Norma's House cleaning Services

I have had Norma for three years. She is professional, nice, trustworthy and cleans my house great. I don't want to ever give her up. The cleaning is done very well. One time I came home and she was cleaning the tops of my cabinets. That is how good she is.

Norma is great, would recommend. She has been cleaning our house monthly for over a year now, and we continue to appreciate her help.

Norma came in looked around and then started cleaning. She had the house sparkling clean and will be coming back for the next three weeks to get the house completely organized then she will start coming every other week. We are so impressed with her and want to thank Angie's list for giving us the best housekeeper in Dallas. We had another company do a detail clean in March they charged $450 plus tip and Norma ran circles around them. NORMA ROCKS!!!

Norma communicates so well! Personable and so sweet. True hard worker and will be a my maid for life. I can't thank her enough!.

My home had been serviced by a big name company and after complaining several times I decided to hire a smaller company. Norma's cleaning came and without having to her what to do, she did a GREAT job. You can tell she takes high pride in her work.

Norma's address is listed as a Dallas address nearby where I live, so I called. She has good reviews, and it turns out her prices are very reasonable. She didn't show up. When I called her, she said she lived in Frisco and Dallas was too far to drive. I explained to her that it would have been nice if she had told me that a week ago when I scheduled with her rather than just not show up or call. If you want a dependable house cleaner who you can schedule with and will actually show up, this is probably not your person.

She is phenomenal! Norma is reliable, arrives on time, and does very good work.

Norma was wonderful - very responsive to my inquiries and she fit me into her schedule very quickly. She was prompt and friendly, and very, very thorough in her cleaning job. My condo sparkled when she was done, and I am happy to be on her regular schedule.
