New Age replaced my patio awning cover. Jose came out the day after I spoke with him and gave me an estimate. He said it would be two weeks before the fabric was ready bu just one week later and he called and it was ready. Quick turnaround, friendly service, and a fair price. Highly recommend.

Roof leaked like it wasn't even on. Asked them to remove and refund money. Haven't heard anything.

They did ok with the install but he told me that my awning had a wind and rain sensor but I do not think it does. So I can't recommend them in good faith.

They came the first time unprepared and on the third appointment finally did the work. They left a giant mess, nails in the drive way, and inexplicably decided to put up the patio cover without patching a 9" whole in the soffit. We replaced one old leaky patio cover with a new leaky patio cover.

The contractor provided a quality fabric awning to replace a patio cover and we would recommend this contractor for similar projects. He gladly returned to make some minor adjustments and we are very pleased with the awning.

This company did the original install back in Oct 2008. I am glad they are still around to do the replacing of the patio awning material. This time we upgraded to the higher end material, at a good price. The original awning material lasted 5 years, we anticipate the replacement higher end material to last 8 - 10 years. New Age Canvas & Awning does great work, and Jose Rodriguez is just super to work with.

Jose Rodriguez was polite, knows his product and was very professional. He made sure the installation was perfect and everything was working as it should. We are very pleased with our new motorized awning.

I was disappointed to see the piece holding the awning was not straight. As soon as I walked out on the patio the first observation was the piece holding the awning is leaning not straight at all.
