Craig Cameron of Natural Water Environments was highly recommended by my brother, as Craig remodeled his pool a year ago and was very pleased with the quality and service he received. We had hired a local pool company from Plano to remodel our pool and had to fire them due to lack of performance and poor workmanship. When we reached out to Craig and explained the situation to him, he was very empathetic about what we had gone through with the other pool company and he reassured us that he could repair the damage and remodel our pool. As an experienced, licensed pool contractor, Craig pointed out the improper techniques that the other pool company was utilizing to remodel our pool and explained the problems that we would have encountered. Craig was able to start our pool remodel ahead of schedule and we were swimming two weeks later. The pool looks even better than we expected and we are very appreciative of Craig for taking on the mess that another pool company left behind. We would highly recommend Natural Water Environments. They are a licensed, professional, knowledgeable and experienced pool contractor. Learn from our mistake, always use a licensed pool contractor and check their references.

My project was to remodel my 40 year old pool and change the surrounding area into an Resort Oasis. I hit the jackpot selecting Craig to make this happen. From the beginning he listened to what I had in mind. Then he discussed with me all the ideas he had to reach that goal. With his fabulous software, he was able to show me exactly what the finished project would look like. I knew from the beginning, remodeling a 40 year old pool would present problems and changes. Craig always had the attitude the customer is always right. No matter what unforeseen came up, he would take the stress off of me by handling everything. I have been in my home 33 years with lots of construction over the years. Only a few companies have won my trust. Natural Water Environments is certainly one of them. I could not be prouder that now I actually have that Oasis I dreamed about. Both my pool area and my courtyard (he remodeled) won 1st place Design Awards for 10 states and Mexico. If I had it to do all over again, I would only choose this company. I see that Craig has posted my BEFORE courtyard and BEFORE Watkins Pool Remodel. Oh my, if there were just a way for me to POST the AFTER photos. They are shockingly beautiful. Whenever my friends/family enter the pool area for the first time (after the remodel), they GASP with Delight! With comments like,it looks like a 5 star resort!!& Makes me so proud!

Our refurbished and remodeled pool and spa look amazing. Craig and his team took our thoughts and created just what we wanted. Craig and his team are efficient, effective, respectful and kind. 5 stars! We would give 10 if we could! This is why: We wanted to redo our pool and deck area and talked to several contractors. None were very responsive or knowledgeable. When we contacted Craig at Natural Water Environments he responded quickly and came to see us. He made suggestions and took all the time we needed to make good decisions about all the details involved. He never got impatient with all our MANY questions. We have never had a good experience with contractors (house repairs, bathroom remodel, etc.). Craig was exceptional in every way. He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. He supervised every step and was always available when we had a question. His crew was amazing! They took great pains to do things right and addressed every concern that we had. They were on time and neat and seemed to enjoy their work. We are very happy with the pool and the deck surrounds. We recommend Natural Water Environments to anyone who would like to have quality work and a good experience.

Natural Water Environments was very helpful in recommending solutions for a very complicated house lift situation. Lots of great ideas, very patient during the decision making process. We needed to resurface our pool and Craig explained the complete process and timeline to completion in detail and in such a manner that we understood everything. We obtained estimates from three companies and Craig explained facets of the process the the other two companies never even mentioned. They were done on time and they were so clean and neat, when they left you would never know that they had been here - except for the new and beautiful pool. We highly recommend them.

He is extremely knowable and helpful. I hired him to consult a swimming pool that another contractor had started and abandoned. Craig let me know what needed to be done and stated he would finish the work if the original contractor did not finish it. He will be the person I call if I ever need pool work done again. He is a professional and an expert when it comes to pools and pool repair.

Craig did a fantastic job on our remodel. The pebble tec and stone repair look awesome! The kids really like the glow in the dark spotter tile too. He was very communicative throughout the whole process and even came out late on a Saturday afternoon to make sure the chemicals were right before the kids started swimming again. His pricing was fair and nothing went up from his estimate. We highly recommend using them for your remodel!

Working in extreme heat workers seemed to cut corners to get the job done. Debris and paint waste left in the yard that was tracked on pathway stones. My water hose was stained with paint and there was no restoration of landscaping removed for concrete form installation.

They did a great job with my pool. Craig was on top of my project since the first time we talked about it. I would definitely recommend this company.

Craig and his crew did a great job replacing an old pool light. Another company tried to replace it and broke the cord trying to pull it out of the wall and said they couldnâ t fix it. Craig was able to remove the trapped cord and install a new light when other companies wanted to drill through the concrete decking.

Personal and friendly

Craig and his team are awesome! We had a total remodel of our pool and we could not be any happier. Craig was onsite every step of the way and I don't think there is anyone in the business who knows more about pools than Craig. Craig's caring nature is evident in how he treats his team and his clients. He is an outstanding human being. Even though the final product is outstanding, our satisfaction really stems from how Craig handled all the small things. For example, when we had a small issue with the way something looked, he had no arguments; he just fixed it right away. This 5-star rating is mostly about the customer service and how Craig handled all our requests/modifications (I am a bit tough to work with at times:)). I have already recommended Natural Water Environments to friends and I will continue to highly recommend! Thank you Craig and Team!

After getting estimates from several companies we felt most comfortable with Craig and Natural Water Environments. We had our pool resurfaced, tile replaced and mastic replaced. We had an incident with some equipment failure causing some damage and now know the importance of hiring someone who is bonded and insured rather than someone who does this on the side. He was very attentive to making sure all repairs were done to our satisfaction. We're very pleased with the outcome. We love our updated pool. We still call Craig when we have pool questions and he is always helpful. I would definitely recommend this company and use him again.
