Description of Work: Raquel's cleaning service did a very good job on my home. I'm very meticulous regarding my home and Raquel's staff impressed me. they were very detailed in their cleaning and i was pleased with the outcome. It was a delight in speaking with Raquel- she was very sweet. I intend to using this service going forward!

Description of Work: We hired Raquel's team to clean on a schedule after having a good experience with them. They were punctual and the house looked great. We have a 2000 square ft. house and we were paying 125.00. Raquel and I came to an agreement that since her team was going to start here twice a month that we could reduce the rate to 108.00. Since the quality of work was excellent, I agreed to the price. It was my intention to make sure that we had a service provider that we could trust on a schedule before we had our first child in April and I thought that I had made a great choice. Unfortunately once we started the schedule the quality of work seemed to go down hill. I did not mention it the first time I noticed a change. The second time we noticed that the bathrooms were not clean. As I am here in the house when they are here, I walked into my bedroom and found the dirty bathmats on top of our bed! I asked the woman to please not put the bath mats on top of our clean furniture and it took a few tries for her to get it. We had to wash the entire bed. This is not fun when you have just had a C section and are trying to care for a two week old. In the guest bedroom, even though they changed the sheets, they wiped off the window sill on to the pillow shams and there was a dead bug and dust all over the newly changed pillow cases. I called Raquel and let her know that the quality was less than I expected from them and she was very cordial. I decided to give them another chance. Again, the work was shoddy. Floors were still dirty, toilets were not cleaned, kitchen sink was not clean. I decided to mention to the women working here and thought we could work it out with a little instruction on my part and continue a relationship with Raquel, until this morning. While up at 3 am feeding our daughter, I checked our voice mail and had a message from Raquel asking if her crew could come today at 9 or noon instead of 2 or 3. She called us earlier that afternoon to confirm the appointment for today and I asked what time they would be here and was told, in the afternoon. I asked her to be more specific and was told between 2 or 3. This is our regularly scheduled start time. I called her back this morning to see if she worked it out and she was SO RUDE. I started off by telling her that my Tuesdays were open and they could come whenever they needed to be here without talking to me first and by the time we finished our conversation she was no longer under our employ. Although I was not planning on telling her the work done last time was poor quality, I decided that she needed to know after all. She argued with me and her attitude was very defensive and poor. She used every excuse in the book from our dogs to maybe our house was not picked up enough for them to get to everything. It was pretty sad. We are not interested in any of that. What a disappointment!

Description of Work: They brought all of their own cleaning supplies and went right to work. They left no surface un-dusted, no floor un-swept or un-mopped. They cleaned underneath furniture and straightened closets. The bathrooms and kitchen are sparkling and they were very friendly. I will certainly use their services again.

Description of Work: Raquel's ladies cleaned upstairs, stairway, downstairs (3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths) kitchen & family area, living-room, dinning room & three hall ways. This was the 4th time so I didn't expect as deep cleaning. They really did a thorough job - were right on time and actually spent a little extra time - I felt they deserved a tip although I don't tip; just, because it seems as if it is enough money. They will come again as I have set the next appointment.

Description of Work: Need to get my 2 bedroom apartment cleaned and saw the good rating on Angies List. The cleaning crew came over, it was 3 people total and did a really good thorough job on the whole apartment. The actually scrubbed areas with great effort rather than simply spraying on cleaning and barely wiping it with a paper towel. They cleaned areas that many cleaning agencies don't usually clean, such as ceiling fans, chairs and under tables and a lot of other nooks ands crannies. Also, the amount they charged was very reasonable for a 3 person crew for 2 hours. It was less than or the same as I was being quoted for a 2 person crew from other places.

Description of Work: I called Raquel based on her ratings on Angie's List. She was prompt is finalising a time for cleaning my home. I requested a spring cleaning service. The team arrived on time, got their own supples and got to work right away. They very professionally dealt with their task and went one room at a time, one job at a time. Overall, I was very happy with the job. I just found them a bit pricey.

Description of Work: This company is very professional. The owner returned my first call promptly and scheduled a cleaning crew within 2 days. The two ladies worked quickly and efficiently to clean our business from top to bottom. We are very pleased with their work and will use them regularly.
