Pool Guard Dallas/Fort Worth

I have on;ly great things to say about the company, Leslie and her staff - if only more contractors were as considerate, responsive and helpful as she and her staff. Not only did she work with prior to start of the project to meet my needs in the best possible way and at a good price, but she also went out of her to resolve some unexpected issues that arose after the work had started. 99% other contractors would have just left me on my own at that point. I am so pleased with her that i am willing to provide a personal reference to anyone.

Project started on-time. That's the good news. Then the installer broke one of the pool supply lines. Think he stopped to reconsider his game plan? Guess again. He kept going. And ruptured another pool supply line. After refilling the pool with 8,000 gallons of water, met with owner and she agreed to make the repairs. Ok. You broke it you fix it. But with no guarantee. They also installed the magna latch backwards. If you value your childs life, please stay far away.

Leslie was awesome. She had multiple recommendations so we could choose the right one for our family and our budget. She was able to schedule is very quickly, as we were nervous about living in a house with a pool too long before getting the fence up. The installer was punctual and professional. He worked very quickly and was eager to walk me through all of my questions about the install. He spent a good deal of time showing me how to remove the sections of fencing for the gardeners and he didn't leave until I was really comfortable doing it on my own. He even offered to come back to pour concrete for the posts that were in the grass if we decided to put gravel there. Overall excellent service.

Lindsey was professional, knowledgable and had great suggestions for our particular pool/patio area. She has small children herself and really has good insight in terms of safety and practicality. The install was arranged within a week. The installer was very efficient and professional: arrived on time, was done within the expected time (3.5 hrs) even after we asked for a change to the original project, and left the worksite without a mess for us to clean up. He even installed a handy door latch on the home's back door for additional safety. We now have an inviting patio area which is safely cordoned off from the pool, as well as an extra area on our detached garage driveway where our 2 year old can ride her trike safely--just put up that section of fence anytime we want. The pool fence actually looks attractive and makes our yard seem bigger. Before Pool Guard put in the fence, we couldn't even let our 18M old go in the back yard unless we were carrying her--she would just run right to the pool! We're so grateful to Pool Guard!

They did a great job and they were very helpful and accommodating with my request of special order regarding fence height. The only other comment I would make is there was no call from the sales rep regarding status of the special order or a follow-up call by the sales rep after the installation. I had to call her to get status even though she told me she would call me. The follow-up call after the installation wasn't not necessary since the installer did a great job, but it was expected.

I called Leslie with Pool Guard after getting some concrete work done around my pool. I had a pool fence before the new concrete deck and just needed it to be re-installed. She was very punctual and friendly as was able to provide an estimate on the spot. A little over one week later and the fence was installed. The gentleman who installed the fence was punctual, quick, and cleaned up afterwards. The fence looks good and is sturdy. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

We called for an estimate and Leslie came out the next day. She measured the pool and helped us choose the best option for our particular pool. She was extremely knowledgeable of the products and pro and con's of each product. We decided to go with the pool net rather than fence as our backyard pool and walkway is so irregular. We called back after about a week - and they were available to schedule an installer right away. The installer was very professional and did a great job. They took the time to go over all they steps (and tricks) to make putting on and taking off the net very easy. We were very happy with our pool net and would definitely recommend Pool Guard.

We had several pool fence companies come out to provide and estimate for installing a pool fence at our new house. Leslie from Pool Guard came out on a Thursday to provide the estimate for the fence. We called her back later that day and let her know that we were going to go with her company. The installer arrived the next day and efficiently installed the fence around our pool. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient, as was Leslie when she came out to give us the initial information and estimate. We definitely recommend this company!

Leslie presented her product very well and helped us choose the best option for our needs. she was very accommodating when I had to reschedule twice. The installer was very professional and did a great job. He even suggested a layout change that we are very happy with.

I contacted the company got a quote on Monday and the fence was up by lunchtime Thursday. Great people and great service. The fence looks great and parts and labor are guaranteed for life. I would highly recommend this company.

We needed to install fencing around our pool to protect against our dogs falling in. Leslie came out and explained their system and pricing, then supervised the installation. They were very responsive and things went smoothly. The quality of the product is great and it looks very nice. Best of all, the dogs now are kept away from the pool.

She was very knowledgeable and gave us suggestions based on our specific needs. was very helpful helping us pick out colors and mesh to go with our house, and left samples of the colors and mesh styles with us. Leslie was very professional during our phone call, and she showed up when she said she would. She made recommendations about how to handle the transitions between levels, and our wood Deck. The installer showed up when he said he would and was very professional and knowledgeable. We went over exactly where the fence would go, and he marked the holes for us to see before he began the drilling. We are very happy with the fencing. It was installed well, and is nice and tight. The material is a good quality, and looks good.The spaces between the sections are narrow enough to protect our dogs - narrower than what would be needed to keep a child from getting through, so any younger child who visits will be safe too.

I was real happy with the servie. The installer explained everything and the salesperson was very helpful and was concerned with what I wanted. They took care of it fast and easy.

Went great from start to finish. Leslie's a doll - really enjoyed meeting her. We just bought a house with a pool and the first thing on our to-do list was to make the pool safe. Leslie was prompt, professional, and really down to earth. She didn't try to up-sell me - but I went with the premium fence anyway because it was more see-through and was only $100 more than the regular mesh. We scheduled installation for the following Friday. By Tuesday of installation week, Scott (Installer) called me at 8am to let me know he had a cancelation that day and could he begin that afternoon. YES! He drilled the holes that afternoon and came back on Thursday morning to install the fence. I met him at lunch for a walk-through/instructional and we were done. He couldn't have been nicer, either. Seemed like a real solid guy. I'd use this company again and again and will spread the word! Thanks, Leslie!

I liked the company a lot. They came out right away and brought samples of their fence. The woman that I talked to was a mom herself. She knew the concerns of having children. The bid was reasonable. They were punctual and professional. The lady measured the whole area. The bid for fence was $13000 and for the pool guard it was $13000. I had a pleasurable experience with her. She understands parents’ concerns for their children. Her products are very nice. I will consider this company again in the future.

I also spoke with her by phone about changing the layout of the fencing. We chose the desert bronze color and the tighter mesh fencing so the dogs couldn't get their nails into the mesh. We also went with a hinged gate to make it easier to let the dogs in and out. The installer showed up when he said he would and was very professional and knowledgeable. We went over exactly where the fence would go, and he marked the holes for us to see before he began the drilling. We talked about the transitions and the spaces between the sections. It took several hours (6+??) to install our fencing, and he worked right through lunch. We are very happy with the fencing. It was installed well, and is nice and tight.
