+ -1 moreFrankly, he could have really gouged us as no one understands plumbing. We were selling the house and the buyer was curious about this issue. Randy came out and was very practical, patient, and clear about why there was water in the clean out pipes, what it meant, and what needed to be done. This is a very trustworthy journeyman plumber. Randy isn't as slick or fancy as the larger plumbing companies. But he answers the phone, calls you back and shows up. He's trustworthy, a hard worker, and sure, a bit country. But he's a go-to-guy.
Description of Work: I used Randy because my client's house had water in the sewer clean out pipes. The Sewer clean outs had to be evaluated by a licensed plumber.
