Omega Animal Removal

Excellent. The sealed up the house. Promised a full warranty if any animals returned. A few squirrels returned two years later. Omega honored their guarantee and came out and fixed the problem without charge. Turns out it was a poorly located dryer vent outside that allowed the squirrels back in. The technician was Tyler who was courteous and professional. Outstanding company. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Good so far. They are monitoring the possums departure.

We felt Omega pest control was very good at accessing the critter/pest critter removal, set traps, sealed the home to prevent further penetration, sanitized the attics and monitored the situation over the course of a month checking traps removing critters and preventing any further issues with a warranty for future issues. Marvin Benitez was our client Account Manger and did an excellent job to manage the situation. We would definitely recommend Omega to others.

Extremely well🎉 Cameron, Dylan, Zack, Arthur, and Josh were helpful, calming, friendly and very flexible - I have chronic migraines and had to reschedule various parts of the job several times. They listened! They communicated in terms I could understand. And most importantly, the whole process was immaculate!!! There were roof rats in the attic, no tattle tell signs in living areas of the house that there was a problem - just scratching sounds in the evening and late night. During the extermination process, only found 1 dead rat in house, right at door. Rat just couldn't get out fast enough! The attic insulation was unbelievably clean. Very, very little new insulation in house -only what was on workers' shoe booties which they removed after exiting attic and put in bag before moving away from attic entrance. They always swept up after being in attic.

Omega was great. They were courteous and timely. They sealed all the access points in our roof, made sure the animals were gone and cleaned and sanitized afterward. Did a great job. They definitely are more expensive, but they did a through job and offer a 5 year guarantee. There were some small issues but I felt they were dealt with and taken care of quickly and professionally.

Marvin was upfront and very honest as he showed me a few areas that I could repair myself, he explained that the problems I had were not something that I couldn't do myself, he even reset a couple of traps for me to catch some critters, he was very friendly and forthcoming, no charge for the advice and the big smile, a good guy he is, I would recommend this company to anyone needing there service, Josh who I originally spoke to and Tyler who reached out secondly were very nice also, a good company, five stars and thumbs up.

Although more expensive than I would have dreamed, the work was first class. From sealing up the entry points, especially along the roof line etc., to the fogging, Matt did a great job all around and there has been 0 activity for weeks on end. We are also insured against their return for up to 5 years which at least makes the cost of the service at nearly 3k seem more acceptable. Matt is the best though, very sharp, thorough, and solid all around. The guy who did the roof work did a spectacular job.

The work took longer than scheduled due to the age and complexity of my attic space but progressed smoothly and the team was always polite, professional, and considerate of my families requirements. Since I was also redoing my Central A/C at the same time, they offered to pause the reconditioning at the removal phase to give the A/C team a chance to work in a clean and clutter free attic. Having such a flexible, professional, and capable team made me feel confident that the work would be done right, and it was.

I researched and learned about Omega from the Yelp and Google reviews. I contacted Omega and got a response promptly from the owner Josh. I was impressed with the professional work done by the Omega team. The pricing is reasonable for the great quality of work. Ben was assigned to service our home. He communicated efficiently before each visit. He was very cordial, polite, and personable. He consistently responded to my texts and phone calls in a timely manner. At the first visit, he checked the attic and roof thoroughly. Ben showed me photos he took of all the possible entry points that the rodents can access our attic. He clearly outlined the plan to eliminate the rodents. Ben did his job accordingly, professionally, and expeditiously. During the exclusion work, his supervisor Tyler also came to help. Ben and Tyler accommodated our schedule to do all the follow-up work. Ben gave honest advice on any unnecessary work. The process has been ongoing for about a week and a half. Thus far, we have been pleased with the service. I highly recommend this team of specialists, and I feel that I can put my trust in their work.

I called multiple companies to come out because I was going to be leaving on vacation soon and wanted to get the situation handled. The first company sent 1 gentleman who didn't even finish climbing the ladder to the attic. He went to his car wrote up a summary for "points of entry" and gave me a ridiculous quote. When Omega called back, they were friendly from the start and it felt more like telling a friend a problem you were having rather than a business who could upsell you. They sent two people out and they were VERY thourough. One gentleman in particular, Ben Fleury, really stands out. He was the one who stayed in contact with me every time he went to set the traps. The quote they gave me was similar to the one I got from the previous company- but for SO much more work! At one point along the way Ben encountered a tough point of entry and soon after- (I think the next day) returned with a coworker to double check the work and make a plan for the point of entry. I have had ZERO problems since... And my house backs up to a creek.

Covered all areas they could find, and were available to return when needed under their guaranty.

