Three women performed a deep cleaning of our house. They did a great, thorough job. Such a great job that we hired them to perform regular cleaning.

The cleaners took care of all appliances, base boards, mini blinds, floors, dusting, bathrooms. All was spotless and shiny!

Well, I chose Raquel's based on the quality of work comments in Angie's. I noticed they were not the most economical and don't really offer any 1st time user discounts, but wanted to see how good of a job they did. I ordered 6 hours of cleaning for $180 thinking this should be enough at least to rate them. Right away, they called and asked about the size of my house and wanted more money. I explained it was about 4500 sq ft. I believe they quoted $450 total. Seemed like a lot for a house cleaning, so I said let's just do the 1st floor and see how it goes. The first floor is a kitchen, two formal rooms no one goes in, a family room, half bath, master, master bath and an office. Well, they came and started cleaning, and told us they would need more money to finish (just the downstairs). We said OK, go ahead and finish (there were 3 workers) thinking it couldn't be much more, but the total came out to $450 for only the 1st floor (not even the stairs)! That's a little bit crazy. I've paid $250 before to get the whole house deep cleaned for the same quality work. $450 for only the first floor? 15 hours of work? It wasn't that dirty. I wanted to give them an A on quality, but I would expect something above and beyond for such a premium price and I just didn't see it.

These ladies went right to work and didn't stop until our home was clean. They even worked around a room that was being painted and didn't mind a bit. I am very pleased with Raquel's service and plan to use them on a regular basis. I highly recommend them.

They are really good. They do a very good job. The price is fair. The service is great. I give tip to the cleaners. They do a great job. They have an alarm code and they have my key but I have not noticed anything missing or anything like that. I like the work that they do. However, I am going to discontinue their services by the end of July because I am going to take some time off from working. I will recommend them. They always call before the day of the appointment. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I never had a problem with them at all.

These ladies did an excellent job! My wife was impressed and so was our Realtor. They arrived on time with their own supplies, asked for a tour of the house and then went to work. They spent nearly 6 hours cleaning everything under the sun. The cleaned the baseboards, plantation shutters and 2-inch blinds, the ceiling fans, light fixtures, swept, mopped, vacuumed, cleaned the bathrooms top to bottom, dusted, etc... It was a thorough job as promised. Due to this service, I will continue to use them even after my house sells. I have scheduled them to return weekly for maintenance cleaning.

IF you are NOT USING Raquels then you are not getting the best house cleaning for the best price. I have been using them for about a year, they are the best, two lady teams, clean top to bottom patio bath kitchen WOW.

I just changed my mind on this deal, did not need it. I really cannot distinguish a grade for them.

We had a two person team clean our apartment in a "move out" clean. I usually do the cleaning myself, but I just had a baby and was unable to do the heavy lifting/hard scrubbing that can come with a "move out" clean. The ladies came early, worked for about four and a half hours, and did a fabulous job. They did a "top to bottom" clean, as promised (vacuumed, base boards, dusting, windows, bathrooms, light fixtures, etc.). The apartment was about 1900 square feet (3/2.5), they made sure it looked wonderful when they were done. Raquel's does like someone to be there when they are cleaning, so make sure that you have the time available when they are there. I just stayed in a room where they were not working, to be out of their way. I would use Raquel's again, in a heartbeat!

I wanted to have my house cleaned prior to my daughter's graduation party and contacted Raquel's through Angie's List. I explained that although my house is a 3/2, I did not need any of the bedrooms cleaned, only the bathrooms, kitchen and living areas. The ladies who came out did a good job, especially considering I had been painting earlier in the week so things were very disorganized. Although there were a few small things missed (some ladies were more detail oriented than others), there were others done that I did not anticipate and was extremely pleased with. The final total even came in lower than originally quoted. My only not 100% positive comments: I was a little concerned when it was requested that we convert our conversation to regular email than through Angie's List. Also, I had to contact Raquel's the day prior to my cleaning to find out what time to expect the crew. I'm glad I did or I would have been sitting at home most of the day waiting (I was slotted for 2:00 pm). And finally, I did have to leave the house after they were done to escape the bleach fumes. I know the bathrooms definitely needed it, but my daughter and I both had headaches because of the fumes. Bottom line - good service, but just not the right fit for me.

