He did a most exceptional work, there were two guys, one guy came to do the threshold, another guy came for the weather striping, they also pulled out old paneling and replaced it with a new one, and they did a very very good job, I was very satisfied with their work. They were very honest and good.

The response was quick and they came out the very next day. Completed the work and it was done very well. We also are engaging them to do more repair work next week.

The price he said I owed at the end seemed higher than what I agreed to. He also said he charges higher prices based on the neighborhood he’s in, and it seemed he saw my occupation and quality of products inside my home and increased the price more than what he originally quoted me. I didn’t argue about it but I didn’t like that. If you have to deal with him I would suggest to get a firm quote in writing and make sure he doesn’t demand a higher price at the end.

Stephen has helped me with numerous projects over the past several years. He has literally been a lifesaver on a couple occasions. He is knowledgable and goes above and beyond anyone I have hired previously. He does a great job at a fair price, and pays attention to detail to make sure the job is done right. I trust Stephen and highly recommended him.

Steve came in and looked at my bathroom. We then discussed different ways to handle my remodel. After we agreed on plans for the project, Steve gave me an estimate and explained what items I would be providing and the type, size or quantities I would need. Once everything was ready to go, Steve came in and worked for several days until all the work was completed. He came in on-time whenever he said he would and always cleaned-up before he left. Everything went smoothly, work was completed on-time and according to the budget and I have a beautiful new bathroom.

Workmanship overall is very good. I was however, a little concerned with his professionalism and customer service. He quoted me a price and I replied "awesome can you be here on Thursday? ". He carried on a while about his schedule and said he would call to let me know when he would come. After a week he called on a Wednesday night at 9pm to report he could be there the following day. I told him I'd made plans for Thursday, but my husband was available on Saturday. He arrived on Saturday to cut the cabinet. He advised my husband that the price quoted didn't include install. That was fine, it was my fault for not confirming the details. It wasn't worth incurring an extra expense - you match the wires and push the unit in the wall. He left and said he would email me a receipt. I don't believe he has my email address, but ok (insert shoulder shrug here).

We discovered there were drainage problems as a result of issues on the part of the builder. This is a 13 year old home. Stephen had to use a hammer drill to correct those concerns and then he was able to install the new commode. He was also patient with my curious grandchildren who decided he was one of the family.

The fellow seemed very informed and helpful. Very mannerly, and professional. But, after no response with a quote my view of vendor's professionalism plummeted. I thought he had just lost contact information, so I reached out to the company again. When the vendor said he would be back with quote within 2 days, and failed to even call back with something...anything...I formed a negative opinion. Hope the problem really is that he just has too much business...But, I had to move on to a company.

They worked hard, worked on week end, and I will use them again.

I feel like there was a lack of professionalism and no follow-through with the customer service. There was also never an apology for what happened. I do not plan to use them for any work at this point.

We live in a house in the Henderson Ave./M Streets area that was built in 1940. Our upstairs bathroom is small and oddly shaped (diagonal walls, trapezoid-shaped vanity, etc.). Before the renovation, there was old linoleum on the floor, peeling paint on the walls, water damage to the wood underneath the linoleum, a laminate countertop, and white tile around the tub/shower that was deeply stained with mildew. Did I mention that over the years the house had shifted, creating a height difference of about two inches between one end of the bathroom and the other? Stephen's quote was detailed and clear. He walked us through the uncertainties (we wouldn't know the extent of the water damage until the linoleum was pulled up) and the options (removing the tub or not removing it) and how it would affect the price. After we booked him, Stephen met us at Home Depot to walk us through the options of tile flooring, wall tiles (for the shower), and granite countertops. He also recommended the best places to source those supplies. All in, the project took about a week and a half. Stephen and his colleague Chip were extremely professional and courteous, clean, and communicative. Stephen called or emailed almost daily to provide updates and explain any changes. He was inventive with cost-cutting and space-saving measures. Most importantly, Stephen and Chip were sticklers for work well done. They are perfectionists, and it shows. The tile work is immaculate and the paint job is outstanding--rather than just slap on another coat, Chip removed the layers of old paint and meticulously applied primer and multiple layers of new paint to our well-worn walls. Our bathroom was a tricky one, and we couldn't be more pleased with its new look. We would recommend Possibility In Focus to anyone and absolutely use Stephen again for future projects in our home. He and Chip went above and beyond what was expected. We couldn't have asked for anything better

Stephen and his partner showed up at the designated time. They went right to work looking at the frame. Eventually they found the refrigerator itself wasn't level because of some damage to the feet. They fabricated a fix and slid the refrigerator in place. No need to make extensive cuts to the existing wood frame! Stephen was excellent. He knew he turned down a more expensive job by fixing the refrigerator itself. Such a nice man and professional. I will be using him again in the future when my kitchen needs a proper remodeling.

Stephen is extremely detail oriented with high quality of work. If we give him a task, it will be done right. We have been using them for all handyman work for years. He comes up with solutions to our problems. For example, he came up with a solution to keep our children safe by building in a bookshelf to block in the playroom area and anchoring it to the wall. We trust Stephen a great deal.

Steven, who performed the work, was very polite and pleasant while was being perfectly professional about his work. He took the appointment, explained what he needed to do, and showed up EXACTLY on time on the appointment date. He took the time to make sure everything was done right. I have complete confident in the quality of his job.

Stephen, the owner and contractor came out the same day when calling for a quote. He originally had the lowest quote provided for the bathroom remodel. After having a few more contractors come out and quote 3-4 times the price for labor, we decided to go with Stephen. He started right after the Thanksgiving holiday. He originally quoted 8 days to complete the job. It actually took about 13 days. He worked through the weekends with the exception of one day. The quality of work he did was great! In the end, the bill was about 50% greater than the original quote, which was quite a shock, but when looking at the itemization of additional charges, everything added up. There could have been better communication of the additional charges as the job progressed, but in the end, it was still far below the cost that other contractors quoted.

They were wonderful. They are always willing to please their customers. My overall experience with them was excellent.

I had called several companies to start with as I needed someone with experience, tools, and local connections in order to complete a home remodel project. Many of the initial contacts fell through immediately and it was not long before you could tell that there were only few in the running. Stephen quickly rose to the forefront and earned himself the position for the job. He was not the fastest or the least expensive, however was certainly competitive in these categories. In the end it is the VALUE that I was looking for and he took his time to get things done right. I have some limited experience in many of these areas and it just went to show that he had good advice for pretty much everything. I am most impressed in his ability to match existing conditions (example - he perfectly matched some fallen tiles from the tub area with some that we had salvaged from a discarded patch of tile wall) and his ability to work with the client. We had many discussions on how to approach conditions that arose along the way and always came up with good solutions. I will certainly be calling him for future projects.

Stephen Quinn did a fantastic job. He communicated with me, step by step ,throughout the job.Stephen is very easy to work with and was very patient with my changes and additions to the project. Stephen is very honest and trustworthy. I had no problem with Stephen coming into my house to work while I was at work. Stephen does excellent quality work and keeps the work area very neat and clean. I believe the excellent workmanship of the project has added to the value of my home. The project was completed with minor problems that were fixed quickly. I am very happy with all the remolding projects completed by Stephen and would recommend Stephen to anyone.
