They did a very good job cleaning our former town home from top to bottom, including wood floors/wood stairs, 2 1/2 bathrooms, and cabinets/kitchen etc. The price ended up being slightly more than the original quote. This was because when my husband inspected the house after the cleaning was done, he found a couple of things that needed to be re-cleaned (specifically, two drawers in the master bathroom that he'd shown them prior to cleaning to focus on as problem areas). They were able to re-clean the drawers nearly to his satisfaction (paint would have been damaged had they scrubbed any harder). Overall it was a positive experience and I would hire them again in the future to clean our new house.

It all went fine and they delivered the service as promised. They followed through with exactly what they said!

I called and was very underwhelmed with the person on the phone. She seemed quite uninterested in convincing me to become their client. She kept telling me every house is different and it would be costly because of the time it would take. Even when I said that it sounded fine and I wanted a deep clean. She didn't even ask my name or wanted to know anymore information. Her attitude definitely did not improve when I told her about the size of the house. Definitely not going to use them, customer service and a good attitude is key for me.

The team does and excellent job of cleaning. I think I am fairly picky, and I cannot fault their work. Very thorough. I highly recommend Racquel's staff.

I used Raquel's approximately 1 year ago and was very pleased. I called in Jan'13 and left a message with a person answering the phone. Raquel returned my call within 2 hours. She had located the information about my 1st service and gave me the available dates for the 2 ladies who cleaned my house originally. One date fit perfectly and they were scheduled. They were on time, cleaned everything very professionally and finished in 3 hours. I had to run errands and felt very comfortable leaving while they were working. My home was cleaned very well when they left just as it was the first time I used Raquel's services.

The service has been good overall. Sometimes, they don’t confirm the schedule until the day before, but otherwise, everything has gone well.

Raquel and Ana were very helpful on the phone in answering my questions, providing an estimate and scheduling the work around my schedule. Raquel confirmed the day prior to the work date, and the workers actually showed up an hour early (not a huge problem for me). The cleaners were friendly and personable and I was able to continue to work from home on my laptop while they worked. They were at my house around 2.5 hours and when they left, it looked and smelled fantastic. My shower hasn't been that clean since I moved in! The baseboards were not all cleaned as much as I'd like, but that was the only thing I noticed out of all of the top-to-bottom cleaning that was done in the house. They even cleaned the oven and offered to do more than I expected. After the visit, Raquel called to see if I was satisfied. So overall, I was very happy with Raquel and her team.

Overall, they do an excellent job and are very thorough. My only issue has been around timing. The first time they came, they were almost an hour late from when they were supposed to arrive, and the second time they came, they were 30 minutes early. Since I work from home and wanted to be there while they were cleaning, it wasn't a real problem.

I just feel like they do a very thorough job. They clean underneath furniture. We has hardwood floors and so you can always tell right away that they've been cleaned or not cleaned. They always do a good job. They are just very consistent. We have dogs and they will come in and clean even with the dogs inside because it's too cold for the dogs to go out. They are very careful, never broken anything. They kind of do more in some areas if I specify something different, it's not just a set routine and they're flexible in working with me as far as time. I feel like they are expensive but it's a good value for the work done.

They have been fantastic! Their customer service is always very personable. When I speak with them on the phone, they are extremely friendly and down to earth. I have recommended them to my friends.

Their service wasn’t that good. The windows were streaky. I don’t think he used a squeegee. He was a nice person.

The team showed up on time and got right to work. They were busy working the whole time they were on site. Their work exceeded expectations. I have used this service several times since my first experience.

It was a good experience. They were nice and personable. They were very responsive.

The first cleaning, as I said, was satisfactory except for the breakage. The second cleaning also was satisfactory as far as the cleaning itself. However, they plugged in a Bath and Body Works scented oil plug in unit upside down in the socket. This allowed the bottle of oil to completely empty onto my brand new kitchen floor. The oil seeped deeply into the new grout of my tile floor. It is now permanently stained and I will have to live with that for years. It seems to me that any professional cleaning person should know how to plug in a scented oil unit.

Overall, I couldn't be happier. This was my first experience with a maid service and it was a good one.

The owner called to and was very attentive with reminders and follow ups. We were very satisfied with the job and have decided to use the business on a continuing basis.

We set up an appointment with Raquel's team. She is very friendly and called us to confirm the appointment, both the day before the cleaning and then on the day of. On the day of the cleaning, her team was ahead of schedule so she called again to ask if it was OK if they showed up early. Her team dusted, vacuumed, polished, scrubbed, and cleaned our mirrors. They worked very hard for several hours and the house looks GREAT! We are delighted and will use them again. Don't know why we didn't do this sooner. THANK YOU RAQUEL!

raquel's son did the cleaning, he did a great job. when i contacted raquel to reschedule i could not get them to come back on a day that worked best for me, she kept wanting to schedule it for a saturday.

The 2 person team did an excellent job! Raquel responded promptly and was very honest regarding the service pricing. She was able to have the work done 2 days later. We scheduled Raquel's team for 4 hours but it took an additional 3 hours to finish, even with 2 people. Raquel and the team took on the extra work an time required to complete the job.

They arrived on time as scheduled. They went right to work and didnn't waste any time. They were v ery professional and courteous. They did a very fine job and it was money well spent. I couldn't believe what a difference it made. The whole house fltl much brighter and lighter. I plan to use them every Spring and Fall and would hihgly recommend them to anyone that I know.

The staff showed up exactly on time. They cleaned everything in my home from light bulbs to baseboards to blinds and 26 windows. They did an outstanding job. I don't believe there is any dust that survived their cleaning crew. Great job and thank you.

I like that they brought their own cleaning supplies and that there was not a heavy chemical smell from the supplies they used. We have several animals in the house and that was not an issue for them. The crew did a very good job and we were especially impressed that they were able to get two problem areas cleaned, one of which I thought was un-cleanable. They worked consistently. We had 4 or 5 people here, which I liked, because it only took a couple of hours. They were also able to accommodate a request for a cleaning on pretty short notice, which I also appreciated. I had not called them back because it was kind of an expensive treat for us, but it is really worth it. They stuck to the estimate they gave me on the phone. I am about to call them again to see if they can come back

We've used Raquel's for over two years now. They do a good job for a reasonable price. We've added another member to our family since they started cleaning for us and they haven't raised the price, which is nice. I do feel like the quality has declined a bit, but that may be our fault - not as good about 'pre-cleaning' as I used to be, and if they spend more time picking up clutter, they may not have as much time to actually do the deep cleaning part... I'd recommend them, just didn't give them an A because of the picky details.
