+ -1 moreEverything went great. In order to diagnose the problem, they had to disassemble quite a bit of my system. They put everything back together in such a way it did not looked like they had every been in my house.
Description of Work: I searched Angie's List in the Home Theater category looking for someone who provided repair and service. I did not need an install consultation or new equipment. The description for MyMediaInstaller (Luis) matched my needs. I left a message with them since I was doing the search late at night. the next day, Luis contacted me to make an appointment later in the day. When Luis and his assistant arrived, I showed them the problems I was experiencing. They immediately put together a diagnostic plan and executed. Within 1 hour they were able to pinpoint the problem with a recommended solution.