I called Raquel's number desperate, because I had just had surgery and my husband decided to bring in overseas clients and wanted them entertained in our home - day after tomorrow! They were very nice, got me on the schedule for the next day within minutes, showed up on time, did a beautiful job cleaning the whole house from top to bottom. I plan to use them again for regular cleaning.

They did a wonderful job! This was Spring cleaning, but in all actuality, I have neglected most of my housecleaning over the past year due to work, school and giving care to my mother. They did fans, ceilings, blinds, baseboards-- moved furniture to vacuum, even turned our sofa sleeper over to clean! Our house smelled wonderful and I had a huge sense of peace that it was once again spic and span.

I had to change the time from when I first booked the service, and Raquel was very accomodating. Her staff arrived on time and were very nice and professional. I have to admit I didn't think two people could do everything I wanted in only 4 hours, but they did. They even moved some small pieces of furniture to clean the baseboards. And somehow they got the bath tubs clean, something my boyfriend has failed to do no matter how much he scrubs them. Even my boyfriend was impressed with what they did - it looked great and smelled wonderful.

After contacting Raquel, we made arrangements for a crew to come. All the details were covered and so agreed apon. Pablo and the ladies showed up promptly and got straight to work. They were very thorough and quick to ask questions if they needed any clarifications. Some of the work was more seasonal and I had not gotten to it as I normally would have this spring. They cleaned all the appliances in the kitchen, windowsills, really cleaned each room from top to bottom. I was happy to schedule them to come back every other week for the rest of the summer, while I am completing my treatment.

I worked with Fillippe Perez and he was very honest. He was very detailed oriented and I have used him again since.

It went really well. They sent a crew of three for four hours. Every surface was touched. They even vacuumed above the cabinets

I found Raquel on Angie's list. I was looking for a weekly cleaning service. I have been using Raquel's cleaning service for a few weeks now and I am extremely happy. The ladies who come out each week are lovely, very professional and hard working and it is a joy each week to come home to a beautifully clean house. Raquel is wonderful, she clearly loves what she does and takes great pride in providing an excellent service to her clients. I highly recommend this service.

I called Raquel's Cleaning Service at the last minute and told her that I needed someone to clean my house ASAP. She had a crew at my house the second day after I called. Excellent service and cleaning.

I used the big deal from Raquel's Cleaning Service Inc a big after the purchase. There were no additional charges on top of the 75 dollars for the big deal. My windows were clean. There were no issues. It wasn't like it was stupendous but it was a fine job. I felt like I got what I paid for. It was good. It was fine. I would probably use this provider in the future.

I have two cats and a small dog. It wasn't messy, it was just dirty. Two ladies showed up on time and cleaned for 5 hours @ $30/person/hour. They cleaned the baseboards, blinds, ceiling fans and everything in between. I was very happy with the quality of the service and the speed in which they worked. This was the initial cleaning, so it took a little longer, but subsequent cleanings should be much quicker. One of the cleaners accidentally left a few scratches on the vent-a-hood, but she was very honest and let me know. It wasn't a big deal, but I was impressed that she let me know. She even asked me if I wanted to call Raquel, but there was no need. I will definitely use them again. I recommend this service for sure. They get an A!

It went wonderfully. They were three ladies. They were fast, efficient and very good workers. I am disabled and was in their way the whole time. They worked around me and smiled. Certain things I wanted done a certain way and they did it cheerfully. I was very, very impressed and have scheduled a on-going services with Raquel's for each month. Would recommend them to everyone.

They did an excellent job, were very easy to work with an very reasonably priced. In fact, they did such an awesome job that they are going to be cleaning my new home on a bi-weekly basis.
