It took 2 trips over 3 days to get our thermostat fixed but ultimately for $250 we got a relay replaced, wiring set up correctly after I messed things up trying to install a thermostat myself, and a used thermostat installed. My only concern was the communication around arrival times could have been more proactive about letting us know when they would be running behind. They did get out to us within 24 hours of me putting in the request though.

They fixed the problem after coming back twice. I believe they overcharged me for the needed part.

Very quick service

I bought an Ecobee 4 thermostat and needed help installing. It cost a little more than I wanted, but they were fast to contact me, came on time, and quickly installed and helped program my new thermostat!

David came quickly to our house, he was a very nice and polite man who discovered the problem and had our house heating again within the hour, and at a reasonable price. I was very pleased to find this company and such a nice man, I plan on contacting him for my yearly maintenance.

They came on a Friday night when our furnace stopped working on a night that will be in the 20's. Fixed it and had our heat going again in a couple of hours. Great job!
