The Raquel cleaning team is fantastic! We hired them to deep clean of a new home prior to move-in. They did an outstanding job and are always very meticulous with their work. They removed scuff marks from baseboards, cob webs from ceiling fans and high windows, and old carpet stains. The kitchens and bathrooms were spotless. The hard wood and tile floors looked immaculate. When I returned to the home by the end of the day, it was a dramatic difference - the home looked like new!! I can't express how outstanding this company is - we are so happy!

The team they send did a fantastic job. The house was spotless when they left, and I have scheduled monthly maintenance because of work was done so well.

Great!! The first thing I did when I came home was check the top of the fridge (a place I never clean!) and it was spotless. Their service was exactly what I needed to prepare for the party I was hosting. My home was spotless and inviting to my guests! Thanks!

The crew was on-time for their appointment and did an excellent job. All areas agreed upon to be cleaned were left spotless and the crew even tidied up some additional locations not on the list. I would not hesitate to use Raquel's Cleaning Service again should the need arise.

The service was amazing. I am a self-proclaimed neat freak and thought my house was pretty clean. Raquel's Cleaning Service took cleanliness to a new level. They cleaned light fixtures, the top of cabinets, blinds (they made my 20-year-old wood blinds look brand new) and a lot more. I strongly recommend using them if you need a deep cleaning. It is well worth the money.

Satisfied with cleaning but a little pricey and some minor communication issues

There were grease streaks on the outside of the appliances. The refrigerator door still had food streaks. I had to go clean them myself. Although they offered to come back, it was days later, and time is of the essence when showing property. What is more, as I was cleaning, I noticed other matters. For example, bugs in the corners. Debris along the railings of the stairwell. The kitchen floor also had some sticky substances, which I got out by scraping. I think they must have simply did a quick brush-up. I know Raquel used a third-party because she did not have available cleaners in-shop on the day I needed them; however, she may need to rethink her association with them because the work really came up short. Considering I paid $250 for something like a $50 quick clean, I am very disappointed. I think I'm being generous with my grading.

I was not home, but I have cameras at my house. The three person cleaning crew arrived at 9:11 and left at 11:02. I surprised that they could do the level of service I was told I would receive in that amount of time. They called me to obtain payment later in the day. I said that I was surprised they were done so fast. The bill was $180.00 instead of the $270.00 I was quoted. The house was not deep cleaned. The baseboard, doors and light switched were not cleaned. There was one place where my wood floor was still dirty. The glass in the shower was streaked. I'm not impressed with this service. I've had the same quality of work done for around $110.00. Overpriced for what you are getting. It's not a professional cleaning job. I would have gladly paid $270.00 and had my home cleaned like they described to me when I hired them.

I've been using them for about six or seven years. I had to schedule it with this guy because they only do it on Saturdays. He showed up when he was suppose to. He was professional. I would tell others that he washed the windows inside and out. He even took the screens off all the windows, even the second story windows, and cleaned the windows and put all the screens back on. I didn't have any problem but he did leave one of the windows open upstairs, but big deal, not a big deal, so I closed it. I think he just forgot, I don't think he was doing a sloppy job or anything like that, just over sight. They did a quality job. The windows hadn't been washed in probably ten years so they were dirty.

They did a great job and I will be having them out to clean my house.

They are very careful what they touch and they will ask you, they are very good. Usually, it’s three girls and they show up on time. I’ve been using them for 9 years.

Some people come in for the first time, they have a little rough start sometimes, not that they do a bad job. I called them back up and they came back up and re-cleaned it.

I have been using Raquel's services for 3-4 months and have been extremely happy! I had hired approximately 5-6 companies previously and was never satisfied with the quality of the work. Raquel's company usually sends 3-4 employees who do an excellent job! Highly recommended!

They did a really good job of cleaning. My only real issue was that after they left I had a hard time finding some things that were moved or "put away" somewhere that didn't make sense to me. I haven't hired them again, but I might.

They are always on time and consistent

Have used them 3 times. The first time they were on time and did a great job, but I was home. The 2nd and 3rd time (last one today) they literally walked around full trash cans and didn't empty them. The 2nd and 3rd cleanings I wasn't at the house, so there was no supervision. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the 2nd cleaning, and called yesterday and told the "dispatcher" to make sure that 1) they took all trash out to the alley and 2)leave the key on my desk. I just got home after a long day, and trash was still sitting there, lamps were unplugged and the key was outside. I live alone, have approx 2500 SF that I keep immaculate (in other words, it's not that difficult) and they still walked around trash. Would not recommend unless you can be home to supervise their work.

They did an amazing job. I could not be more satisfied by the service we received!! I will be sure to recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service. I am definitely using them again!
