Description of Work: Actually there was no work done as I could not even get an estimator out to my house for a bid!! That was the problem!!! The first appointment was canceled due to weather, the man rescheduled for the following Monday, he did not come at new date, called the office, the lady said she was sorry but they forgot to call me to cancel the appointment because of some emergency but she would get the man and see when he could come again, they never called back......then I called week later, scheduled another,appointment and he did not show up.......called and complained, she said they did not have it on their schedule.......!!! Enough is enough !
