I did not have a good experience with them. I had to tale mu rug there and left it for two weeks. When I got back, it smelled and was not clean. I don?t know what they did. I don?t exactly remember when I used them, I just know that I was highly disappointed in them. In order to take the smell off my rug, I had to take it outside for three days. They were also expensive. I did not even try to call them to complain. I just took it off my list and won?t use them again. I don?t remember the cost but I know they were quite high especially that they did not clean my rug well. It took them two weeks, so I guess that was not punctual. It was my husband who took the rug to their place and I did not have any contact with any of them.

Excellent service. They gave me a realistic estimate of the time it would take to work on the rug, and stuck with the time frame. They called me when they had finished, to say that despite all their best efforts, they were unable to completely remove the red streak, so there would be no charge! When the rug was retrieved by my husband, he brought it home only for me to discover that the former red streak was barely disernable at all! The rug turned out excellently. I have used this company in the past for all my oriental rug cleaning, and I will continue to use them in the future for any and all rug-cleaning jobs, from the most basic to those that require the most special attention. I'm sold on this company for good. Although I work a f.t. job and although they are only open weekdays during business hours, I will continue to find a way to work with them; I noticed recently that they also provide a delivery service.

We had a very good experience with them, from the first call to the final delivery. They picked up the rugs and returned them when promised. I also liked that there was no chemical smell at all since we have a dog. The rugs were fresh, the fringe was clean again and the rugs felt thick again. I will definitely use Oriental Rug Cleaning again.

Oriental Rug repaired the edges beautifully and completely cleaned the carpet. I have another carpet that I want to bring to them for repair and cleaning.

Terrific experience from start to finish. Service performed exactly as expected and within the given timeframe. You may want to ask for an estimate before approving work. I didn't and was a little surprised at the final cost of the repair work but am sure I wouldn't have been if I had asked for an estimate.

Everything went very well and the service was completed as estimated. They warned us of stains that might not lift in the cleaning and they were able to get them all out and leave the rug in excellent condition. We will use them in the future.

I inherited two rugs which I was told were Navajo. I contacted Oriental Rug Cleaning online to inquire about how much appraisal and cleaning would be. They responded (in less than a day) that they didn't do Navajo appraisals but could give me a contact when I brought the rugs in for cleaning. I brought them in a few days later, and they immediately told me the rugs were a very specific type of Turkish wool rug...nice, but for which there was not currently much market demand...each was worth approx $800. I decided to get both rugs cleaned and plan to store them to give to my children some day. They called within a week to let me know they were finished. The rugs were beautifully cleaned and no longer have the musty smell they had before the cleaning, so I feel much better about storing them safely. Would definitely recommend.

It went very well, we were happy with their service. They had a very reasonable price. It was a host cleaning system, it is eco-friendly and does not use water extraction.

They are punctual and very thorough with their cleaning.

Service was as promised. This was during the holiday season, so it was quite remarkable to get them picked up and delivered so rapidly..

They gave us an estimate of price and time and met both. The rugs came back looking far better than we expected and are now hung as works of art of which we are very proud. We even discovered that they had cleaned one of them before in the '50s. Highly recommend.

They were prompt, efficient and courteous. They do not move furniture, in contrast to the NYC cleaning firm. I really have no complaints. I would call them again.

They did an excellent job. They were very efficient and timely, for the amount of rugs we took in there. They are one of the few who you can depend on to do a good job of getting your rugs clean. They have techniques for that purpose. They are very knowledgeable. They are not the cheapest in Dallas, but they are worth it. The quality was excellent. They didn't get them out the exact day they said they would. I would absolutely use this company again.

Been using this company for years for drop off cleaning of every type of rug from expensive oriental to everyday use. Best in town.

Fantastic experience, Price quoted over the phone, rug was picked up and delivered on schedule. I would highly recommend this cleaner as they did a wonderful job.

The very helpful delivery men replaced each rug and replaced all major pieces of furniture. The rugs were beautifully cleaned. The fact that hey were out of the house for 10 days during the cleaning process allowed a thorough cleaning of the rooms they were in and the wood floors they usually covered. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others. Their price is higher than having a standard cleaner clean them in situ, but the result is better. They gave an estimate at the start and were paid COD after returning the rugs.

I called the company and mentioned that I had seen them on Angie's List. They were delighted and didn't know they were listed! Two delivery men came and picked up the three rugs. The guys were friendly and careful of my belongings as they moved the furniture and rolled up the large rugs. (Sam seems to be in charge and is very gregarious.) They did an excellent job cleaning and I recommend them. We live in Fort Worth but they drive from Dallas to pick up and deliver. I've used local rug cleaners...these guys are better.

I was in need of carpet cleaning so I stopped into their location because I was impressed by their website. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They are also close by my house so they were very convenient.
