Raquel and her team did a good job cleaning our 3/2 house. It ended up costing more than I expected but there were 3 people cleaning instead of 2. I'm grateful it got done. Thank you!

Raquel's team was fantastic. They cleaned EVERYTHING! They did baseboards, blinds, floors, bathrooms, furniture, kitchen....everything. They were all very pleasant and professional and our home is super clean now! They even loved on my dog who loves it when people pay attention to him. I have to say the value for the money was exceptional! Just to make sure I express how impressed I am, they have patterns in the carpet where they swept, it looks really nice. They have patterns in the furniture where they vacuumed, I even saw them wiping down our throw pillows, all I can say is WOW! They dusted everything, even little nik naks, shelves, pictures, light fixtures. Again, they cleaned EVERYTHING! I have to agree with the positive reviews on Angie's list and appreciate everyone providing those comments!

I needed Raquel and her crew to make a house ready for staging and sale -- it's a house with a huge number of windows and polished surfaces, like granite and tile. Raquel and her crew provided cleaning supplies and throroughly shined up the windows, inside and out, cleaned the window sills and all the small corners, and were wonderful to work with. I don't live in Dallas, but if I did, I would always use Raquel.

Raquel's Cleaning Service has been helping with my housekeeping since 1989. They have come to my house, on time, every other week for 25 years. Raquel and her staff consistently do a good job, are punctual, and are honest. Raquel has had very little turnover in all these years which says something about the quality of her business and her character as a business manager.

There are three ladies that come and for my house it takes them 2 hours. They do general house cleaning. I have been using them for 5 or 6 years. They are rated high. I am very happy with them. They are one of the better priced companies and they are always on time. They are very good. I have to schedule them 7 to 10 days ahead of time. They are very busy, they do Monday thru Friday. They do not do service on Saturday or Sunday. I will continue to use them. They are very responsive and they will work with you to get a time.

Raquel's employees did a phenomenally thourogh job of cleaning our home! Having never used a cleaning service before I initally thought the price of $270 for a deep Spring Cleaning was a bit high. However, after speaking with friends who regularly use a cleaning service and seeing the results of the provided by Raquel's crew I've found Raquel's rates to be quite fair. The crew who came to our home were professional, polite, and communication was not an issue. I am now utilizing Raquel's Cleaning service on a regular basis. I whole-heartedly recommend Raquel's service.

It has been a couple of years since I used this company, but I keep getting asked to do a review, so I will. :) We used the company because of a special deal. We weren't that impressed. From what I recall, the provider only used water - no actual cleaner. It just didn't really do the trick.

Worker was professional, timely, & thorough. Disappointed to find out upon arrival that he would be using no chemicals, only water and cleaning towels. Feel as though I had been cheated. This program requires payment in advance, so I had already had paid for the service. Never have used the "Big Deal" program again. $99 is way over priced for water.

They have come to my house twice for a thorough house-cleaning, and both times they have broken light fixtures. They apologize and deduct a small amount from the bill. I then have the inconvenience of replacing the light fixture and having someone install it. I think I will be moving on to a more reliable house-cleaner.

The crew that came this time was different due to the fact it was on a Friday, which normally they don't clean houses on Friday. I had a feeling that these girls kinda didn't want to be there and . Since they had never cleaned my house before, I had to tell them what to do and monitor a lot of the work that they did. The work performed was kinda sloppy. I had to go behind them after they left and wipe off kitchen cabinets, reclean the glass shower door in main bathroom, remop the main bathroom in the main bedroom. They did do a good job cleaning the glass areas and dishes. They did do an adequate job in dusting furniture. I will just have to make sure next time I call to make sure I get the regular cleaning crew that usually comes. I usually call at least two weeks ahead to schedule a time. I have been getting my house cleaned on a Tuesday and have had no problems. Raquel is not that punctual in returning phone calls. She usually calls on a Friday when they aren't working to confirm the appointment. The work is for the most part done well and the maids do show up on time. It was just this one time that things really didn't work out.

We found them on Angie's List. We have used them for a long time. They have been the best housecleaners we have ever had. The cleaners are very reliable and they do a great job. They clean every two weeks.

We were very pleased with our cleaning on Saturday. Raquel was very accommodating and understanding when we had to change our appointment three times due to construction delays. Her staff was on time, friendly, nice and agreed to everything we asked them to clean as we did the initial walk through. Our house was very dirty and the staff worked hard and efficiently. Their estimate of the time it would take was exactly what was quoted at the start of the cleaning. I continue to look for things the staff might have accidentally missed, but I have yet to find anything. I would definitely recommend.

