Very great company and they did a great job overall.I have referred them to others.

They were prompt and performed wonderful work. I have a lot of sap on my windows from the trees but the windows now look as good as new. They were also professional and got the job done in reasonable time. I would recommend their services to anyone.

They were responsive and worked the whole time they were there. We got what we paid for, although we were not blown away with the cleaning.

The window cleaning procedure was not good. They did not have the right type of tools or chemicals. It was not done properly. He did a lot of work. He worked very hard and did a lot of work. He just wasn't well-equipped and well trained to do the job. He was doing it an old fashioned way with just plain water and no chemicals. I actually gave him some chemicals to add. He didn't have a squeegee or a strip washer. He just used a plain rag. He had two rags that he used. They were two microfiber rags to do the whole house. No window cleaner would do things the way he would do it. Only two rags for the whole house doesn't cut it - you would need probably twenty. He worked very hard and did all the windows inside and out. But, he didn't get them as clean as he could've because he wasn't properly equipped. I would never use them again.

Overall I m happy with the work however the tubs could have been cleaned. There was no scent. To some thats a good thing out I like the clean smell. I will request next time.

I used an Angie's List big deal. I think they did a good job and I will hire them again. I hired them because of their price and will use them again in the future. We had scheduling conflicts but they were still very responsive.

The service were completed in a professional manner and i was kept informed of any questions or problems as they cleaned my home. They arrived early and took a little longer than originally expected due to addtional work they performed. Everything was agreed on as they worked and they did an excellent job.

They were absolutely wonderful. We were very happy with the work. They arrived on time and as scheduled. They were very easy to work and did what they were supposed to do. They did everything I told them I wanted done. They were very professional.

I have cleaning done about once a month. They did a good job getting rid of dust and dog hair and performed all the tasks that they said they would in the contract. They were respectful of my antiques and oriental rugs and hardwood floors. The only thing I would want them to do differently is to use a better smelling cleaner. I believe they used a diluted clorox. Next time I will supply my own. I like a citrus smell after cleaning. They were professional, on time, and thorough. I would use them again without hesitation.

We had just moved from out of state into our house that we purchased and we had several appointments scheduled and we were trying to coordinate to have it all completed by the time our furniture arrived. I called for a quote and spoke to a very nice young woman who took my information and said that Raquel would call me later in the day to schedule an appointment. The day passed with no phone call and because we were busy with people coming in and out of the house and having services performed, it wasn't until later the second day that I called again and Raquel answered. She apologized saying that she had not gone back to the office the evening before. My intuition told me to find someone else, but I didn't want to waste another day researching and one of the other house cleaners that I had contacted called and said that he was dissolving his business. Two women arrived on time and one of them introduced herself and the other woman to me, they seemed very pleasant. It took several attempts to explain to the woman who seemed to be in charge what I wanted done. Three times she asked me if I wanted the floors done and I told her that we had an appointment with a professional floor care provider the next day and that no, I didn't want them done. They went to work immediately upstairs and I did see one of the women cleaning the railing, they were upstairs for quite some time. One of the women came downstairs and started in the kitchen cleaning the blinds, the counter and quickly wiping out the pantry and cabinets. Then the other woman came down and it seemed now that they were just trying to hurry and get done. I would have preferred that they spent more time downstairs cleaning. I asked the first woman that came down a question and she said to me "no English" GREAT! If I am going to pay someone to do something I need them to understand what I want done! I paid the $200.00 and it wasn't until after they left and I started to put some things away that I realized they didn't even clean out the drawers and medicine cabinet in the Master bath, there was globs of stuff in both. The woodwork on the doors by the handles were not clean. I ended up cleaning myself the things that I paid to have cleaned. Needless to say, I will not have them back in my home nor will I recommend them to anyone!

They arrived on time, we walked through the house and I pointed out what needed to be done and they got started. One worked on the living area most of the time and the other one did the 2 bathrooms and the kitchen. The first one helped with the kitchen when he finished the living area.

They were very professional and punctual.

