I originally rated them five stars but have since changed my mind. My pool was plastered in Aug 2019. Because they did not ensure that water was covering the new plaster during the heat of August, it cracked in places. Craig told me it was their fault and they would fix it. I asked him to replaster after the winter, but then the Covid-19 lockdown occurred. When they were finally able to go back to work, I was told that this would occur at the end of October. It was done the first week of November but was done incorrectly again. It is supposed to be a solid light blue but instead had white splotches all over. On November 19th I sent Craig pictures of what the pool looks likes. Unfortunately, he had surgery that did not go well but told me his employee Enrique, who actually plastered the pool, would come and look at it. He never did. I texted Craig on December 29 saying that I would call him at the end of January for an update due to his complications. On February 5th I texted Craig to enquire how he was doing and never received a reply. On March 1, I again texted him asking when someone would come by and look at the pool and that in my opinion, it needed to be plastered again. No response. Today I called his cell and the voicemail said it was not available. My next step will be to call the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. If that does not work, I will be contacting an attorney to seek restitution.

I left for vacation while the 2 week project of raising the deep end of the pool to 4ft was being done. Craig kept me inform of the daily progress with texts and photos. What Craig and I agreed to was exactly what Craig made sure was done. Craig is GOOD,FAIR AND HIGH IN DEMAND. My wait time was 3 weeks, well worth the wait.

The only reason weâ re giving Natural Water Environments a 5 star rating is because this doesnâ t go up to a 10 star! The pool is 20 years old and was in need of new plastering. We contacted several companies to get quotes for the work. We selected Natural Water Environment for several reasons: Craigâ s inspection and evaluation for the work we wanted performed, how long it would take to do the work, detail and line item quote for each item of work and product, and the quote was very reasonable. We ended up converting a 9 foot deep diving pool to a 4.5 foot play pool, and resurfacing the pool with a mini-pebble. Craig provided excellent communication during the entire process; updating on what work was being done on what day, what to expect and when to expect the crew and equipment. We canâ t say enough about the great job this team did. Their attention to detail, not only the work on the pool, but the property cleanup also. No tools/mess left behind. Craigâ s knowledge and expertise are invaluable; he always took time to answer any questions we had. After the work was completed, Craig was explaining the initial water treatment etc... and a contractor, which was doing interior work at the house, commented on how well the pool had turned out (he had seen the poo before the work). After a conversation, he asked Craig for his business card. This contractor has seen a lot of pools from working at other residences and was impressed by what he saw. We would not hesitate to recommend or hire Natural Water Environment againâ ¦wait a minute we have; they will be installing a roof on our pergola! Natural Water Environment gets a 10!â ¦a 10 plus!â ¦pretty near 11!

I made an inquiry to Home Advisors and had a few responses. After sifting through them, Craig came out to inspect my cement pond that I had let go to the frogs. We didn't just want our pool back, we wanted it done right with quality craftmanship. We discussed what was required and then what we would like to do to enhance the final look. Craig gave us a line by line itemized quote that was followed to the "T", unless we decided to make a change. His crew worked like team that has been doing this forever. They were very courteous and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Craig also shared some tips on money saving ways to maintain the pool. In the end, our 20+ year old pool is now new again and 10X better than before. Thanks Craig!

We just completed a major pool renovation with this company . We are so pleased with our experience and results. The owner was so invested in our project from the initial consult to the finishing touches. A swimming pool is too big an investment to trust hiring chuck in a truck. Craig is a top notch professional that guarantees his work and has the personnel to back that warranty up. We had a complete makeover and our pool looks amazing! We were just going to put a bandaid on it but Craig showed us why he d be back next year to do more work. Craig help fix a previous contractors nightmare with our pool deck. Previous deck was only 2 years old and held water, became a mud pit, was cracking excessively and shifting in several places. During demolition, we saw rebar and under and the concrete. Praise the Lord this is no longer a problem. Craig and Alvero did a perfect job. All concerns were worked out. Well done Craig!! Craig was very responsive to all my inquiries and went above and beyond the call of duty in regards to repairs that he discovered after quoting the work. He was very helpful in the pool start up process. His customer service is second to NONE!!

I love my pool and my pool guy, Craig! We first reached out to him last Summer via HomeAdvisor to get a quote. Our plaster was nearly 20 years old and our tile was falling off, as well as having a large rust spot we were concerned might indicate issues underneath the service. He came out the day I put in my request on HomeAdvisor, gave me options, had samples, sent me a quote within the week, and checked back with me, but did not harass. We decided the timing was not right for us. Craig respected this. We followed up with him this year and decided we were ready. It was his busy time, so Craig already had multiple jobs going, but he asked when I needed it done. I told him May. It was done in early April. The crews he sent were very professional and hard working. Craig again let me know about a newer option that had come out, but no pressure when I decided to stick with our original choice of Tropics Blue mini pebble. If I had a question, Craig always answered my calls. Once his team, started, they worked tirelessly to complete in a quick time frame. I didn't feel like I had people at my house forever or that the work would never get done. One of my favorite things? No hidden fees or extra service charges. He was true to his quote. He even fixed the loose stones on our sheer descent waterfall and didn't charge extra, even after I wasn't happy with something on it and he fixed that for me the very next day. Craig made follow up visits with us to make sure everything looked good, to test the water, to add chemicals, and to make sure we understood how to take care of our new mini pebble, which is so different than the plaster we had before. Even told us which pool test kit to buy. Our pool is beautiful. We are so happy and cannot wait for our first pool party of the season. Thanks Craig!

I have used Natural Water Environments for two pools renovations. Craig is a straight shooter. He does high quality work for a fair price. He has installed a new heater, repaired valves, re plastered and re tiled.my pool. He is diligent and detail oriented in his process. I highly recommend them and would not consider using another pool company.
