+ -1 moreI would recommend him because he will listen to you and if you say that your budget is X and he cannot go over that, then he will respect that and he will not try to push you into something you cannot afford. He is also very creative. He can work with the furniture you already have and make your room look 100% better by just moving things around if that is all you need him to do.
Description of Work: Perkins is currently working with one of my clients and helping them with interior design. He is helping them with furniture selection and art selection. He is also recommending places they can go to shop on their own if they would prefer and he is also selecting some pieces that he can find them.

+ -1 moreMichael spent two hours on an 1,800 square foot home -- 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Using the homeowner's furniture and decor, supplementing with some art, Michael completely changed the look of the home. His fabulous eye for detail, color, scale and perspective gave a new look to a tired interior and prepared the home to sell.
Description of Work: I specifically asked for the designer to stage a home using the owner's personal furniture and belongings.
