They did a good job and I was happy. I spent about $250 for their service.

Everything has been just great with this company. I have been using this company for a long time. The crew is very professional and friendly. They really go above and beyond what they have to do. They are very easy to work with and I will continue to use them.

I found them on Angie’s List and there was a coupon in there. So, I used the coupon. I spent $250 for their service. They work hard and non stop. They don’t take any breaks. They are very thorough. They even get on ladders to clean the high ceiling lights. They go above and beyond. They are really good. They clean the showers really thoroughly. The first time they came, I didn’t even know the tiles were white because I thought they were off-white. I have used other services that I didn’t get through Angie’s List before and I have never used a service like Raquel's Cleaning Service. They clean everything. They even removed the oven plate and cleaned inside the oven. Anytime I need a thorough cleaning, I always call them. I have recommended them to others as well. The workers who came out were very professional and at least one always speaks in English.

They did a really good job. They are very through and very fast. I was very pleased. She is very responsive.

Using Angie's List, I narrowed down my selection of housecleaning services and ended up emailing Raquel. I was extremely surprised and happy that she was able to accommodate me with only a week's notice. We scheduled a date and tentative time, assuming the movers would have my apartment empty and ready to clean by 1pm. All of my correspondence was via email with Raquel but the day prior to the appointment, I got a call from the cleaning staff to confirm a time. They let me know that they would come closer to 3pm to ensure the movers had completed their work. I told them that the apartment would be clear by 1pm and they could show up any time. On the day of the appointment, I got a little nervous because it was almost 3pm and I had not received any call and no one had showed up. I called Raquel's main number and the person on the other end promised to track down the cleaning crew and get an estimated arrival time within 15 minutes. About 10 minutes later I got a call from the cleaning crew confirming that they were about 15 minutes away. Sure enough, they showed up and got to work. I didn't stick around during the entire process but when I returned, they were finishing up. The place looked great! The staff was really friendly and thought they were very professional. The job came in under the estimate that Raquel quoted (although she was forced to quote the job without seeing the place). I got a follow-up email the next day from Raquel apologizing that the staff was late - which I thought was unneeded but much appreciated. After all, I did give them a window to arrive and there was some miscommunication from both sides. Hopefully they didn't get in trouble. I would definitely recommend their services.

I was very happy with the work done by this service. Raquel was very prompt in returning my call and the price quoted is comparable to other companies. When the women arrived on the scheduled date they assessed the house and got to work right away. My house was in need of some serious TLC and it was a such a relief to have their help. I had read one of the reviews that the person complained that she couldn't be more specific about what needed to be cleaned. Perhaps I might have saved money by using another company that did that but the job would have been half done. I needed it done and done right. I will be calling them again.

Solid service on short notice! We just moved into our house on Monday and I wanted to get it cleaned as soon as possible. Another company I called couldn't get here for two weeks due to the holiday weekend, but I called Raquel's Cleaning Service on Tuesday and they were able to come on Friday. I'd agree with another reviewer that responsiveness/phone contact is probably the weak point here- on Tuesday I was given the basic details and told to expect a call from Raquel on Wednesday, but that never happened; instead, I was contacted by someone else on Thursday to confirm that a team was coming out on Friday, but that they were changing the appointment to the afternoon rather than the morning as previously agreed (apparently because of the holiday). This was fine because I work from home, but might have been an inconvenience otherwise. That said--the part that really matters, the cleaning itself, went very well. The people who came to do the cleaning did a wonderful job. They were in and out in 3 hours (~2000 sq. ft. house). I needed them to move some boxes around in the walk-in closet to clean that area well and they did. The woman who cleaned the kitchen got up on top of the cabinets and removed mountains of dust that I never would've gotten to. They also cleaned some windows even though I didn't need them to, and what really struck me as going above and beyond was cleaning the dog bed. I never expected that, but really appreciated it (so did the dog, I'm sure). So overall--pleased with the services rendered, and would recommend.

Great. They were able to be there at short notice, which was greatly appreciated. The 2 ladies who cleaned did a thorough job and they didn't take any breaks. They worked at an impressive pace from the time they arrived until they departed. I was extremely pleased with their work, and scheduled a return trip.

Raquel came at the time agreed and did a very good job cleaning windows with storm windows in a 2 story house. He honored the coupon we had bought without question. $35 of the $175 that we spent was tip.

Had all of my windows cleaned inside and out. Raquel was very informative the very first time I called. I needed to schedule a time a few weeks out and a couple of weeks before, they called. Had an appt. set but then needed to change the day. They promptly called back and rescheduled. Called the day before to confirm. Set for 9 AM. Came at 9:15 (hence the B rating). Did a beautiful job on all windows. The only complaint I have is that the window in the master bath was not cleaned on the inside. I asked the gentleman if he had done it and he told me yes. After he left, I saw that it had not been. Other than that, I was VERY satisfied with the work that was done and my window sparkle. I would definitely use this service again.

