PAT FLYNN/DALLAS ARBOR TECH TREE SERVICE

Called Pat to get an estimate on removing the bushes. They were more like trees. He came out on a Sunday & gave me an estimate. Pat showed up on the day agreed. Although I did have to call back to schedule from his original visit. He had 3 workers with him. They completed the work efficiently & no issues or problems. The price was very fair & Pat is very courteous. I would definitely use Pat again if I had to get trees or bushes removed. His company is also known as Dallas Arbor Tech.

The company was AWFUL at following up with promises made on the phone to provide an estimate. They promised three times to be out, and three times they were a no show. They didn't contact me to reschedule. They weren't apologetic. They just never showed up. I finally used Golden Tree Maintenance out of Lewisville instead. Golden Tree showed up right away and earned straight A's for their performance.

After a short delay due to Pat going out of town and one missed phone call on my part, he stopped by to look at the job. Pat was professional and on task. After discussing the work, I had his estimate within a day. He was on site two days later. He also did a small bit of trimming on some low hanging branches on one other tree but did not increase his charge for that work. He had suggested a more major trimming job on the red oak, but given the time of year and the threat of oak wilt I declined. He and his crew were pleasant and they did a good job cleaning up the mess when finished. I was very pleased with the price and the results.

PAT FLYNN IS CUSTOMER ORIENTED. HE SUGGESTED MORE TRIMMING ($400) BUT WE WANTED TO STAY AROUND $250 AND HE WILLINGLY WORKED WITHIN OUR BUDGET. WE ARE PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. HE WAS OUT OF TOWN FOR A FEW WEEKS WHEN I CALLED, BUT HE IMMEDIATELY CALLED BACK TO TELL ME WHEN HE WOULD RETURN AND WAS VERY PROMPT IN CALLING ME WHEN HE DID RETURN. HE WAS DELAYED A FEW DAYS WITH ANOTHER JOB AND REPAIR OF A TRAILER. HE HAS GOOD EQUIPMENT AND A PLEASANT CREW.

PAT, THE OWNER IS POLITE AND REASONABLY PRICED. SAME DAY SERVICE IS POSSIBLE.
