Frank Vitale from Priority Roofing is the best roofer I encountered. Before deciding to go with Priority Roofing I also contacted four other roofers with top reviews, but Frank was the one I felt that I could trust the most. Now that all the works (roof, siding, and fence) are done, with top quality and within my budget, I feel a need to post a review that may be useful for others looking to hire a trustworthy roofer. Frank at Priority Roofing is highly professional in his job, he is also kind, friendly, and considerate, from the start to the finish line handling my three projects. I fully agree with the top reviews others wrote about him, and I wish his business the best.

I want to compliment John Del Valle. John has been the contractor for my new roof with Priority Roofing. He is come up with some wonderful ideas. I now have black gutters that match beautifully to my new roof. John is very responsive to all of my calls and questions. I would recommend Priority Roofing and John Del Valle to everyone.

Priority roofing did an amazing job on our roof. Grant Miller worked with our insurance company and kept us informed of all necessary information. He definitely cares about his customers. We would highly recommend them and will only being using them in the future!

Two representatives of Priority Contracting and Roofing knocked on our door one day when they were canvassing our neighborhood to market their roofing services. Wes Taylor and Grant Miller stood out from the several other roofing company representatives that had also been canvassing the neighborhood. They were just more professional and more engaging. I allowed them to examine our roof. They took numerous pictures and said they felt sure our insurance company would cover the cost of a new roof, subject to our deductible being paid. They described their company’s philosophy of customer service and how they stand behind their work. After spending about 10 minutes talking with them, I called our insurance company to file a claim. When the adjuster came to inspect our roof, Wes was also present to go over the issues he and Grant had spotted on their inspection. The adjuster concluded that our roof qualified for replacement under our insurance policy. I scheduled the date for the work to be done and my wife and I chose the GAF Timberline shingle we wanted. All the roofing materials were delivered to our home the day before the roof was installed and stacked neatly on one side of our driveway, leaving room for the trailer dumpster on the other side. The next morning the crew began work at 7:15 am as we were told they would. They worked efficiently and with great attention to detail. There was an assigned project manager, Josue Aguilera, who introduced himself and made sure things would go smoothly. Grant showed up, too, and even helped pitch in on the roof for several hours. By 4:45 the roof was on and the crew began cleaning the yard and flower beds (they were covered with tarps to protect the shrubs and bushes). They also went over the yard with a magnetic rake to pick up any stray nails. Once they finished the clean up, other than the fact that our roof looked fantastic, you would never know they had been there. Wes came by to see if we were pleased with their work and advised us to expect a follow up quality control inspection in a few weeks just to make sure everything met their very high standard and to go over our 5 year warranty on their workmanship. While this may be the last roof we need to put on, our experience with Wes, Grant, and Josue could not have been more positive. I would not hesitate to recommend them and Priority Contracting and Roofing to anyone in need of a new roof or roof repairs. They are first class all the way!!

Stephen my sales person was not pushy and sold me exactly what i needed he stayed on the roof the whole time he making sure the roof was done right and he was truly a Godsend. Timing was great. price was excellent and clean up was thorough they cleaned even behind my bushes in wich i did not expect and not even one nail was left behind. great job

Priority Contracting and Roofing: a polite business sense, flexible scheduling and quality work. They are indeed tops! Our new roof started to appear around October 2017 when a friendly and pleasant gentleman named Daniel Johnson knocked on our door and asked if we had gotten any estimates to replace our roof since last April’s hailstorm here in Duncanville, Texas. I said no, because I thought our roof seemed to be fine. After a few minutes of chit-chat he politely left. A couple of months he later he stopped back by and asked again if we had gotten an estimate and I said we still had not, but thanks for checking in anyway. With that Daniel said he would gladly go up onto our roof and inspect it more closely and take photographs so I could get a better idea of the damage that had occurred. I agreed and up he went. Sure enough the shingles appeared to have quite a bit of damage that was not that visible from the ground and our metal wind turbines were extremely dented (More than I had realized). Again, Daniel politely left and said to get back to him if I do make the decision to proceed with the repair. Then in April, 2018 when the hail damage was almost a year old I decided that if I was going to file an insurance claim that it would be best to do that before the 365-day mark from the date of the incident. And so I did. We happen to have had several outdoor home improvement projects going at this particular time already and Daniel and Priority worked with my schedule to do their replacement work. So about a month after I agreed to have Priority do the roof replacement they began their work. We did have to call and reschedule the start date because one of our project’s got delayed and that was quite workable for Priority. Materials were delivered to our home on a Friday and early the next week the workers and Daniel showed up on the day we had previously planned to start on our roof. In a matter of only two days the whole project was done and it was done in a professional manner and looked great! They even did a little extra by replacing plywood and and shingles on top of our leaking add-on back porch. It was a pleasure to have that occasional leak-fest replaced! Daniel even gave me a great recommendation for a house painter. As a result we ended up looking great from top to bottom! Daniel’s gentle persistence paid off for him and for us and for our forty-four year old home that now has a great new complexion! My wife and I were quite pleased and I can confidently recommend Daniel and Priority Contracting and Roofing to you if you’re in the market.

This was my first time getting a new roof. My salesman took care of contacting my insurance and setting up the insurance adjuster. The manager answered all my questions(there were many) and walked me through every page of the confusing insurance estimate. The project manager was so polite and professional. The crew was in and out in one day. They left my house and yard super clean.

They were the fastest and best quality of any roofer in the 75007 storm area this spring. My neighbors are having to weight 2 days for a job completion and some have have nails left behind. Justin was fabulous in the handling of the job!!!

The representative was really friendly and attentive. The crew came out and they were quick and efficient! It took only one day for them to completely remove and install a new roof even in a 100 degree temps!

Priority Contracting is outstanding in every way. I cannot say enough good things about this pro. The project manager and the crew were amazing. They were friendly and easy to work with but also very professional. I had additional work done beside the roof to include gutters, soffit and other exterior trim and again, they did an outstanding job. The complete job went perfect from start to finish. Brandon first determined that we had received hail damage and met the adjuster here to point out the exact location, so there would be no confusion. The company has the highest integrity level. The new roof was approved and the work crew was efficient, fast, knowledgeable, and did a wonderful job of cleaning up. I was impressed with the contractor's(Aaron) experience and knowledge when it came to the roofing industry. He promised he would do an excellent, quality job, and he made sure that it happened. Aaron came out, and inspected the roof for hail damage at the beginning; from there, I filed a claim with my insurance company, and when they sent an adjuster to assess the damage, Aaron met them on the roof to make sure they didn't miss anything. From there, my insurance company paid to have my roof replaced, and the job was scheduled. Everything took place in a quick and timely manner. I was impressed how the crew worked quickly, and cleaned everything up when they were finished. The day after the work was done, the project manager called me and scheduled a time to do a final inspection. He inspected the quality of the work, then gave me a labor warranty certificate. Overall, I was very impressed and satisfied from the price that I paid to the overall quality and management of the project. I would gladly recommend Priority Contracting and Roofing to anyone.

Priority Contracting and Roofing did a great job on our new roof! Will was very professional, helpful, and trustworthy. They did everything the right way and we were very happy with the work done. Caleb called me when the roof was done to go over a final inspection with me just to make sure I was happy and hand delivered my warranty. First class!!!
