Personal Touch Tree Service

Raised tree overhanging street to meet city codes. Did first prune on a young tree and cleared limbs over roof and electric lines. Did a good job with 100 per cent clean up afterwards.

The first time I called the job was turned over to Cory who came by, made a bid and scheduled a time for the crew to come over. No one showed or called to cancel. I called to complain but the phones all went to voice mail. I was contacted the next day by Austen Breaux who is the son of the owner. He said that Cory no longer worked for them and apologized for what had happened. He personally took charge, rescheduled the crew to come on July 10th and they showed up on time and did a great job. The tree was cut down, piece by piece and lowered without damaging the new fence. The crew was very friendly and capable and cleaned up and hauled off everything. I highly recommend them for all of your tree service knowing that Mr. Breaux is a certified arborist.

I am totally satisfied with the work that Personal Touch Tree Service did for me. The work supervisor even cut some downed tree trunk sections for my wife to use in her artistic endeavors!

The job took forty five minutes to complete. They told me that the owl house should be up there for many years.

Explained what I needed and they went straight to work. They hung my Owl house and secured it very well. I was so excited, the next night my Owl was back in his house.

EXCELLENT job! Cleaned up the area beautifully and did an excellent job on cutting down the tree as much as possible, since it had grown into my fence and I couldn't close the gate.

Great! Corey is very knowledgeable about trees, diseases, growth rates, and how to choose and prune new sapling trees. Corey's advice was great and I plan on planting about 6 new trees in February (when he recommended) after the last frost. I have used Corey and the company previously to trim a bunch of my trees, and they did a terrific job. They also will leave fresh-chopped mulch if you request it.

They performed the job as requested without any problems

10/21/2014 The trees never looked so great, except for the last time these folks trimmed the trees! We are completely satisfied with the quality of work these folks perform, and expect to do business with them many times again in the future.

They did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves.

They have been in business at least since the early 80's and I always use them. With angies list I got three bids and they were the most reasonable by far. They have grinders and trucks and ;haul everything away. Other companies wanted to leave the stuff out front for the city to pick up. They are fully insured so no worries there. The owner Jim is extremely nice and patient when you have questions about the trees. I highly recommend always get their bid and compare and be sure whoever you choose is properly insured. Glad I got other bids because it made me like them even more.

They were very busy after the recent ice storm but worked me in and did a great job.

Small mishap that they admitted to and made good on. They are honest and trustworthy.

Jim Breaux, owner of the company and certified Arborist, showed up withing 8 hours to examine the damage and give us a quote. He assigned a crew the next day to take care of the huge tree limb so the wires could be replaced.The rest of the work was performed the next week after the ice melted (as was explained by Mr. Breaux in advance). The crew did an excellent job and cleaned up after the job and hauled off all of the debris. I had several fly by night people stop by and ask to do the work and their prices were actually more than I was charged by Personal Touch. I will use them for all my future tree work.

They did a great job, started and completed on time and cleaned up the debris completely, finally moving patio furniture back into place after the trimming was completed.

The first appt was changed due to the person being in the hospital for heat exhaustion (which was totally understandable). He came a few days later and got right to work. He did an excellent job and cleaned up the area around where the grinding was done. He gave me instructions on leaving the mulch to settle and then add soil to the area. I was very satisfied with his work.

Austin Breaux provided professional diagnosis of the issues with our trees. He supervised the work that we agreed to. We will definitely use Personal Touch Tree Service again.

Austen Breaux came by the house, looked at the trees and gave me an estimate which was very reasonable compared to two other quotes I obtained, plus he seemed very knowledgeable, so I gave him the go-ahead on the spot. A few days later they arrived on time as scheduled, and finished the work in about three hours. They left the backyard so clean, it was difficult to tell a tree service had been out, except that our trees really look great. They did a REALLY good job!

Paul was very prompt and willing to bend backwards to provide good service.
