Mike Pope

He did a good job with putting boards up but he was also supposed to perform some other work for me such as putting doors on my cupboard. He said he had some other things going on but that when they were done he would complete the work. I called him to see what was going on since I had not heard from him for awhile and he told me he was really busy and didn't have the time. I feel he should have finished my job first before taking on another job. I also feel like like he should have called me to update me instead of me having to call him. I would not use him again because he is not reliable and I would not recommend him. He did not stick by his word.

My landlord contracted with the provider so I do not know the cost of the job.  However, I do know that the flooring looks beautiful.   During the installation, four people asked for the providers name.
The provider was given a tight schedule.  He and his staff worked through the week, including weekends.  A situation occurred which was not foreseen.  The provider was very professional and responsive.  He handled the situation very satisfactorily. 
An excellent clean up was done after the installation.  I would definitely recommend Mike Pope's work. 

The amount of work was more than I could handle.  I told him that I needed this work done and he was familiar with what the Mesquite inspection is like. He did everything in the most cost-effective way.  He also cut down a Chinese Evergreen Shrub, with very sharp leaves, and a Hackberry tree.  I have found Mike to be very helpful, honest, and easy to deal with.
