They did a very thorough job. They even went back and redid a few windows before leaving because they weren't satisfied with them. If I have a complaint (and I really don't), it would be that they could have sent more people to the job so that it was completed sooner. The job took all day.

They are very responsive, they provide extremely good service, and they always do what they say. I have had them do things inside and outside of my home. I have no complaints.

The service went very good. We've been using him repetitively every three months, six months or something like that. Prices depends if they're cleaning the inside or outside.

I've worked with Ryan for approx. 10 years. The whole experience went well. They were on time, very professional, worked efficiently. His crews have always been terrific and very professional. His pricing may be a little high but he stands behind his work and my trust in him is worth the extra dollars.

Great! We had trouble finding a company that was willing to wash the windows on the 3rd Floor of our townhome. Paneless was the first company to agree to help us. They also were able to turn our request around in a very timely manner. The work was done quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend them.

I made an appointment with them. They came on time, and I wanted two separate estimates for the window cleaning and the gutter cleaning. He did what I asked him to do. I decided not to use them because I found another person to do the jobs cheaper.

They were great. They charge a lot of money but they gaurantee their work. They washed all my windows PRIOR to pressure washing the back patio, so when they pressure washed and the windows got sprinkled with water, they re-washed them. They are masters at their craft of window washing as well.

Paneless Home Services is fabulous. I've used them for 16 years. I started with them when the 2 guys were in college starting their business 16 years ago when I moved to Texas. The work is meticulous and their rates have always been very fair.

I decided last-minute to get our windows washed before putting our house on the market. I was able to get them scheduled for the next day, they were right on time, and they did a great job.

Sounds simple, but there was an actual process that they used. I was impressed with their ability & the process.

They told me that cleaning it would not get rid of the wax buildup and the only way to do it was to sand it down and refinish it. We decided not to do that and ended up not using them. Our house was for sale and we just wanted the floors to look nice. I ended up calling a local wood floor company and asked them how to clean it to get the wax build up off. I got it and the house sold. I had some other quotes from other companies and theirs was comfortable to everyone else. It wasn't in our budget to do it because we were already thinking about getting a little house and I didn't want to spend anymore money. They were professional, courteous, and were prompt. I think they were very helpful and knowledgeable. If they couldn't help us they kind of gave us some direction. They didn't do anything for us, but I think they answered all of our questions and were honest. They were upfront and I appreciated that.

I chose Paneless Home Services, because they could do all the things at once. It was nice to go to one place and they could do it all. I thought they were very professional, clean cut, and nice guys to work with. They had at least 4 or 5 people who came. They just did a good job and I would use them again. I thought the price was fair.

They did fine. I used them for a number of years while I was in Dallas. I like that they stand behind their work.

Superb job cleaning windows inside and out. I had them clean my outdoor gas grill. They only did a mediocre job with that. I complained and they apologized profusely and gave me a full refund. I will definitely use them again for my windows . . . I'll do the grill myself.

They fit me in the same day. Two men cleaned the windows in short order. Sparkling windows, very thorough job, no streaks, no drips on the floor. They stuck with their phone estimate even though I had undercounted the windows to be done. I will definitely continue to use them, and will highly recommend them.

Overall it was an outstanding experience, Paneless's rep Eathan, called prior to his scheduled time to advise that they were short handed due to sickness and ask if he could start earlier. I advised it was ok! Prior to starting work, Eathan provided us a detail explanation of what he was going to do, to include identifying the cleaning liquids that he was going to use. Due to the overall conditions of these windows, Paneless rep spent two days and approximately 12 hours get my windows clean. The quality of the service and attention to detail were first rate. The windows sparkled and the lady of the house was delighted. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting their work done in a highly professional manner.

They are professional, personable and perfectionists. The company calls to remind you when they have you scheduled and they are thoughtful of our plants and things. I don't think they are the cheapest, but I wouldn't use anybody else.

Their customer service was wonderful. They were very professional, and they were very nice and personable. We had met at another time, before they did my windows. I would use Painless Home Services again if I lived closer.
