Description of Work: Sign up with a deal on Angie's list. They never contacted me after two attempts and it's been a week. Don't know how well their work is but their customer service is lacking big time to say the least.

Description of Work: The appointment was for between 10-12. I had to call at 1:30 to find out where they were and when they were coming. Saad said the receptionist wasn't in and he didn't know about the scheduled time but that he would come out in about 30 minutes. That was my only real complaint as he was quite nice and efficient and professional when he did get here. I won't use this company again only because they said they don't service my area but did this time because I had already paid for it through Angie's List. [I had not seen any indication of this when I paid for the deal]
