Omega Animal Removal

(My wife had been hearing the chirping of rats at night and wanted make sure we had no new problems. I called them on 4/29 and they set an appointment with me for today 5/4. They arrived on time inspected their work as well as a thorough inspection of the attic(s) and found no sign of infestations. All is well and I recommend them highly. No charge for the inspection.

I took too long to write this review, so I don't remember the names of the people we dealt with, but they were all very professional. I phoned them and left a voicemail, and they returned my call the same day and sent someone out within a few days. The person they sent out kept in constant contact with us so that we could expect when they would come out to check the traps and fumigate the attic. This all took place over a couple of weeks. Very friendly and courteous professionals. A little pricey, but that is because they use humane methods of removal. We would definitely use them again!

Hunter was awesome. Very professional and great communication. Found the entry point outside, fixed a few other potentials, removed one dead rat in attic, located another dead rat in an inaccessible area, so used odor absorber to help and it was effective. Set traps to ensure all the critters were vacated. Sprayed sanitizer.

The service was excellent. They did exactly what they said would be done and more. They were very through and professional. Matt, the person I was working with came back 2 times to complete everything and was very easy to work with. About 8 months later, I thought I heard some noise in the attic and came back to check it out, no questions asked. I would highly recommend them.

There were Rat droppings everywhere and we heard noises during the sleeping hours. Tyler was assigned to our project. He was professional and punctual. He called to re-schedule if he was running late or had an issue with earlier clients. He set traps on day 1 and returned every few days for 2 weeks to ensure the Rats were dealt with. Fogging and Decontamination was the next step. That went painlessly. The insulation crew came a few days later to remove and replace new insulation. The insulation was in-house and was not sub-contracted. Thus, any problems that came up can be handled with Tyler. We didn't catch any rats so that was a good thing. All the staff members were very understanding and had a positive attitude. I would use them again. The lifetime guarantee (Rat Free) was a bonus.

When we purchased our home the inspector said there was evidence of rat activity in the attic. We thought no biggie; we'll just set up traps and seal up all exterior crevices. We had NO IDEA how infested this house was. We tried everything we could and researched the Internet on what to do. After cleaning up feces EVERY morning and having our kitchen raided DAILY we set up a game camera in the house because we honestly could not figure out where they were coming from. We would hear in the walls what sounded like a golden retriever running to fetch something. What we saw on the footage while we were sleeping freaked us out. Let me tell you, we are not hoarders or people who keep a filthy house that would attract rodents. We honestly don't know how the previous owners lived here with the critters. It was time to call out the big dogs. We got two estimates. We knew we wanted this issue resolved; I was starting to hate the house that I was so excited to buy. Our assigned technician was Hunter. I am soooooooooooooooooooooooooo happy to report that we have been rat free for at least three months now. Hunter was EXTREMELY accomodating with scheduling which was a big plus for us. If you are reading this review then you must have a problem that needs fixing and I can attest that Omega can help you. It was worth every penny for my sanity.

I called Omega based on reviews here on Angies List. I knew it wasn't going to be cheap, but I wanted the best, and to deal with this problem only once. They clearly explained to me their unique process for dealing with rodent problems. Tyler was my tech, and couldn't have been more friendly. When you're dealing with someone who comes to your home multiple times, you definitely want someone you feel like you can trust, and Tyler was great. I was surprised when he told me that we had a fairly small problem compared to most he had seen...it sounded like the rats were having a rave in our attic every night. We ended up only trapping 5 animals (the rats were as large as squirrels, though!), and Tyler did careful, diligent work to block any point of entry they might have to come in again...including cleaning up a horrible mess I made on my roof with expanding foam. When he placed a screen in my attic vent turbine to prevent entry that way, the turbine started making a clicking sound when it would spin. Tyler replaced the turbine to prevent that from happening again. Are they expensive? YES! Breathtakingly so. But do you want the best, and only have to deal with your problem once? Or do you want to have people crawling around in your attic setting traps and spraying poison every year? With Omega, I don't really ever have to worry about it again. If the rats are so determined to chew through my walls again, Omega's guarantee will cover it. Money well spent, in my opinion!

