After meeting with many contractors, most of whom never got back to us with a quote, we were lucky enough to be put in contact with Kyle through a mutual friend. He and his team did an excellent job helping us remodel two bathrooms and all flooring after a water leak. We were beyond impressed with his quick communication and availability to help us with any and all questions or issues. Not to mention, their work is beautiful! I cannot recommend North Dallas Renovations enough, and I've already passed on Kyle's info to multiple friends!

All renovations uproot your life but they made it more bearable. His team was always on time and worked all hours to meet the deadline. Kyle was very responsive when we had questions or needed to talk through ideas. He’s also very detailed and priced out each project individually for us. We will be using them for future projects!

Everything was done on time, Kyle has a great team. I was living at the house at the begging of the renovation so it was a bit of a challenge but all were able to work around it. Couldn't ask for a better contractor for the renovation.

We hired Kyle and his team to renovate our kitchen, install wood floor and tile throughout the downstairs, paint several rooms, and set up a media room with a projector and screen. Given our project we wanted a one-stop-shop and that's what we got. Every step of the process was clear and Kyle was in constant contact with updates, options, and timescales. The quote was fully transparent - no other firm who quoted us were clear with their pricing and some appeared to deliberately disguise the cost of things. The crew were all nice guys, very polite and would clean up at the end of each day. Would highly recommend for any home improvements, and we will be using them again in future too.

Kyle and his team were intensely focused on providing quality work and didn't rest until we were totally satisfied. We had some tough projects and they did phenomenal! They also were extremely respectful and cleaned up any work space even better than when they arrived. I will recommend them to everyone and will call on them again

It turned out beautiful. Kyle was hands on the project. He was easy to contact and responsive. There were a few times where the guys had to come out and make some corrections. Kyle handled it well so that I didn't have to get involved. I would definitely recommend him and his company to manage your projects. He will doing more work for me in the near future.

Very pleased with the estimate and overall quality of work. When something went wrong, they dealt with it in a very fair manner. The only thing we thought didn't go per the estimate was the schedule - it ultimately took almost twice as long as we were told, but still about 2 weeks. Note: After work was completed, we sold our home over the first weekend it was put on sale!

Kyle Smith is extremely nice and professional. He is very prompt and communicated well with me. The workers always showed up on time and were very professional. They did an excellent job remodeling my upstairs bathroom. They were able to resurface an old tub and make it look brand-new. The flooring is wonderful and finally is level for the first time.

Fast and efficient

Kyle and his team were truly amazing! Everyone that came out to the site, whether it be electricians or painters, were very professional and friendly. They helped us create a space that looks like a home for our homeless youth. We will use them again and highly recommend them!
