+ 6 moreIt could not have gone better. Mike began working immediately and stayed at it until the job was done. It took approximately two weeks, but Mike essentially did all the work himself. He stuck to his estimate, even though the job became more complicated than was expected. He was courteous to the tenants in the house, and worked long hours. My tenants have been raving about the bathrooms ever since. I even decided to give Mike an extra $200 based on how happy I was with his work. The pictures speak for themselves.
Description of Work: Michael replaced rotten walls and studs in the bathrooms on both sides of my double. He replaced leaking pipes in the wall, removed the bathtubs, and installed new bathtubs and alcoves. He also installed new sinks and vanities, laid tile flooring, patched holes in the floor around the tubs, and painted both bathrooms.
