They did a great job. Worked very hard and in a timely manner. Daniel was great and very responsive. John was good and did a great job with repairs. Overall I was satisfied with the job the team did.

They responded quickly and replaced all of our old smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. Although you can probably save quite a bit of money replacing those items yourself but with our situation of 2 young kids at home they acted quickly to resolve the problem and replace all the detectors in the house.

Was very happy with the service. They were on time, very professional, knowledgeable and had my home theater system working in less than an hour.

Kept me aware of their arrival. Phone calls prior were friendly and helpful, (answered all of my questions). Michael was my technician, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a smart doorbell installation and they were also able to detect that my transformer was bad. Replaced my doorbell, replaced my transformer and was finished in a timely manner. I would definitely use this company again.

Daniel was great to work with. My outside speakers for my surround sound system had quit working. Daniel was punctual, repaired the speakers and the pricing was fair.

Prior to closing on the house, I called Daniel to give me an estimate. He came by, was punctual and gave me his numbers. We worked out the details and to keep within project, we took somethings off the list. He was patient and understanding which was a huge factor for me hiring him. After we moved, Daniel and his team, came by at the scheduled appointment to do the job. It turns out that my home builder reinforced the structural construct of my home making it difficult to run a network cable between the two floors. This guys worked all day for a job that should have taken 4 maybe 5hrs with minimal damage to my sheetrock to ensure I got what I wanted. Also the light fixtures we selected was going to take 5 business days to ship. I was ok with that but Daniel insisted we overnight it and he will split the cost with me. Wow.... Ok, talk about customer obsession. After the light fixtures showed up, he was back as scheduled to install them. As a customer, we sometimes make mistakes thinking what we want is ideal only to find out we were wrong. I experienced this with Daniel. In my mediaroom, he had dropped the network outlet on the right wall. I called him and told him I wanted it on the left wall to which he said ok. When he returned to install the light fixture, he moved the outlet to the left. Once I had furniture in place, I realized he was right and called him back to move it to the right. To my surprise, not only did he fix this at no cost, he actually created a new network outlet to the right by converting the telephone outlet to a cat5 network outlet. WOW!!! This guy is awesome! The one drawback with working with Daniel is this, he is a busy man and one should expect that from a good service provider. Always, always, make sure you have a schedule (day, time) confirmed when working with him. Having said that, if you are willing to be patient and wait for his availability, it is *Absolutely*, *Absolutely* worth it and his prices are good!.