I spoke on the phone with the service. Saturday is not usually a day that is given to first time people in my area but two great people agreed to come. Maria and Anna arrived on time and did an amazing job. I had originally booked for three hours but was so impressed with their work I had them stay an additional hour. They were friendly and professional. I definitely recommend the service.

Pablo arrived on time, and worked constantly to finish our windows. We have 49 windows, many of them 8 feet high, and they hadn't been cleaned for a while. Pablo had to scrape a number of the windows in addition to cleaning them. He did a great job, and cleaned up before he left. He was professional and friendly in all ways, and we were very impressed with the job he did. Highly recommended!

Pablo arrived on time and thoroughly cleaned all the windows. They are sparkling. He also helped fix a screen in one of the windows. I would use him again and recommend him to my friends and family.

3 very nice people showed up on time and worked non-stop for four hours and did not miss a speck of dust. They were very nice and a pleasure to work with (even gave my dog belly rubs).

I could not believe how responsive this company was to my email. I needed the work done right away. I got the quote on Friday and the crew was here on Saturday! Pablo and the ladies were on time, very pleasant and efficient. The work was done in 3 hours and my house looked great. My only minor complaint was that, in cleaning the blinds, they broke a couple of pieces off of the top. The price was good and they offered a coupon for the first visit! I would absolutely recommend this company and use their services again.

Awesome!! The house looked great and the windows were spotless with no streaks. They even cleaned my glass-top table on the patio. There wasn't a spot of dust anywhere in the house, even on the ceiling fans and baseboards. I called them to ask for this service about 1 week in advance. They moved things around to make sure they could get my cleaning done the day before I had a huge house full of guests for the weekend. I will definitely call them again.

They were prompt and courteous from the start -- beginning with the appointment. Even with the popularity of the Big Deal, I waited only a week between making the appointment and having the work done. I work from home, and the gentleman who cleaned my windows started outside and then worked in other areas of the house to allow me to complete my conference calls undisturbed. My windows looked great when he was done and, as a note for attention to detail, I found that every single window was properly locked!

Raquel came out and met with my wife and I to speak with us about the cleaning. My wife is bedridden and she explained to her what she would be doing with the cleaning. The bathroom is attached to my wife's room. They were very careful and gentle and did not upset my wife. They also cleaned the rest of the house, and did not irritate my wife with the cleaning chemicals. The chemicals they used were not harsh. They were very close in detail and gentle with their cleaning. I have used cleaning services in the past and nothing compares to her cleaning services. Raquel called after the work was completed to make sure everything is was okay. Raquel and the other ladies who accompanied her went above and beyond, very kind and did a magnificent job. I have had several compliments on how great the house looks.

The ladies showed up when expected and performed a top to bottom clean. They were professional and cleaned walls, doors, floors and knick knacks as I wanted. All of my requests were completed with smiles and I would recommend them to all.

I have a two storey house with tall ceilings and large windows. I purchased the service through one of the Angie's List Deals. They were on time and did a thorough job both inside and out. Every window was carefully cleaned and I was told about any problems -- such as a cracked pane -- (which was pre-existing.) They even helped me rehang some sheers. I'm very satisfied and will use them again!

The girls were an hour late. My appointment was for 2pm and they arrived at 3pm. They got to work right away and did a good job of cleaning the house.When they were finished I was told the price was to be much higher than what I was quoted. I was told it would be a maximum of $125 and I had a coupon from your list for $25 so I expected to pay $100, which I did, but the girl told me I should pay $160. When I phoned and received the quote when I made the appointment, the girl who answered the phone went to ask Raquel what my price would be and told me maximum $125. So I'm not sure where the $160 came in. Raquel phoned me after and asked how it went and we discussed the price. She said it was OK that I paid $100 but I should have paid the tax as well of $8.25. It may help if they had standards and if they spoke English.

Everything went well Service was provided at a weeks notice.

This cleaning company started out very well. However, after about the 4th cleaning they started to break items in my house and the cleaning quality deteriorated (cleaned superficial areas only) Areas under furniture and hard to reach were never cleaned and once again the cleaning crew broke several items in my house over the course of 2-3 months.