Racquel called to confirm day before weather permitting taht Pablo would be out to my home at 9am. It rained hard all night and still was threatening the next morning, so I waited till 8am when I assumed their business opened and called and told them that due to the uncertainty and the sopping wet ground all around my house I would like to reschedule. Pablo called back and said he was already in my neighborhood at 8am and made it clear to me that it was a big inconvenience on him so I just agreed for him to come over and clean. For 75.00 it was a average job but I had mud tracked on my patio, cobwebs still in the screens on front patio door, rags left on site and then when the sun came out the next day I could certainly see the tell tale signs of what was sloppy work. Oh well, I take full responsibility for not using professional window cleaners who scrub everything, the windows, screens and tracks. Racquel may be great at cleaning houses but not windows LOL. I am only out 75.00 it certainly won't out me in the poor house but this was less than average service FOR SURE! Live and learn! I will be going back to Nothing But Clean Windows Company!! Worth every last cent!!!

If we were to ask them to, they would make beds. I would rather them not make the beds and spend time doing other stuff. I just leave them a note not to, and they don't. They mop in the bathrooms and kitchens. They clean the counters and any small appliances in the kitchens. We are most concerned about the bathroom and floors. We ask them if they are under any type of time constraint then to focus on those things, and they do. I like seeing the house when they are finished. It really looks different and nice. We have a dog that barks. They are ok around her. She settles down after a couple of minutes of them being here. I am happy that they don't complain about the dog. I was surprised that they cleaned out the inside of the toaster oven. Sometimes things drip there on to the pan. I usually clean it up, but not immediately. That is a little thing that isn't obvious to see, but they do it when they come.

It’s hard to schedule appointments with them. They don’t call me back when I want them to. I just talked to them yesterday and I’m trying to schedule them to come in. I found it frustrating when she didn’t call back. She said she will and I waited for an hour and a half and I called her again. Then I called her late in the afternoon and I got frustrated. They do good work when they are here but this time she’s kind of not working me in. They have two ladies for one time cleaning. Both the ladies are very good. They did great. I’ve used them four times and I thought she would work me in this time too. It was important for me to have her over because I’ve had an eye surgery and I cannot do the cleaning myself. She did not return my calls and it looks like she’s not interested in doing the work this time. I’m sure her price is standard. I would consider using their services again in the future.

I called Raquel's and got an estimate for a house cleaning and window cleaning. They got back with me with an estimate and told me exactly what would happen. A team of 3 showed up, on the dot, @ the appointed time. One member cleaned the windows while the other two cleaned the house. At one point in my life, I cleaned windows for a living. Pablo (the member that did the windows) did a very nice job. He was careful & thorough. The other members (Lydia and Rita) touched every surface in the house. They did amazing work. The house looks brand new it is so clean. Good job you guys!

This is the best cleaning service we have ever had and we plan to have them on a regular basis. Thanks again Raquel!

I called them yesterday to get an estimate for a move out cleaning. She gave me a price per hour for two girls to do the work. They came to the house this morning to review the work and give me an estimate. They gave me an estimate for $250, the price per hour went out the door. I disagreed with the price and I told the two workers the most I would pay would be $150.00. They explained the reason they were charging me this much was because they needed to thoroughly clean the blinds. The worker got on the phone and called Raquel in front of me and they began to speak in spanish. She told Raquel, not knowing I understood spanish, that I only wanted to pay $150 so she was going to clean really fast and not do a good job. Raquel then explained to me over the phone if I only paid $150 then they weren't going to clean the blinds very well. I agree to the appointment at 2pm and waited for the girls to leave to call Raquel back because I did not want to talk to her with her employees there. I called her and told her I wanted to cancel the appointment. She asked why and I told her I understood what her employees had said in front of me about doing a bad job. Raquel admitted the girl said this but then said they are employees and she can't control what they say. I told her I would be putting this on Angie's List. She apologized and said she understood why I did not want to use her services.

Upon calling it was discovered that key point was left out on the Big Deal page. It didn't clearly state whether or not it would include cleaning for both the inside and outside of the windows for the discounted price of $75.00. I spoke with Raquel and she said she would honor the price for the inside and outside. When her son arrived he said he could not honor it that price. he then said he would have to call in to speak with Raquel to see if they could honor it but after speakign with her, he said they couldn't.

Took Pablo about 3 hrs. He was polite and professional. Very impressed all around.

I have had Raquel's come every other Monday to clean my house for over a year now, and am very pleased. I always get a call to confirm the day before they are scheduled. Always, at least 2 and sometimes 3 people come. They do a very thorough and professional job.

They do an awesome job. They are always on time. They clean stuff that other people don?t clean. They work hard. They are awesome cleaners. For weekly service I pay $115. I would continue to use them.

They came in and got straight to work. Pablo was wonderful - very sweet with my dogs, who are rather vocal. I left them to do their job and I went back to work to do mine. Came home to a fabulously clean house with bright, sparkling windows! Very happy!!!

The ladies were very friendly and professional. They worked non-stop and did an outstanding job. At the time I was confined to a wheelchair because of an accident. They were so sweet and patient working around me. I have recommended them several times to others. They also cleaned our son's home and did a fantastic job there as well. When they left our home was spotless and clean and smelled wonderful. I plan to have them out again soon. We found the price very fair and plan to have them out again very soon.

Overall, the experience went well. They were very accomodating with scheduling a convenient time for me. The employees are reliable, courteous, and thoroughly deep-cleaned my home. I'm happy with their services and I would recommend them.
