I chose this Pro contractor based on reviews, scheduling flexibility and price. We had Craig and his team replaster our pool with mini Pebble plaster and new spotter tiles. I was very pleased with how quick and professionally everything was done. I appreciated the fact that Craig's team was friendly and very respectful of our property. Craig is very personable, professional and a joy to work with. He was readily available to answer any of our questions and/or concerns. He stepped us through every step of the way. Craig's knowledge of everything pool related was invaluable. And his "pool maintenance school" was also very helpful. We feel very confident with relying on Craig and his extensive expertise. I would highly recommend hiring Natural Water Environments for any pool related project.

The end result was beautiful!! It's amazing they were able to complete the superior quality of work they did in the time fram allotted! Staff was incredible!! Craig said what he would deliver and exceeded our expectations!! He comes highly recommended and has several awards to show it!!

As with any remodel, we could expect bumps in the road That being said, we always wait until the job is finished and double check to see if there are any issues that we might need to contact the contractor for. In this case, there were a few issues. One being a leaky PVC pipe that was attached to the pool motor which is a brand new and his team had installed. Then we had some issues with the decorative travertine pool stones surrounding the pool. (They filled a hole in one of the stones). We are very disappointed in the customer service , the team worked hard, I cannot say the same for Craig Cameron the owner! He failed to a return simple phone calls to follow up on what would seem to be simple warranty work. For example, we have had the leak in PVC piping since the day that Craigs team installed the pool motor. This is not the fault of the team, Craig failed to return phone calls, emails and text messages until one of our friends contacted him for service. In short , We hired another pool company to remedy the leak situation with freezing temperatures arriving. Simply stated $40,000 was a great deal of money to spend For the service received with no customer service at the back end.

Craig is very responsive (not one of those who never return any communications).Very knowledgeable and articulate in his explanations. Willing to spend time to answer the abundance of questions about the process.

Working with Craig and his team was a breeze. He was responsive to ALL of our questions and concerns and made recommendations that made the project even better. He went above and beyond in service even after the project was completed. His team was very respectful of our backyard...and even left the yard at times so we could let our dogs out. When my car was in the way, they just worked around it until I realized what I had done. We are thrilled with the end result. Call Craig. You will not be disappointed.

Craig, is one amazing man. My husband and I retired, and wanted an oasis in our backyard and Craig and his men went Well over and beyond to give us what we wanted. Craig communicated with us every step and helped us so much with fabulous design ideas, that we wouldn't have even known about. Craig can truly, turn any backyard into an Oasis. We can't forget about his crew of men, they are the absolute BEST !! Everyday, when they finished, everything was picked up and organized. We have Never had a Happier and more Polite group of men working for us. I actually was happy to wake up and watch them work, as they truly care about their work. Our pool is something so special to my husband and I. IT IS OUR OASIS!! Everyone, that comes to visit is in awe of the transition of our pool and pool area. We will for sure be asking Craig to do more construction in our back yard, now that the pool area is finished. We can't thank Craig and his Crew Enough!!!!

Craig and his team are true professionals. I have had to hire contractors several times over the years. The magic with any home improvement project is hiring the right contractor. Craig was without question the right contractor. Price was fair. No hidden cost or gimmicks, and completely transparent every step of the project. Wow! There are almost no words to describe what an incredible experience we have had working with Craig and his crews. We came into this project with a vision and Craig exceeded all expectations and then some. He and his team built the MOST BEAUTIFUL composite deck and pergola in our backyard. The quality of their work is beyond what we could have asked for. Everyone we interfaced with who works for him was professional and hard working. Craig communicated with me through the entire project, provided proper guidance and outstanding quality work. Had in ground pool remodeled entirely with new plaster, coping, tile. also had the deck sprayed over the old aggregate concrete. The yard is brand new and have already received compliments.

It was the best work we have had by any contractor in any of the last 20 years of home ownership. They did such great work and the people who came out were the most personable of any contracted workers. The water features are simply amazing and we have the most wonderful pool we could have imagined. We paid in advance of the final completion because we had such a wonderful experience with Craig. Natural Water Environments - Craig Cameron did a wonderful job completing our pool remodel. We also added a spa and resurfaced the pool decking and patio area. We couldnâ t be happier with the outcome. Craig has great ideas and listens well to what you (as the client) has requested. He did a great job staying within our budget. When our original pool company turned out to be incompetent, we were left with a MASSIVE backyard disaster and no idea how to complete it. We contacted numerous companies for a quote to finish. Most wouldn t even considered giving us a quote due to how horrible the previous company left our backyard. Craig not only came to assess the yard, he was the most thorough with his quote, bringing in all venders needed to complete the project so we had no surprises moving forward. Craig was over-the-top amazing. He had to do lots of extra work because the previous owner had done shoddy work. He did not charge us extra for lots of the extra things he had to do. He had creative solutions along the way. He was mindful of cost. His men were diligent. Overall, great experience. Couldn't recommend him highly enough. Ten stars.

Craig is very responsive. He is very quick on responding to texts, emails and phone calls. He walked us through what needed to be done to maintain the pool integrity (Plaster, tile, coping and stone work). He offered invaluable design expertise in the choice of materials. His crews are courteous and professional. In life occasionally one runs across The guy is who you call when you need something done well. One shares this information with close friends when they need the guy For swimming pool work, Craig is the guy. I can think of no higher praise. Bottom-line, our backyard has been transformed into something wonderful.

We went to a couple of pool places to get the pool chemicals balanced. Cost a lot of money trying to just add chemicals. Called Craig and he came out the next day and tested everything. Told us when we needed to do and also installed some equipment. Came back and restarted the pool chemicals and took as much time as we needed to inform us on the maintained of our pool . I would recommend Craig for any pool job. A couple of years ago he resurfaced out pool and it looks great.

Craig was great. We were pleased with everything . He was able to also trouble shoot our cabana to keep water from flowing inside . Craig is a hardworking guy Johnny on the spot when anything needs attention .

Craig Cameron of Natural Water Environments was highly recommended by my brother, as Craig remodeled his pool a year ago and was very pleased with the quality and service he received. We had hired a local pool company from Plano to remodel our pool and had to fire them due to lack of performance and poor workmanship. When we reached out to Craig and explained the situation to him, he was very empathetic about what we had gone through with the other pool company and he reassured us that he could repair the damage and remodel our pool. As an experienced, licensed pool contractor, Craig pointed out the improper techniques that the other pool company was utilizing to remodel our pool and explained the problems that we would have encountered. Craig was able to start our pool remodel ahead of schedule and we were swimming two weeks later. The pool looks even better than we expected and we are very appreciative of Craig for taking on the mess that another pool company left behind. We would highly recommend Natural Water Environments.
