The service was fine and efficient. The only issue I had was that I had to keep calling them to make sure they came out. They said they would be out in the afternoon, but were not able to come until evening. I would recommend them with the caveat that you stay on them with good communication.

My husband was here for the service call and he said the technician was extremely nice and it was a simple fix. We were expecting them to say we needed a new ac unit but that was not the case and we are extremely happy. It's nice to know they weren't just telling us something needed to be replaced and that they were honest.

The owner was quick to reply to my questions. He was willing to work with me and appointment delays. He offered options and solutions that help me fix the a/c system with a quality product and was quick to install unit.

Poor installation. Wouldn't work until they got someone else to come and help. They disconnected my alarm and now I need to have an alarm company reset. Mislead me about noisy air conditioner. Always late. For installation and initial contact. I spent $3200 and still have the same noise coming from my air conditioner. They just wanted me to get a new unit. Yes I have a brand new unit but I'm out 3200 for the same noise and the money to hire an alarm company. I feel they took advantage of me
