This is a horrible company. They have continual problems with their clients and we hope others don't get burned. They are a production company, placing a few inexpensive plants on production homes. They have shown us that they are not arborists and do not truly understrand plants, trees or extensive landscaping. 1: They utilized plants clearly indicated that do not grow in Texas, do not grow in heat, do not grow in direct sunlight. And, they wondered why they died. 2: The quality of their plants are poor. We have professional watering system, truly commercial grade. But, more than 50% of their plants died due to poor quality, disease before planting or improper planting. 3: Improper planting. Their crews are poorly trained. In many instances they merely set the plant in a and quot;bowland quot; in the mulch. Than wondered why it died. Other times they planted the trees too low in the ground causing root rot. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. They have a written one year warranty. While they did replant some of the dead plants and trees, they did not honor most of the ones that died. They said they would and quot;treatand quot; them, but they never did. Than, they simply said they would not honor the warranty on the remaining dead plants and trees and said simply go ahead and try to collect. We hired other companies, an Arborist, landscaping etc. They have all turned out to be great. Just don't use Metroplex. By the way, they go by several names. The landscaper who came out did a great job. She was very knowledgeable in their field, and she was also flexible when working with us. I would recommend the company to others.

The designer came out to give the design. I have had to follow up about three times to ask about scheduling. However, the designer is in school so the project is still on hold. The designer is very responsive when we do touch base.
