Precision Painting Plus of Plano

Precision painting did an excellent job painting the interior of my home in just a few short days. Justin the project manager was helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

I hired Precision Painting to paint my pool. They charged me $1300. The painters were professional and the pool was a nice, even royal blue. Unfortunately, the paint faded to a light blue in 8 weeks. We also experienced significant chalking (footprints appeared wherever you would step). I informed them of this problem. My Project Coordinator was Anthony Adames. Ken Sanford was the Senior Project Manager. At this time, they said fading was normal for a pool. I told them the last paint job last 8 years, faded evenly and we did not experience chalking. I asked them to come look before the end of the season. They did not. They sent a Benjamin Moore in the spring after a number of calls. His name was Anthony Aleman. He was prompt and responsive. Unfortunately, he looked at the already faded paint and stated, "While I understand the pool was just painted one year ago you need to expect some fading over time due to the UV exposure as well as the chemicals being used in the pool." Precision Painting walked away from me. I am hiring another company to paint the pool. While the result was completely unacceptable, the customer service and care was worse. They made a poor effort (after accepting my money) to right the wrong. They did not see the pool in its current state although I requested a visit and the only action was after numerous contacts. I am a loyal customer with the many of the same service providers for the 20+ years I have lived in Westchester. While I have seen that they respond to the reviews, customer service is poor. They did not show care to me as a customer. Precision Painting is not recommended.

On time they did exactly as promised. The house looks great!

They did a great power washing job and were very careful to protect the shrubs and plants.

We are ( my wife and i) glad that team from Precision Painting Plus paint interior of our house. The whole job was done very well. The Team's former Alexey a very friendly and accommodating person. All phases of the project were done right, the preparation, spackling, painting and the cleaning. The team was doing their job very professionally. We are quite satisfied with the results. The interior on our house looks new now. Thank you Alexey, his team and Precision Painting Plus for doing such a great job.

Work is still not complete, paid for, the leak is not repaired properly.

I would use them again. Very accommodating and responsive.

Management took a long time scheduling the work after signing the agreement to have them do it. I had to call several times and finally the got back to me and then set up a date. Workers wwere excellent.

They did a very good job of fixing the multiple cracks I had all over my ceiling. They were priced the highest but had a special lead license that my building required and did a good job. They also said they could get the job done the following week which they did. I did have to call the main office to make that happen because I had not heard from them when they were supposed to start.

Beautiful work done quickly and exceeded expectations. Well done!

They called back first and quick.Giovanni came next day for evaluating what I need and gave estimate,discussed all they would do to help.Workers were good,kept areas covered not being painted and cleaned up eachday.Very good work!

The operation at Precision Painting Plus was professional from beginning to end. Appointments were always kept and on-time. The office support staff was patient with my questions regarding insurance coverage and prompt about sending me the certificates that I needed to proceed. The staff who performed the work were polite, worked hard and did a great job. The billing was very efficiently completed. I would definitely patronize this business again.

I used them for flooring and painting. I would not recommend them since they brought one person to paint my apartment and the job took 7 days instead of 5 days or less.

I also hired PPP to power wash my house , front stoop, and back patio. They spent over 8 hours working steadily and did a terrific job. When I asked to have the patio retouched, they did it without any hassle. The painting of the front shutters, front and back doors, and garage door, came out perfect. I will definitely use PPP again.

Roger did an excellent job of setting our expectations and his estimate was accurate. Occasionally I had to reach out to Roger to remind him of follow-up work that was still pending; in each situation Roger was prompt in returning my call and coordinating the work that needed to be done. Franco and his crew were punctual and professional. The two rooms and hallway they painted for us look great. Franco steered us in the right direction in regards to the paint brand to use for our wood trim and the color to apply to our fireplace surround.
