One word...Phenomenal! Metro Crest's service and attention to detail was exceptional. Mike did an excellent job of inspecting our home and making sure he treated every single inch. It has been less than 24 hours since they treated our home and we have already seen dead spiders and a water bug in the garage. We will definitely be using their services every quarter.

As one can imagine after learning that my home may have had termite damage or infestation, and spending time on Google and checking out different companies, a lot of worry and concern was on my mind, and within a very short amount of time after reaching out, Mike contacted me, And started to get a overall assessment of what issues I was experiencing and discussing some general things with me. What was most of sharing was the information provided as well as the careful and easy to understand the explanation about how the process works what to expect and the general cost estimates that obviously can vary but can be ballpark quoted fairly well, I didn’t feel rushed and making any decisions and in fact our initial conversation was very extensive in terms of getting information about what would likely be the best options but in terms of treatment and assessment, and sending the technician I was given plenty of opportunity to make sure that my schedule worked and what to expect. Upon the technician arrival my home and full exterior and other areas were very thoroughly examined, and my questions and concerns were addressed. I’m a musician, and not knowledgeable about pest control, and I was very pleased with the education of the types of services they provide, and the best options for my situation. The technician accurately contacted me and communicated what to expect upon his arrival, and at many times wanted to ensure that there would be no unnecessary treatments resulting in a cost that could be avoided, and once activity was identified, an accurate quote and detailed explanation of the plan was explained and decided as the best course of action, the technician even assisted me with a small wasp nest in the area needed to be treated which I had difficulty taking care of due to a serious phobia of flying insects. The cost was reasonable and a very clear focus on building a strong relationship of quality work and long-term pest control management was very clear in this company‘s philosophy-I highly recommend this company and the philosophy that they have put my mind at ease. Prior to scheduling the appointment, I spoke to Mike in the office and explained I wanted a general treatment with no long-term contract. He described the services the company performs and indicated they do not seek contracts (like so many companies do). I was able to set up a nest day appointment. The technician arrived promptly and confirmed the details of the appointment. He was thorough and professional. He treated the inside and perimeter of the house, and spread granular product on the lawn. He also removed spider webs and wasp nests on the soffits, and checked the attic for any sign of unwelcome visitors. I am happy with the service and would recommend this company.

We had a great experience working with this company. Mike spent a lot of time giving us advice on preventing potential problems and performing the actual application. We would definitely recommend them.

We had a serious rat infestation in our attic. I called Metro and they came out and gave me a very reasonable quote to take care of the problem. Little did we know at the time how big the problem was to be. Cesar was our technician and he located several places the vermin were getting in and sealed the holes with a variety of sheet metal patches, wire and foam. He then proceeded to set traps and bait stations around the house. The next day there were several small and medium rats caught. Cesar came back and emptied the traps and reset them. A few days later there were several more caught and he came back again, found another place they could get in and sealed it and reset the traps and added a few more. He had to come out 2 more times to empty traps and the last time the rats were very large. Finally, after a couple more weeks there are no more rats. Metro was always courteous and prompt and a pleasure to work with. If you need a company that will stick with you until the problem is solved, these are your guys. Highly recommended!

Everything went very well. I submitted 3 project requests and Metro Pest Control was the first one to call immediately (and the only one to respond). Free estimate was scheduled the next day and was professionally conducted. Detailed works were explained item by item. I thought the price was reasonable (compared to what my friend paid other company) and the description of the work to be done was thorough. All the works were completed the same day as promised and a follow up work to close the last hole the following week. When I thought I saw a squirrel was able to get back to the attic, Metro Pest Control immediately sent out the workers to inspect the problem. They assured me the squirrel did not make back in, but they went ahead put extra safeguard anyway. Highly recommended.

On time, courteous, professionalism

It went very well. He said they were carpenter ants and used the appropriate sprays in the house and also treated all along the house outside. Recheck in 5 days.

I called one day about our problem and Mike sent a technician out the next day. The man who came to our house was wonderful. He was on time, polite, listened to us when we told him what we were seeing, and went with my husband to see what we were concerned about. He did what we thought was a thorough evaluation and actually traced the ants that were coming in the weep hole to a tree near our house that was infested with them! Who knew? He treated both bath and bedroom and we have been ant-free since. I am SO thankful! When it was time to pay the technician actually told us there was a coupon available to new customers. I never expected that to be part of the service. We feel Metro Pest took excellent care of us. Thank you, Metro.

It went very well. Michael sent his guy that week to put traps and poison bait out, seal up any entry points and treated inside and outside. They also went out to more times for post inspections and trap refills for the same price. Other companies tried to upcharge to come back out

The work was professionally done and the owner and the serviceman, Mike, did an excellent job. Mike inspected around the house and suggested some areas for sealing that we weren't aware of such as mortar missing on bricks. Some of the work involved installing metal flashing where there were holes in wood near the roof and Mike did a great job matching the paint color. The work was done promptly and part of the service included return visits after a week and a month to verify our problem was solved. Mike found evidence of rats in the attic not squirrels. We have heard no evidence of further attic occupancy, now 2-3 months later. Excellent job. My only dissatisfaction was that after we concluded business did I realize that I had forgotten the 20% discount coupon available from Angies List for the expensive $650 bill. Both the owner and the serviceman knew I found them through Angies List. I consider this a cost of my stupidity for not remembering the coupon until after the service was performed and paid for.

Everyone was responsive, punctual & professional. Since we're new to the area, they talked us through the insects & critters we could expect, did a through inspection & some preventative spraying.

My husband spoke with Michael on the phone, who was very helpful in explaining how bed bugs are treated. Then we accidentally scheduled two companies to come out, so when the Metro guy came - we had already had our inspection. The technician was nice about it when we told him. Michael called to be sure their tech hadn't done anything wrong, and was also super nice about it even though we had wasted their time. Very professional and polite company!

I spoke with Michael to talk about the issues we were having. He was able to schedule Mike to come out the very next morning. Mike was professional and very courteous. He thoroughly explained everything. I was very impressed with Mike and wish MetroPest was in North Carolina where I live. I would definitely call them out to my house and very highly recommend them. You're definitely not just a number with MetroPest! If I could give them a grade higher than an A, I definitely would!
