Amazing family-owned and operated company! David and his crew are very professional. Called the same day I submitted the request. Fast service. Got everything installed (using a crane), removed the old equipment and left everything very clean. Excellent service and better pricing. Highly recommended. I will definitely hire them again for other AC jobs in the future. No wonder they have great reviews. Don't think it twice, Call them!

Excellent service man

I was contacted immediately. Service was prompt. They explained what was wrong & how they were going to fix it, step by step. My A/C went out on Saturday evening & Metro Service was able to fix it the next Sunday morning. Prices were very reasonable. A/C is working great.

Did a very good job of cleaning out condensate lines. Very thorough and blew out the line several times to be sure. Arrived when they said they would. I thought the charge was a little expensive for the work performed. However, not having any other experiences with A/C repair, I don't have anything to base it on. I expected about a third less than he charged. But, I would rather have good dependable service than a shoddily done repair. Talked to them about some future business. Family-owned business who cares about their customers and the job they do.

The technician immediately diagnosed our capacity issue and did a thorough job cleaning our coil. I felt like the owner was a little arbitrary in his pricing, but that's probably to be expected.
