I had very poor credit scores so I was searching online and came across MSI Credit Solution they had good reviews but I still wasn't sure so I contact them and Brendon Craft one of the Reps call me back hours after I inquire which was really quick if you ask me so he explain the process and I agree to give them a chance and its been great service MSI help my credit scores whithin 30 days of me joining my scores are now very good !! MSI helped me identify those items on my credit report that were errors and then helped me identify strategies for resolving and removing those errors. Most importantly for me, they did ALL of the correspondence work. In my busy work schedule, I needed someone to help me send the letters and manage the follow-up with all of the bureaus, collection agencies, and creditors. The reality was (and still is) - that even though I am an experienced banking professional, there is a specialty-level expertise that MSI brings to the process that makes this worthwhile for anyone with a busy schedule. Of course, I "could have" done all this work by myself - maybe. But MSI is a trustworthy partner that helped me carry the burden. I am keeping them well after the initial work is completed because I find value in their continued follow-up.

When I first heard about MSI I was skeptical. I thought what they are claiming to do seem almost impossible. Of course in the back of my mind I wanted to own a home of my own but with my credit scores, I just put it out of my mind. Then one day I decided to call. It was the best call I ever made. The client representative that assisted me was Brendon. Through his caring directive and guidance my credit scores begun to slowly climb. Today I am happy to report that a total of 172 points increase has been added to my credit score. I am excited to report that I am now working with their mortgage department and I have been pre-approved for a home loan. Even the president emailed and called me to see how things were coming along. Well, Mr. President, first of all I want to say thank you for all the positive support you and your company have shown. You sure have a special way of making your clients feel comfortable, assertive, and knowing that score increase and home ownership can really happen. Was scrolling on facebook one night and came across #msicreditsolutions. Filled out info they needed they contacted me immediately the next morning. I'm in the market of purchasing my first home, but I know I have some credit issues. However Brandon Holmes (my wonderful adviser) me feel VERY SECURE in trusting him to make this happen, he explained EVERYTHING detail by detailed and was very patient with me...and just to let you all know, I DON'T trust people well! Unlike most advertising I've heard about are schemes and out to get your money etc. Reading reviews and seeing people I personally know stating #msicreditsolutions changed their lives for the better, made me take the initiative to contact them. If you want to increase your score and have a better life. I would advise to give them a call asap.

They removed 2000 off my credit. They treat you like family and make sure that you are well taken care of. They improved my scores well enough so I could get a brand new car in my name, which is a great accomplishment!

Always available to answer questions and was treated with the upmost respect. Though many people may think the prices may seem unreasonable, the results will exceed your expectations.. I had a ton of stuff on my credit that needed attention. I reached out to Brendon Croft back in January 2016 to get started on cleaning my credit. They were able to get a lot of stuff removed and unified across all three reports. Since I've seen +300 total point increases across all my credit report. I now have 2 really good unsecured credit cards which I pay in full each month and it has placed me in range for buying a house.

Brenden and the Crew over at MSI Credit Solutions are a group of wonderful individuals. They work with you on everything and you could Tell that that are genuinely out to help and but just take your money. They are upfront about everything and that's what I love besides them doing what they said they would plus more. I highly recommend them.

The process was explained by Michael Tyler over the phone. The contract was sent by a e-mail link of which cannot be saved unless you have an account with Adobe or some other app which allows downloading of .pdf files. There was only one conversation by phone regarding rates, monthly payments, etc of which I had nothing in writing. I used two different credit card accounts to be able to afford this costly service. There's was no agreement to which card MSI would auto debit. So whoa and behold on 11/5 without notice they auto debit the account with the lowest balance and get denied. This did not set well with me and I canceled after getting a statement from another young lady that it would cost me $150 to reinstate and it would be under a different rate agreement. The work, well this is the first response from Transunion to one of MSI's letters: "We have received the documents you supplied for proof of your current mailing address; however the documents were unacceptable due to one or more of the following reasons: Reason#1: one or more of the documents provided was too old. Refer to the list below. Reason#2: one or more of the documents provided was illegible. Reason#3: one or more of the documents provided was not a qualifying document. Reason#4: only one form of proof was provided. Two (2) qualifying documents are required. Now you might get the idea that maybe it was a bad copy. The only problem in that thinking is this; I never gave MSI or requested by MSI anything that would be a qualifying document. If MSI handles the deletion of invalid addresses this poorly, how do you think disputes of inaccurate credit reporting will be handled after you have wasted $500.00? Your only chance of recovery is a chance of refund later in the contract if you maintain all of your credit cards to limits MSI says that they must be maintained. What a racket. People that are reporting increases in their FICO could have probably done as well themselves for a lot less money.

MSI was great! They exceeded my expectations. I came to them at the end of May 2015 so they could help repair my credit in order to achieve a home loan. By August 2015, I was closing on my first home! In just a little 2 months, MSI repaired my credit; something another company I had worked with last year wasn't able to do in a year!

The process is ongoing, but the results thus far have been very encouraging. My contact, Brian, has exhibited professionalism and a thorough understanding of his job.

Ricardo was extremely friendly and helpful. He explained how he could help me, and he was able to provide advice and insight from his years of experience in the credit repair industry. I was very pleased with the service, and he followed up with me to make sure he answered any additional questions I had. I've recommended MSI to several friends.

Everything went well again! I had an old IRS tax lien on my credit report that I did not know about. I paid the tax lien but the IRS still showed unpaid tax lien. So I contacted MSI Credit Solutions again and spoke to Ricardo & Megan and consulted with them about the tax lien. They got to work right away and in 45 days had the tax lien removed. I'm closing on my house this week and if it wasn't for MSI Credit Solutions I would not be able to purchase my house. Thank you so much guys!

The experience went really well. Everyone was really helpful at MSI, and I was able to get my credit repaired. I have been more successful in my financial life since my experience with MSI.
