I live in wylie tx which is an hour away for Mr. Roy. I have used him three times and would highly recommend him for any heating or cooling needs. He is Extremely professional and thorough in his work. I will use him again for future maintenance.
Description of Work: Diagnosed unit, cleaned condenser coil,added 5 oz of R22 refrigerant,replaced capacitor on fan motor.
