William Garcia did an excellent job. Very knowledgable and experienced in the subject matter. Pricing was very fair - lower than other firms I bid the project out to. He used only the best materials, which honestly should be done in all new home construction. Very professional, prompt, and responsive throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend for similar projects, or other carpentry work.

. I first contacted our roofer, who faulted the chimney repair. I then contacted William Garcia, who promptly came out with his assistant within 24 hours. He thoroughly inspected both interior and exterior and found that wind had blown rain under the shingles. He caulked down the slightly lifted shingle. He confirmed what we'd suspected, that wind had driven the rain under the shingle. The chimney repair remained intact. I am impressed that he drove 70miles round trip to stand by his work. I'd written a review of his repair done in 2015, but he has listed under a new business name (formerly Leak Doctor). His expertise and workmanship are superior. In 2015 his $1100 charge was very reasonable (I'd gotten other estimates for twice that cost). His faithfulness in coming out without even a trip fee is noteworthy and appreciated. I trust that we'll continue leak free from the chimney. Writing this review is the least I can do to help build Mr. Garcia's new business!

William and his crew were awesome. They were efficient, but cut no corners. The repairs were done in a single day, and the wall looks brand new. Plus, he guarantee's his work for two years. From the time we pulled the trigger on repairs to completed project was 2 days. I can't recommend him highly enough.
