+ 0 moreI had an appliance company come out a few days earlier. The technician was lazy, unknowledgeable and wanted to argue with me about the problem. He was quickly shown the door. Rapid Appliance Repair was contracted with my home warranty and sent a technician out a few days later. I have to say I was impressed. The Technician that came out was knowledgeable about dryers, had a really accurate idea as to the problem. Along with going above and beyond what I expected, this individual climbed into my attic, found and unclogged the vent line for the dryer and also explained why my machine was constantly running on auto. If anyone ever needs an appliance repair service, I would definitely recommend this company.
Description of Work: The provider came out to fix my dryer. The dryer was leaking water and would run constantly on auto.