We hired Omega earlier in the year because we discovered we had an issue with rats. We hadn't seen any until November. They honored there warranty and Hunter Ogden did a great job. He came back multiple times until we were sure they were gone without charging us. Great company who does what they say they will do with great employees.

Well we didn't catch any rats but that happens. What Tyler thinks is that there were no rats in the attic when they closed up all their entrance points. So they couldn't get in after the holes were closed. Overall I was very pleased with their services and I'm glad that I'm not out an extra $3500 for unneeded insulation!!

It went well. Tyler was very easy to work with and thorough. He came out many times to check traps and make sure no other rodents had found their way in our attic or crawl space. The entire process took almost 2 months but we have not had any other issues.

We found rats in the attics and hired Omega Animal Removal based on the positive reviews on the Internet. It has been a very good experience dealing with them. It was very easy to make appointments. Tylor has been very punctual to almost all the appointments. He has done a careful job of a whole set of services, including fixing the entrances to the house, putting on traps, checking on the traps, sanitizing the attics, etc. We hope we are rodent free guaranteed by the service plan.

Tyler did a great job. He was very thorough, and he did a good job camouflaging the materials used to seal entry points. Better yet, the squirrels are out, and the rats are gone. Omega was also very clear in explaining the terms of their warranty, and the minimal effort needed on the customer's end to make sure the warranty remains valid. I felt comfortable knowing that the price I paid upfront would ensure the job being done properly the first time around, and the cost over the long-term would be minimized.

Firstly, I was impressed at Omegas responsiveness and getting someone out so quickly. The last thing you want when you hear scratching around in your ceiling is to have to wait for days and days to get someone out to look at it. Secondly, I was impressed that Matt never tried to hard sell or use my complete fear of this critter against me!! He was 100% professional and certainly came across very trustworthy and reliable. And lastly, when I called with follow up questions on the estimate and to share more information on the critter itself, both Josh and Matt were very quick to call me back, and I appreciated that. I would definitely recommend calling Omega for an estimate if you have a critter issue to deal with.

Tyler was friendly, professional, and eager to help us. He clearly explained what he was doing and allowed us to be a part of the process as he sealed our attic and investigated our rodent issues. He scheduled frequent follow-up visits until both he and we were satisfied that the attic was free from squirrels or rats and that they were not returning. We are confident that our issues have been resolved, but we are thankful for the lifetime warranty just in case. We would recommend Omega (and Tyler especially) to anyone looking for a low-stress, highly professional, and friendly provider to help you with animal removal.

Excellent customer service. Excellent responsiveness. About a month after removal we had one more rodent find a way in. They came back, removed it, and went back over openings. It's been over 12 months and no more rodents at all! Would definitely recommend Omega and would use them again if needed.

This company was very good and one that can be trusted. Tyler was the person who helped us and he was very responsive and one time. He was also very thorough and found the mother and babies. Since Raccoons are smart and protected it took some time to trap and remove or encourage them to leave the attic space. We think the last thing that did the trick was using a one way trap that was connected to the entry point. We believe it allowed the Raccoon to exit with her babies and not return. We also liked that they back up their service with a guarantee.

I heard noises coming from our attic during the day only (which was just awesome since I work night shift). After some detective work, we actually saw squirrels getting in through a hole left by some misaligned soffit at the corner of the the front porch ceiling. My husband attempted to resolve the issue hisself for over a month without success. Who knew squirrels were that persistant and smart?!?!?! We had a horrible smell coming from our attic - into our house - and our handyman confirmed we had a dead animal of some kind in our attic. He could not find the animal. We contacted one company that had been referred to us and we were blown away by their findings. I looked around for a good company to help with a rodent issue. I found Omega and I have been very pleased. Brad has done an excellent job and the level of Customer Service he has shown through the process has been outstanding. Very well. Closed everything up so well that the mice didn't get back in. Then were very thorough in coming back to check the traps and then clean. Service was friendly and accommodating!

They did exclusion work to keep animals out and cleaned and sanitized the attic. Dillon was awesome to work with, very respectful and explained everything clearly. He made several visits to check traps, etc, and was on time each visit. I would recommended them without any concerns.
