Needed 5 ton AC so the cost was higher

They had good customer service and they pretty much knew what they were doing. They got in and out pretty quickly which was fine. As far as the service goes, I cannot tell because the pipes are behind the wall. They were very professional. I would consider using them again in the future.

Quality 1 was on time, installed the unit in about 5 hours and was finished. Very courteous and didn't make a mess at all.

It worked out great. There was an additional charge because I had them do extra work. My wife said they did a good job.

Owner was very prompt to send someone out. I thought the price was fair and they were very courteous and responsive.

I purchased a service for tune up of my HVAC systems via Angies Deal, and after a few weeks, called the company to schedule. They said they do not service Keller and to go thru Angies List to get my money back.

It was absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond. One of the owners of the business actually came out himself because the guys who were supposed to be here got jammed up on another job and they didn't want to leave it. He was extremely polite, courteous and efficient. He got the inspection that we purchased and the tune-up done really well. While he was out here, we asked him about additional services that we want. We've just bought the house and we wanted to put a ductless system in an upstairs room that wasn't getting enough air conditioning from the main system. We were just going to extend it up there. He walked around, made some measurements, went away and sent us a quote for that. We shopped that quote around to a couple of other providers recommended on Angie's List, and he was the cheapest by a good portion, so we ended up having him do the work. He did extremely well. That has only just been finished. It was fantastic service. His absolute professionalism, his courtesy, his knowledge and the fact that he didn't try to up-sell us on things stood out. He did what we paid for. He took the time to explain a few things and answer questions that we had. He also spent time looking into other work that we might potentially have wanted him to do. He gave us information and spent about 30 minutes here beyond the work that he'd been paid for, obviously trying to get new business off of us, but he was very knowledgeable and very free with his responses to our questions. We spend $2,900 total on the job. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

They were great. There were other repairs on the AC unit that he found. It was funny when he was coming to clean it, my AC went out the same day. They were courteous, on time and very helpful.

When I purchased the coupon I filled out the three service request dates that were asked for. I never got a message or a call. After waiting a couple of more weeks I e-mailed them again and they called me. We scheduled service for Tuesday September 24th at 3pm and I had my wife leave work early to be a the home waiting for them. They never called or emailed to reschedule. I wrote an email to them and they said they had it scheduled for the next Thursday or they could push it back another week to the next Tuesday again. At this point I do not want to do anything with them.

Jose arrived timely. He was neat clean and personable. He had no problem explaining everything he did. When my husband came home I asked him to review everything with him and he was happy to do it. He did not try to upsell us anything, although we had him provide insulation that was missing on one of the connections. He had it in his truck and the price was reasonable.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out excellent. They came when they were supposed, they did what they were supposed to and more. Their price was very reasonable.

Technician showed up on time and was professional. He checked all of our A/C units and gave us the information on how the units were performing. He was very honest as he told us about a few minor issues, but said that it wasn't a big problem and not worth the cost. He explained one other more material problem to us and gave us an estimate for the repair cost with no sales pressure,

They were punctual and courteous, and cleaned our AC unit thoroughly. However, they did say that they would follow up with some more services that needed to be done and never did. So I ended up using another company to install a drain pan and add more return on our AC upstairs. But they did the job that I purchased the Big Deal for, and did it well.

The server was great... ontime and done well.

It turned out great! They were wonderful! We have two small children in our home and our A/C was out. They made special arrangements to come out Friday evening so we wouldn't have to go all weekend with air conditioning with triple digit temperatures! We appreciated that very much!

I wish they had checked to see why my lights blink when the A/C unit comes on.

Saab came to the house on time, was very professional and knew what he was doing. We will call him every time we need service.

The technician showed up on time and did a great job. He showed me pictures of the problems and explained the causes then gave me a quote for repair. I'm satisfied with the service and would recommend.

A fantastic experience, start to finish. Q1 is really professional about communication: they have a regular phone number, and an and quot;emergencyand quot; number for Sundays, and someone will call you back right away. (For what it's worth, they're also great over email. Last year, we wanted to know if our unit had been damaged by a hailstorm. I emailed photos to Mohammad Gharbieh, and it turned out we didn't need any repairs at that time). I was able to get an appointment quickly, and I had a work window of 9 am - 10 am -- which I thought was pretty specific. Mohammad called to tell me (1) when my technician was on his way, and (2) what his name was. Jose was excellent, efficient, and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem, was able to explain what was wrong, and let me know how much the necessary replacement part would cost. He also observed that my compressor (outside unit) needed cleaning. I had been planning to schedule a separate maintenance appointment, but we were able to get it all done at once, and the total price was a bargain. I paid $55 for the diagnostic/service call/maintenance, $25 to do a chemical cleaning of the compressor (instead of just water, which is free with a maintenance appointment), and ($125 - 10%, thanks to an Angie's List coupon) for the new capacitor. The whole thing took less than an hour.

It went fine, we ended up adding $25 to have the coils cleaned with chemicals instead of just water but still felt the price was fair and that the guy did a good job.

The condenser was really dirty and he offered to either clean it with water or their chemical solution. I took his advice and opted to pay more the chemical solution. Polite and efficient. I would recommend them. The only hiccup was that I didn't receive a promised call-back from the owner to schedule the appointment. I had to call him.

Wasn't able to clean the coils because he said he couldn't get to them the way my AC was installed. Very nice guy. I would use them again.
