Craig has been very personable, professional and immeasurably helpful, in not only remodeling our pool (plaster, coping and tiles), but also with the overall backyard remodeling. He has been able to provide insights and ideas that our current contractors have failed to discuss or entertain. He has provided resources to us that were not afforded to us by our backyard contractors. This is a gentleman that knows his stuff! He has been to our house multiple times throughout the different stages of the pool remodeling. He has been instrumental in helping us remodel the pool that we wanted and able to plan our budget accordingly. I will be using him to remodel the rest of the backyard come next year as I trust his judgment greatly. You would be remiss to go with someone else.

"After 23 years in use, we needed to redo our pool, and called on the same person who converted the pool 20 years ago to an ozone system, since someone in the family is very sensitive to chemicals including chlorine. This person is Craig Cameron of Natural Water Environments. The resurfacing and retiling was done quickly, efficiently, and well. Since the ozone system was old, it also had to be changed out, and when he told us he had a newer and better system that he was studying, we decided to be his test case, and had the first installation of the new system. It has worked extremely well over two summers, and we could not be more pleased. A sparkling pool with no chlorine smell. Craig also comes by for regular pool checks. A very responsible contractor who can be a friend as well an excellent professional. Highly recommended for any pool construction or remodeling, and the only one who can install correctly an ozone system."

I needed a pool remodel including new tile, plaster, and decking. Craig and team did a great job and my pool looks brand new. All the workers were professional and Craig was always available if I called with questions. He was there every step of the way. Definitely recommend for any pool needs.

Buyer Beware!! Sub Contractors were not very good. We commissioned this company to resurface our pool. It was over a year ago that this was completed, and as the months went on we realized there was a leak somewhere. The owner had a "Leak Detection" company come out and pressure test our plumbing in the pool. The Test revealed there was a leak at the Polaris outlet. The company said that the pool was incorrectly plumbed and this is what caused the leak. It took from January 23, 2018 to April 23, 2018 for the leak to be repaired. There was always an excuse as to why it wasn't fixed sooner. It is now working properly, but I still would not recommend this company which billed itself as totally "Certified" to do our job better than any one else.

The quality of work was great. He kept us informed of timelines and it was a very smooth overall process from start to finish.

Natural Water Environments remodeled our 13 year old pool. I found them to be dependable, fair priced, knowledgeable and excellent with the finished product. I have had pools in North Texas for over 24 years. Compared to other contractors I have dealt with, they are the experts. Highly recommended.

I had the company Natural Water Environments come out to resurface and re-tile the pool. The company wasn't the most expensive and they weren't the cheapest. I feel like they offered a fair price for the work. I would say that the company did a top notch job and I would recommend them to anyone.

The owner was very approachable, and worked was completed in a timely manner.

They gave us extremely good service and the equipment they installed is excellent, it keeps the swimming pool sparkling clean. They did a complete leak detection and fixed all leaks. They disassembled and replumbed the hot tub. Our swimming pool pipe was broken and they fixed everything. After they did their work, the water is crystal clear again. Everything works exactly as they advertised and their customer service is also great. They also added new tile and plaster!

These are the pros when remodeling a swimming pool. Excellent knowledge, creative designing, quality work, upfront and honest. Natural Water Environments even built my fence. there is nothing these guys don't do. Can't say it enough, Great Job. Would recommend this company to everyone.
