It went very well and was done exactly as described in the Angie's ad.

Excellent experience. This was an and quot;Angie's Big Dealand quot; ($139.00 value for $39.00+materials and Parts) Arrived on time. Jose' appearance was very neat, clean and was very professional. Introduced himself and when he was invited into our home he put on some protective shoe covers, being considerate of our carpet flooring. I showed him where things were, gave him a new air filter and he went to work. Following his inspection, he explained in clear layman's terms what he had done and what were his findings. He invited me to look at a small leak in the capacitor. No pressure to replace it right then, but said that it would probably fail soon and keep the unit from running until replaced. He pointed out that the condenser coils should be cleaned soon and that I could do that or he would be pleased to do it. When asked, he provided to me the additional cost after applying a 10% discount. I authorized him to repair and maintain both items. He had a replacement capacitor in his truck. He tested his work and everything was working fine. He disposed of the old filter and capacitor. After Jose' had left, I called and spoke with the manager to let him know what a great job Jose' had done for us and to thank him.

We responded to one of Angie's Big Deal promotions which is how we came to use Quality 1. We met with Mohammad who was very professional and my husband and I both apprecited how he didn't try to upsell us on another unit. He explained that the and quot;Big Dealand quot; would fit our needs perfectly so not only did we purchase the unit that we and quot;neededand quot; to replace we went ahead and upgraded our second one for almost the same price that we were quoted from other HVAC Repair companies to replace just one. We are very satisfied with the work that was done and would highly recommend the company.

I contacted four companies for quotes on repair/replace two A/C units which had burned out compressors. I only wanted Trane products to replace the current units. Mohammad was the third company I called, he offered to come to my house the same day I called. After discussing my options, he worked closely with my wife and I EDUCATING us on the benefits of each choice. We did not feel pressured to purchase the more expensive options. Although they were not the lowest quote (one was cheaper), I felt comfortable working with Quality 1 Energy System because they are a family business. On the day of installation, the team arrived promptly and walked me through the entire plan for the day. The installers worked cleanly and were polite to my family. Mohammad and Syed were both at my house and made me feel like their only customer. I was pleased with their company and have already referred them to a friend. I contacted them after the sale about questions and they seem more than happy to assist me. I am expecting a long-term relationship with Quality 1 Energy Systems, including having them come for routine maintenance. I know I made the right decision and would recommend them for all A/C and heating jobs, big or small.

At first I was very optimistic about having these guys out. There prices seemed reasonable and Mohammed called me and after talking with him I was highly optimistic. My system was under preforming and having trouble cooling the house on warm days. Sadly the tech that came out simply didn't know what he was doing. I wanted my system checked for leaks and if none found I wanted the system correctly charged. When he arrived I also specifically requested he measure sub-cooling because of previous experience with my system. Unfortunately he checked super-heat only and determined my system was correctly charged. I tried explaining to him again that the AC was not cooling correctly and was running 24 hours a day and barley able to maintain reasonable temperatures. He cited delta Ts (difference between air temp going in and coming out of system) as evidence the system was working. I tried explaining to him that the delta Ts were good because it was only 70 degrees out that day and the system was not under much load. He then told me my system was probably poorly designed and did not have enough cooling capacity. I have 6 tons for 3000 square feet which should be plenty. I asked him to add a few pounds of coolant but he didn't think it needed so would not and left. I went outside and he had not put the covers back on my units. Bottom line I feel like I paid for someone to come over and argue with me and got nothing. I had to call another company to come out and they fixed it right up. I would look elsewhere for service and can't recommend these guys.

I received same day service, which was a blessing given how hot it has been. Saan was very conscientious, knowledgable, and thorough. He showed me how to clean the outside units myself by simply hosing them down. I would definitely call them again for A/C service.

l spoke with a technician about whether I needed to get my a/c compressor coils professionally cleaned. Based on the information I provided, the technician felt that I was doing a good job of maintaining my coils myself and did not recommend having them professionaly cleaned. I appreciated the technician's honestly and that he did not try to sell me a service that was not needed. I will definitely use him again when I do have an a/c or heating issue!!

The complete expericence was great. The company never tried to oversell me. The price was fair, and the service was exceptional. The crew finished faster than I expected, and they cleaned up well after they left. We deatl the Mohammad, and he was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Quality 1 Energy Systems to anyone.

As I said above, he checked both units inside and out. He didn't have to do a tune-up, but told me that I would need to change the air filter soon. He checked the freon and told me it was a third low, but he would have to charge me for a complete refill for $50.00, so I declined that service.

It was ok, nothing spectacular but I would recommend them. They came out pretty quick and were on time.

I would say I got my moneys worth to walk into the door. I think he did more then the $39 worth, it was just the freon cost that caught me.

I purchased an HVAC tune-up deal, and the service technician came out and evaluated the unit. It turns out that the condenser needed to be replaced. We got several options quoted, compared them to similar options from another company, and went with Quality 1. We got a 17 seer, 4 ton Trane unit for $8250, when the other company was quoting over $10k for a 16 seer Lennox. They performed the installation quickly and cleanly, and we've been happy with the unit so far.

The work went good and they did not charge me anything extra.

I found Quality 1 Energy Systems through the recent Angie's List deal promotion for a full XR13 system replacement. I called Q1ES the very first day and within hours, Mohammad arrived at my home for a custom assessment and quote of my systems. While my HVAC systems were fully operational and without immediate concern when he came to my home, Mohammad was honest and fair in stating that there was no immediate need to change the systems but that some efficiencies could be gained if I wanted to proactively replace the systems through the deal. I respected his honesty and professionalism and decided that the Angies List promotion was too good to pass up. I ended up purchasing the Angies List deal from him plus an entire additional system at the same time. Today, he and the crew completed the entire 2 system replacement. They were extremely clean and courteous and left no trace in my home that major HVAC equipment replacement had occurred. Mohammad was extremely well priced (through the Angies List deal and through a seperate transaction) and went above and beyond my expectations of the transaction by completing other HVAC related tasks and replacements in the same visit. Really respect the approach and attention to detail, the professionalism of this operation, and the extremely fair pricing all the way around. After a mixup with my appointment time, they arrived and went right to work. The tech checked out all units and gave honest feedback to me, which I feel was very important. At no point did I feel he was trying to upsell me or anything like that. He gave his honest opinions on where he felt my system was and also did some of the things that would be considered preventative maintenance. He cleaned the outdoor condenser coils, checked the amperages, and also checked the freon charges, etc. There was no lubrication involved, as is usually stated on these and quot;tune ups,and quot; but I believe many of these systems are self lubricating, whatever that means. Needless to say, I felt it was a great job and would use them again for future work. I was impressed with their professionalism and it all seemed thorough.

Our heater stopped working on the coldest day of this year. Called one company but they could not fix it and suggested to replace the furnace. One of my friends suggested to call Quality and I called them. The service charge was a good value. The response was very quick and they sent a technician same day after hours. Saad came and did a through troubleshooting and found it was a loose connection on the pc board. He fixed it and also gave several valuable suggestion. I asked him about replacing the system but he was not all pushy and gave me suggestion and said let them know whenever I am ready. Later I got a quote from their corporate and it was better than other companies quotes. Then I had to leave on vacation and will replace the system once I am ready. My friend who referred them to me had his system replaced couple of years back and had been very happy with their service and highly recommend them. I would not hesistate to call them for service or system replacement.