My fiance and I recently bought our first home in Dallas. It had been vacant for some time, and although had a prior cleaning by the seller, we wanted a deeper cleaning. We called Raquel's, she stated that their deep cleaning involved bathrooms (we have 2), kitchen, all shelving, windows/blinds, etc. We were very excited because this sounded great. She quoted us around $200, 210. Our home is a 2/2 and is 1500 sq. ft. We thought this was high, but fine, because it sounded like they would really do a great job. We always used to believe that you get what you pay for, so we went with a higher priced cleaning from a place with better reviews. The cleaning crew got there right on time, they were extremely sweet women. Very polite, nice to our dog, nice to us. Worked nonstop. Great work ethic, which is what makes the rest of this review difficult to write, but I have to be honest for others considering using Raquel's Cleaning Service. After they finished, we asked, how much. $335 AFTER taking into account the AL $25 coupon!! So, $360, really. What? For our little home? She just said, you have a lot of windows. We thought, okay, we haven't really seen their work yet, would feel rude looking around to see what was done (we hadn't been paying attention because we had been moving boxes around), but, they looked like they were working hard, so surely they did some great work, and we have a lot of windows, so fine, $335 is reasonable enough - we thought. We paid, and they left. After they left, my fiance ran her fingers over windowsills and various places in the showers, other places in the house... Still dirty. Dust on fingers dirty. We had to spend our first weekend in our new home going over their work. Clean shelves? Moderately clean shelves. Not $335 worth of clean. There were still little specks. I think they just vacuumed them, to be honest. We would have done that ourselves for over $300. The freezer still had food stuck on it. I thought they would have at least wiped that down. The window glass looked decent enough, though. I guess there is that. And the wood floor was vacuumed, and the kitchen floor was mopped. But I'd rather have paid a lot less, just gotten the windows alone done, and then cleaned everything else myself. They really did work hard, or it looked like they did... we're just not sure what they cleaned exactly, because it wasn't our cabinets or our bathrooms. Anyways, very sweet, nice, punctual, hard-working women. Just not good at what they do, and it really, really, really feels like we got completely ripped off.

The service providers that came were early, worked hard and did a great job. They cleaned lights, ceiling fans, carpet, bathrooms, kitchen, literally everything. They even cleaned out the fireplace. After they cleaned they walked the house with my wife and I to make sure we were completely satisfied. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

I feel they are a little inconsistent. But no worse or better than anyone else. If you call and tell them they missed something, they will fix it. I do feel like I pay a little too much, but since I'm not home, I'm not sure how long they are here. its about 39/hr after you are established. the first cleaning is more- i forget how much.

The service providers showed up on time, and worked very hard. However, I was charged more than I was originally quoted over the phone.

WOW, talk about a cleaning dynamo team, they clean stuff I would never think to touch. What a great group of ladies. They cleaned base boards, window sills, oven, everything !!!!!! kudos!!!!!!

I found Raquel on Angie's List and called her Saturday morning. I wanted to schedule a make-ready cleaning for a newly purchased home prior to moving in and wanted it as soon as possible. Raquel was able to send over 4 people that day and they thoroughly cleaned the home, cabinets inside and out and all surfaces. It was terrific and they did a great job.

Three members of the staff arrived exactly when they said they would, and provided all of the equipment and supplies to clean the property. The home was completely empty upon their arrival. They immediately started working, obviously having experience on what needed to start soaking or get sprayed first. They worked tirelessly for three straight hours until every corner of the 1,600sf home was spotless. Prompt, professional, and the quality of work was phenomenal. We will use this service in the future.

very thorough cleaning of all surfaces, inside cabinets, wood painting, oven, microwaves...

I was very please with the entire process from the phone call to the completed job. The company will call every 8 months or so and ask if the windows need cleaning again. This helps me because I don't have time to stop and call.

they did excellent work. the place was full of sawdust from installation of hardwood floors new drywall and other various projects. I would definitely use them again.

The crew was amazing. The attention to detail was most impressive . We have tried other cleaning companies but still had to go in and detail. We will definitely call them back.

CLEANED ENTIRE HOUSE, WHICH CONTAINED 2 1/2 BATHROOMS, BEDROOMS, LIVINGROOM , DINING ROOM AND A KITCHEN WITH FAMLY ROOM. EACH AND EVERY SURFACE WAS CLEANED, OR DUSTED INCLUDING WINDOW FRAMES, FLOORS WERE VACUUMED OR SWIFFERED IN THE KITCHEN, ALL APPLIANCES WERE C;EANED OR POLISHED AND WE WERE DELIGHTED. IT WAS THE BEST CLEANING JOB EVER DONE ON OUR HOME AND THE PRICE WAS UNBELIEVABLY REASONABLE. THE SERVICE PROVIDERS WERE EARLY, CLEAN AND PERSONABLE. WE WERE 100 PERCENT PLEASED.
