While ours was a small job (swapping out old lino bath flooring for tile), the MP crew was responsive and easy to work with. Job was started on time, workmanship was perfect, and job site was left clean and tidy. Highly recommend!!

The two craftsmen they sent to install the floors were very professional and hard-working! We are even happy with the price we paid. Our floors are now beautifully updated! Great work for an awesome price!

Their quality of work is excellent. They person showed, removed and disposed of our old carpet and removed all the debris left under the carpet by the original builder. We could barely tell where the carpet was cut to transition from one location to the next.

Excellent job on our stairs and trim. Looking forward to finishing a few more projects w/ them!

Eduardo was very communicative throughout the process. He was responsive to my needs and concerns. He did not disappear when issues arose and he was always on top of things to make sure everything was taken care of. I was so impressed with the LVP install that I followed up with carpeting and I’m looking to use MP for some kitchen work.

Eduardo was quick to schedule, meet, and provide me a competitive quote. I provided my own flooring material. Installation started 1 week after signing the contract. Took 3 days to complete the project. His guys showed up on time everyday and did an excellent job in installing our floors. Will do business with them again! A+++ Service. :-)

Can't recommend MP Carpet and Floors highly enough. Really easy to do business with and the price seemed fair. The crew did great work. They picked up my carpet from the Mohawk warehouse in Flower Mound, stored it for me for two weeks, then brought it to my home and completed the job in a morning. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend MP Carpet & Flooring. After struggling for over a month to find a contractor to install flooring on my 1st floor PM Eduardo contacted me and was able to move swiftly. From initial contact to coming over for an estimate and providing a detailed estimate was done all within 72 hours. The pricing was excellent, craftsmanship amazing, the workers were nice, diligent cleaned up at the end of the day and very courteous. I was so impressed that I not only had my 1st floor flooring installed but my 2nd floor and had them install new oak stairs my kitchen backsplash. All projects were completed within less than 2 weeks. There are so many companies taking advantage of people and MP flooring was very honest even sending multiple estimates. My experience was so pleasant that I've told all my friends to reach out to them for any projects they may have.

The crew worked very hard although there was no one that could speak English and communication was difficult. Some of our furniture got scratched when they piled it up into one room. There were a couple of places in the kitchen where there was some small corners where the guy had a hard time and he left the gaps open. We had to fix the small gaps. He did not cut one of the transition pieces long enough and there is a small gap we will need to fix. But they gave us the cheapest estimate and they were half of what another place wanted to charge. Us so we can fix the small issues for the great price.
