conscientious about cleaning under, on top of and behind movable items, making sure that everything was put back in its original location. A bonus: They brought all of their own equipment and cleaning supplies.

Two gals arrived on time (noon) and began cleaning everything outlined in the estimate. They were very busy and did not waste time. At one point, one of Raquel's ladies came to me with a piece of glass and said she had just picked up a perfume box--perfume slipped out of bottom & fell on glass bath table--a corner of which was broken. Raquel immediately offered to pay for repair. I was worried that her cleaner might have to pay for that; but, Raquel assured me that never happens. We plan to have a new piece of glass made to fit and send Raquel the bill. Incidentally, Raquel called last week to check if I have had it repaired; but, with holiday preparations, etc we haven't yet had it repaired. I was very impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness; and, we plan to have them clean again next week. PS Raquel came in below estimate - there were two ladies and they were here a little over 4 hours.

Overall, they did a good job, but they missed a few things (oven was not cleaned as well as it should have been, and some of the drawers were not cleaned out). However, the gentleman supervising the work had the ladies re-touch the things they missed and he was very professional. In general, I was pleased, considering the price and would probably recommend them for someone wanting a good cleaning at a reasonable price.

Great work! The even came out on the weekend. I had not cleaned in a year, and now my house sparkles. Well worth the money! They even did the little things that other professionals won't do, like stack papers and do dishes. Highly recommended. I look forward to using them again!

I found Raquel's Cleaning service to be fast and efficient. There were 3 individuals dispatched to my home. They cleaned top to bottom and finished in 2 1/2 hours. They did a good job and I definitely plan to use them again!

The deep cleaning service was expensive but well worth the money. Everything was done above and beyond expectations. The people are very professional, timely and spend no time with things that don't need to be done. They get everything done that needs to be done in a very timely manner. Their weekly cleaning crew is wonderful and just so good.

There is a reason that Raquel's Cleaning Service is so highly rated - because they do a fabulous job! I have used them several times over the past year when I need a more thorough cleaning than our general maid service does. They arrive on time, listen to what I need and then efficiently tackle the dirt. This truely is a professional cleaning service. I highly recommend and will keep using them as often as I can!

I saw the listing for Raquel's Cleaning Service on Angie's List and sent Raquel an initial email. Within a day she returned my call and we set up a date for her service to come clean our house. Raquel admitted that, due to the large number of miniblinds in our house (and the fact that they had rarely been cleaned for seven years) that the price of the initial thorough cleaning would be about $250-300. Her crew of three women arrived right on time the following Tuesday and worked solidly for about four and a half to five hours. During the cleaning Raquel herself came by to check on the work and check in with me about my satisfaction, which I assured her was more than satisfied. We are planning for a regular every-other-week cleaning with them.

Raquel and her team are very accommodating, professional and do a great job. The house looks and smells clean once the team has finished and they even clean the storm door on their way out :-) We've invited them back for bi-weekly cleanings which costs less than the first time cleaning noted above.

They had good rating on Angies List and that?s why I went with them. They are very punctual and come on time. Their pricing is very good and seems to be reasonable. The quality of their work is good and I have been satisfied with their service.

They're reliable. They use the house keys we gave them to come in, do the work, and leave all before we get home. If they miss something they don't mind coming back to fix it. They're really good at what they do. We haven't shopped around but their price seems reasonable for the size of our home.

They cleaned from top to bottom including the staircase. They did an amazing job. They were very thorough. They were a two member crew. They come in and do the work on any day it does not have to be on regular basis. Their price was a little expensive.

Three ladies showed up in time. They worked very hard for 5 hours. The cleaning is well done. The only thing I don't like is that they charge for hours ($75/hour) and they fail to give a final price before hand. This made me feel uncertain.

The two cleaners arrived on time and worked almost without stopping for hours, vacuuming, dusting EVERYTHING meticulously, cleaned bathrooms, cleaned windows inside, even wiped down baseboards. They were professional, courteous, and kept the chatter to a minimum. I can't afford to use a cleaning service all the time, but when I need to, I'll be in touch with this Raquel's service again.

I am a current customer of Raquel's. I cannot say enough good things about their responsiveness, care, and the job that they do. For a 2,000 sq ft. home, I pay 100.00 per visit for full service cleaning. I have never had an issue with their willingness to do the things I need them to do, and they've been extremely responsive and happy to work with me on schedules, extra cleanings for special occasions, and other requests. The best thing about Raquel's is that she still manages the business herself and knows the homes she and her staff clean. A+!

We had them out to clean the house top to bottom in preparation for putting our home on the market. They sent three people who were in our house for a total of three hours. There was very little chatter between employees, they got right to work and didn't stop. They listened to what my priorities were and cleaned accordingly. They provided their own cleaning supplies and did a great job. I have a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 3 living area, 2600 square foot house. My house was sparkling when they left. I would definitely recommend them.

My complaints are not about the cleaning or the cleaning personnel themselves. They do an adequate job; no better or no worse than anyone else I've tried. I have experienced repeated rudeness and lack of professionalism from the woman who answers the phone and schedules services however. I don't know who she is (not Raquel, who is increasingly hard to get in touch with directly). This receptionist/scheduling person has a curt, unfriendly voice tone. Her sighs of disgust and irritation clearly convey that she is doing you a big favor to even talk to you, much less work with you if something comes up (e.g. rescheduling, pricing for unique circumstances, requests to speak to Raquel directly). She leaves voice message reminders that the cleaners will come (this is fine in and of itself) but even in these impersonal interactions sounds annoyed and like she'd rather be doing anything else than her job. I have been so turned off by this that I am discontinuing my service and going with someone else. (Who, by the way, is 15% less expensive and does just as good a job).

Raquel sent her son and another woman. They were punctual and on time. It took them exactly 4 hours. 3 of those hours, there were 2 people working and the last hour was just one person. They were busy bees. I would hire them again. They did a thorough job.

I have hired Raquel's Cleaning Service on two seperate occasions to do a deep clean in my home. I have been very happy both times. When I make an appointment with her, she is always able to work in the day that I need her. Both times I have used her have been right before the holidays. The last time I used her the weather was horrible, and she still showed up.

After a horrible experience with Maid Brigade, I tried Raquel's because of the glowing reviews. They came out and did an initial clean and I was very happy with their work, but then again, Maid Brigade did an excellent job on initial clean as well. But I decided to give them a shot and I'm glad I did. I am very happy with the service I get and with the ladies that come. I get the same crew each time, so they know how I like things done. They come every other Friday, on time, do a great job cleaning my house and charge a reasonable price. I have recommended Raquel's Cleaning to a few of my friends as well.

They come on the date they are scheduled and always call the day before to remind us. We usually get the same crew each time. They have their own key, and are reliable and trustworthy. They do a good job.

It was the best cleaning company that we have ever worked with. They were courteous, clean and thorough. I just can't tell you how impressed I was with this company! I would recommend them to others.

The two women talked constantly and seemed not to get work done quickly. They would have gotten more work done if they had split up and not talked so much. They get paid by the hour and didn't work fast enough.
