They were good. They were here in the time frame they said they would be.

They were good. The person didn't know tat part of the "Big Deal" was the cleaning of the A/C. I had to print out my coupon and show it to him because he didn't know about it. The guy was really knowledgeable and helpful.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it did not turn out well. The guy came over and poked around a little bit. He was outside for, maybe, five minutes and then something went wrong with my air conditioner anyway. I don't think he did a really thorough job on it. He told me he found a part that could be kind of faulty and that I could decide whether or not to get it replaced. The part that broke later was not that part, it was another one. The repair man who came out to fix it told me my problem was something he would have caught if he had done the routine inspection. I just don't think the person from Quality 1 spent a lot of time out here. He was just in and out real quick, gave the air conditioner a once over and that was it. He was a nice guy and it was a good price. He was there on time.

It was good. My husband was here. They came out within a day or two. It cost more because of the Freon. My husband was pleased and we would use them again.

Went very well! Juan arrived promptly at the scheduled service time. Both the technician (Juan) and the owner, Mohammad, did a wonderful job explaining the problem, as well as explaining various solutions. I will definitely use this company in the future.

They were good! It cost us another $500 for the fans beyond the big deal amount. The Angie's list deal was great and the price they charged was probably normal or average. They came out the same day we called them. They were actually early and they told me they were going to be early. The guy didn't introduce himself. He told me he was there to fix my air conditioner but nothing was labeled and he didn't have an uniform

They checked and cleaned everything. They found a few problems and fixed them as well. The did a great job. I was very happy with the service and I have used them ever since for any services I might need them for.

It went great. The technician was on time and extremely thorough.

They were quick and efficient and the prices were very reasonable. The units have been working smoothly since. I live in a patio home and the space outside that they worked in was very small and narrow so it was not an easy job for them and they did great and they took the $39 off of the total service plus 10% off.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was very good. I paid $150 additional for the cleaning and Freon. They gave me a 10% discount. He was very professional and came on time. He explained everything that he was doing.

Came out the afternoon of day one to determine issue. Needed a motor replaced in the attic. Didn't have part. Returned the following morning with part to complete the job. Very professional and timely.

I called around noon on a Tuesday and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. That was great as it was a hot July day in Mesquite, TX. I did ask in case they could come later that night and they said it was hard to schedule a same day visit but they'd try. Well, 90 minutes later I get a phone call saying they can be home within an hour! Sadly, I had left home for the afternoon so we had to pass on that generous offer and stick to the next-day option. The lady on the phone was very efficient and informed me they'd come between 8-10 AM. Wednesday morning they knocked at around 8:30. I was still sleeping so when I checked my phone I noticed they had called at 8 to inform me they were on their way. Impressive communication, I must say. the visit was to the point, Jose asked about the problem and proceeded to check the outside unit and within five minutes came to show me a burnt-out part that needed repair. He said I could buy it myself or he had some in the car. Of course I went for the part in the car as it was faster and figured, even if I save 20 by going out and buying it myself I can't make him wait, nor do I want to wait for my A/C to be back on. He replaced the part, he cleaned the outside unit, he brought a light to show me the issue in the inside unit and the system was back at work. He mentioned my unit is old and may need to be totally replaced sooner than later; I've heard this before but we're not ready for the investment so i thanked him for his recommendation. Everything went great, it was fast, and the communication from the company is excellent. I am a picky customer so my only concern is why don't A/C companies have the shoe covers that furniture deliveries usually carry, so as to not stain the carpet. But then again, I have seen no A/C company do this and I've dealt with 3 in the last 5 years. Again, being as picky as I am, I remain impressed with Quality 1st's efficient communication and work.

No problems, told us of our need to replace our coils in the attic and the outside unit would not last much longer.

Update - was finally called after this review posted to apologize that they hadn't been in touch, and blamed Angie's List for not making them aware of the new system where service providers are guaranteed to contact the customer by a certain date. I am not aware if this is indeed a new way of doing things so I cannot comment on that. Refund promptly processed by Angie's List for the Big Deal.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND WORK AND THE PRICE GOOD

It took several days and a couple of calls from Angies List to get them to call us. The young man that was sent to do the job was very business like and did his job without fanfare. He inspected all the elements of each of our systems - we thought we might have an overflow problem; howeve, he assured us this was not a problem. He cleaned out our condensers with a chemical mixture inasmuch as he felt this would extend the life of the equipment. He discovered what might be an oil leak; however, he could not ascertain the source of the problem, so we passed on his offer to do some additional work to evaluate the impact of the leak. He will send us a maintenance contract which we will evaluate.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went fine. They were pretty prompt and they didn't try to sell me anything. For this visit, it was good. They stuck to the deal. They didn't show up when we had it first scheduled. They had called and they were able to come out pretty fast after that.

I scheduled the appointment first thing in the morning to avoid possible delays. The serviceman was an hour and half late, but didn't bother to call to let me know he was running late. I had to call them twice to get a status. Once he arrived I was very happy with the tech and quality of service. Communication is too important to overlook if you want repeat customers.

Very quickly repaired the unit, and was very professional.

Great company! Prompt, responsive and left NO mess when they were done. Very nice staff, both office and install crew. Would refer them to others in a heartbeat!

They came out and checked the condenser and put a piece of foam insulation around a piece that had condensation on it free of charge. He also checked the pressure levels. I was completely satisfied with the service. The appointment was kept as scheduled and the work was done efficiently.