We had caught a couple of rats in the garage and more recently seen them on our roof and heard them in the attic sometimes. I had tried to close off a few entry points but we were still hearing a little activity sometimes outside our window and in the attic and I decided to call Omega because, you know.... rats.... not worth the risk of it getting worse. Just had Josh and Ben here to give us a quote. They did a thorough inspection of the attic and the exterior of the house, and Josh was honest enough to say that the problem was fairly minor and if I was at all handy I could close up the remaining entry points they spotted by myself and save a bunch of money. He walked me around and showed me the handful of spots they had seen and sent me some info via email and now I'm confident that with his professional input I can take care of our little problem. I really appreciate him doing this when he could have charged me a lot of money for what in our case wouldn't have been much work. If I had a more serious problem I wouldn't have thought twice about paying these professionals to do what they do best and ensure it stayed done. Expensive but well worth it. But in our case that wasn't really necessary and he was willing to tell me so. They were also very kind to and patient with my super excited 5 year old. :-) I'll definitely call them if I have any animal problems in the future. Thanks guys!

It took a few days for us to bait the roof rats, but we were able to exterminate all of them using techniques proven by Omega. Great service and awesome customer support.

I balled at the price but Omega did a great job & kept coming back until those problem was fitted. They also offer a lifetime warranty on their work.

Work was performed very well. The young man that did the service was very polite and did the job without problems or mess. He responded to all phone calls. My only complaint was punctuality. He would say he would be here at 8:00 am and I would call a couple of hours later for him to say he was on his way. I don't mind him being late he just needs to call and let customer know of delay. I will definitely be referring Omega to friends in future.

Omega's price was much lower than the quoted price from Critter Control for a similar three step process. I did not get three estimates because I needed the squirrel infestation in my attic gone ASAP. Jonathan was out at my property the next morning setting the traps and sealing eaves. He returned multiple times and was very professional and courteous. They offer a lifetime guarantee and I apprised them that I would be replacing the siding in August or sooner. They informed me this was no problem and they would return to make sure there were no places for the rodents to re-enter. Very satisfied with the work and service.

We have one rat under a kitchen cabinet. Provider said they could not get it and also said they could not clean any rat droppings under the cabinet. Still searching for help.

My wife and began to noticing noises in our attic space and within a few days signs of mouse activity in he house - chewed food packages and droppings. These activities started within the space of a few days. We contacted several animal removal companies but none seemed as customer friendly or responsive as Omega. They came to the house the next day and surveyed our problem. They offered a comprehensive solution and explained the variables. The work on securing our house at rodent entry points and removal of rodents already in the house was completed on schedule with minimal household disruption. They also did a complete attic clean out, decontamination and insulation replacement. They followed up on some repairs that had to be completed and checked up on residual issues with the infestation. Everything was done on time, professionally, courteously and on the budget. Additional options were explained without any pressure or dire warnings if we did not sign on. We would definitely recommend Omega to anyone suffering from the excruciations of a rodent infestation.

Omega did a great job at examining the possible rodent entry points and using heavy metal hardware cloth to shore up my attic gable vents. Hunter also went under my house and identified a possible entry point where a pipe entered the crawl space (& fixed it). Hunter also addressed possible entry points for my detached garage so that I wouldn't harbor rodents there who would just come back to the main house later. Omega / Hunter was knowledgeable, friendly and easy with which to work. I had previously used multiple other companies who didn't completely fix the situation - but Omega did. I highly recommend Omega.

The team remedied the situation and took action to prevent it from happening again. We did have to have them back 7 months after initial appointments due to another critter gaining access to the attic, but even though this was warrantied work they came out within 24 hours and had a team working to find the entrance to the attic. We have not had any issues for 3 months, but we also have the piece of mind that if something does happen they will be back to take care of it. I would highly recommend!

I really can't say enough good things about these guys. I thought the $1700 price was expensive at first, but they told me that if I had any more problems, or made alterations to the house in the future, to call them back and they's make sure that the house was sealed up. Fast forward to the summer of 2015 when I was having major renovations. The outside of the house was painted and had new windows and doors installed. I had intended on calling Omega out after the work was done, but it stretched into October and some rodents beat me to it. As soon as I heard chewing, I called Omega. They came right out, sealed up the house again, and set another round of traps. So what seemed expensive at first now seems like a bargain. Their technicians are the kind of guys that you don't really encounter much anymore. Enthusiastic, customer service oriented, and genuine. This job doesn't seem like it would be the most pleasant occupation, but these guys really enjoy their work and are happy to help their customers. While the price may seem high at first, this company is very thorough. You're also buying a guarantee if you have any future problems, which is well worth it in my opinion. I highly recommend them.

It went well. The service was completed in a timely, professional manner and the technician was courteous. To date, the treatment has been effective.

The rats are gone. Hunter came out to the house several times to set and empty traps. He also sealed the entry points to ensure they could no longer get back under the house. He also fogged to eliminate the phermones that attract other rodents.

Tyler was our point person throughout the process. It took him several trips checking traps as well as checking and rechecking all the exterior areas to make sure there were no more entry points. Tyler was always very responsive, personable, on time, and professional. After lots of effort and detailed work, Omega and Tyler solved our problem. The rodents have been eradicated and we no longer hear noise in our attic. Great job, Omega Animal Removal and Tyler.
