I echo all the other sentiments on reviews. Alfredo was quick to respond and very professional. We had a large job (5 bedrooms, hallways, staircase and bathroom) It took 3 days and a team of 3-4 guys. All super neat and professionals. Skim coated, sanded and beautifully painted. Could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would use again.

I hired Roger for a remodel and a stop work order was placed on my door on 01/30/18 by the city because a permit was never submitted, since then Adalia have been trying to get it approved, no work has been done for 2 weeks, the project was suppose to be complete the week on 01/30/17, my home is turned upside down and I need this project done

They were easy to work with and to schedule as needed

Lovely people to have in your home. They knew how to patch a crack in the turn of the vaulted ceiling so it wouldn’t crack again. Unfortunately we had already repaired it the wrong way. But they repaired the holes in the walls left by the electrician without using the sheet rock circles that had been cut out so that the plugs would never fall in. No one else knew to repair it that way. Very impressive.

Total professional organization from the very first phone contact for an appointment, to Roger the Project Manager and all the way to the working crews. Roger was very thorough in explaining, step by step, the process to remove the wallpaper, then prep the walls for painting and then the painting. The crews were neat, efficient and left the dining room even cleaner than when they started. When the project was completed, Roger came by to inspect the walls and ceiling and to make sure I was satisfied and the job met his satisfaction too. Thoroughly professional, Arnaldo and his crew did a fantastic job of painting our home. Not only did they complete the project (two bedrooms, bath and living room) in a single day (talk about efficiency!), they also left my floors spic and span. I wasn't sure what to expect and anxious whether the finish/quality of work would be decent given their speed. Needless to say, I was beyond delighted on the day of our final walk-through and now we are in love with our new home! Roger, our Project Manager, invested a lot of his time helping us pick colors/paint and explain the 'nitty-gritties' of the job at hand and to a great extent, quelled all our fears. Overall, this team exceeded our expectations. I would therefore highly recommend Precision Painting Plus to anyone in two minds about whom to pick :)

Great service and nice work!

Extremely disappointed. Sloppy Workman ship. The salesman told us the job would be finished in 2 days. The project manager thought, and was correct that it SHOULD be 3 days. The salesman was only concerned about gettin the painters in and out as quickly as possible to move on to another job. The project manager was truly great to deal with and sent painter back for a 3rd day. However, the painting project was a disaster.Baseboards had to be redone, since they looked streaky and only primed. Places were missed, droplets of paint on doors, floors, painters left their brushes and rollers in my sink after their day was over and a roller pan and roller and small can behind my back door. When my wife was goi g to hang curtains she noticed a section of wall above our cabinets that wasn?t painted and the border paper wasn?t removed. I complained and the project manager sent his painter back. My bathroom sink has a chip in it, our cabinet in the office was chipped. Some of the speckling was very sloppy and lumpy. We?ll NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. EXTREMELY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED. There are more things but I?ll stop here.

Alex (Project Manager) and his team were very Professional and did an outstanding job from start to finish! Alex was quick to contact me and set up a convenient appointment time to meet that fit my busy schedule. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a timeline with exact dates and times that his team would start and finish. His costs were very reasonable and on par with other estimates. This was right before Thanksgiving and his team was able to finish up right in time for the holiday. The painters were very meticulous, worked extremely hard, and cleaned up everything everyday. I cannot say enough about the great service we received. We will definitely use them again. Thank you.

The job was far from precision, I have lots of pictures I can post, but home advisor does not has an option. I’ll just do it on google and any other site that I can upload them too. They missed so Many spots and we had them come back and fix everything. However they still got paint all over my high hats, door knobs, and window hardware. I am still waiting on a 100 check that they promised to give back to me. I really hope at least one person reads this review and decideds to go elsewhere, I wish I did.

Roger and the Precision team were on time and made the two rooms that I had painted look like new. I was kept updated on exactly what was going to happen and when. Also, why and how they would fix problems such as popped nails in the sheet rock and untidy seams due to settling. I was very happy with their professionalism and quality. Their price was in the middle range of the two quotes but thought it was very reasonable.

Roger and his men did a phenomenal job on our new how. We had 5 rooms painted. They were very professional and clean. Everything was completed impeccable. We will definitely use them for future projects. We left them in our house for about 5 days, very trustworthy and do excellent work! I highly recommend Precision Painting Plus.

This is a tough review. The process to actually get the job scheduled was a nightmare. Actually, whatever is 50 times worse than that is the case. I called and left VMs for the project manager, the scheduler, and spoke to the Cust Svc team 3-4 times before I finally called in and had to berate someone to get a call back. This took 5+ weeks from the time my check was deposited. Once the PM got on site, the job cost doubled, due to the inability of the sales person to ask proper questions about what needed to be done. At that point, I didn't want to start the process over, so I just told them to go ahead, as I had the rental tenants already living there. Finally, at least the quality of the work was outstanding. They did a thoroughly excellent job; it was clean, precise, and done on time. If I could have cut through the rest of the organizational incompetence, I'd be happy to recommend this group to anyone. But, the level of fury I had to achieve in order to get someone to do the most basic of tasks correctly, was downright offensive.

Our painting job necessitated a lot of plastering and taping, as we have a lot of woodwork. Precision was extremely conscientious and careful and did a thoroughly professional job.
