I called thinking I could get someone to come to the house that weekend only to be told that a technician was in my area. He arrived within 2 hours of my call, explained what needed to be done, did it, and was gone within an hour of arrival. I was very impressed with the prompt thorough attention.

I called to make an appointment and was pleasantly surprised when I was told that a technician was in my neighborhood and could probably be at my house within a couple of hours. I had to leave before he got here, but my friend said that he was courteous and thorough. I called and asked about mosquito treatment and was told that they have a product that they have been very successful with and I said I would like to try it in my yard. I haven't been bothered by a single mosquito! I still can't believe it. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a good pest control company.

Kieth was punctual and very professional and knowledgeable. He did a thorough job diagnosing the problem and explained to me exactly what he was doing. He concluded that we had Norway rats in the attic. He set bait around the house and in the attic. We have not heard the rats since, so presumably the problem has been taken care of.

Our experience with them has been fine.

Bob and Keith were incredibly professional. I fully trust these guys and highly recommend them. They saved me! Oh my.. I thought I had bed bugs in my house. Yikes! When Keith arrived and inspected the room, he said he had never seen so many "young' bugs with no adults around. To be sure, he took a few samples back with him and discovered they were baby ticks that had just hatched! YUCK! They immediately blasted my place (indoor and out) , at a very fair price, and the ticks had no chance. What was an awful experience turned out to be somewhat bearable, once Keith and Bob came to the rescue. Both Bob and Keith have followed up with me a couple times to make sure all is calm in my house. And thankgoodness, no pests whatsover of any kind since then. THANK YOU!

They did a good job of getting rid of the ants and c*** roaches. I haven't had a problem since.

Very well done. They were able to come out the very next day, and actually spray that day. I did not have to go through the estimate and schedule the application for another day, and I appreciated that. He was very pleasant and took time to explain to me the problem. I will definitely be using them for my maintenance work.

They checked for rodents in the attic, found the hole by the roof, covered it and put out bait. They checked under the house as well. Total satisfaction. No more unwanted guests! They also said don't hesitate to call if there are any more problems.

It went well. It was pretty fast. I felt Amy was thorough and she explained the process to me and what I was up against -- rodents! I called Metro after I tried to kill the rats myself, which resulted in a rat dying inside of a wall. Gross! Luckily it was a garage wall so I could remove the rotting critter. That experience taught me that pest control is a job for experts. So far, so good ... I have not seen any bugs or seen traces of rats since.

Termites swarmed in my house this spring. I had been having my house spot treated and inspected since 2001 by another company, which never found the actual source of the entry. I decided to get estimates and opinions from other companies. The first company wanted to pull up the master bedroom carpet and drill through the foundation to treat the ground, although they never found the actual entry source. Metro Pest performed a free inspection. Craig spent a very long time on the inspection. Although he never found the entry source of the termites, he assured me that he would when he did the treatment. And he did. They were coming in around the shower pipes in the wall between the shower and the bedroom. I saw the mud going up the pipe when he cut a small hole in the wall. This was so much better than having the carpet pulled up and just guessing about the entry point. I am extremely pleased with his hard work. It was a difficult challenge and I think Metro Pest has finally found the solution. The final bill was slightly more than the verbal estimate, but well worth the price and still even less than the other estimate I received from the first company.

Craig arrived in a prompt fashion. He was very professional and explained everything he did from start to finish. He was very thorough in his work and didn't make a mess coming through the house. He was very nice and social yet still professional. He explained all charges all the way through and I was very happy with the experience.

They were outstanding. Their communication professionalism punctuality. Called before he came out. He gave accommodations. Stuck to the estimated price. I think he did more than what was quoted but did not charge extra. I will use them forever.

They are a very responsive company. I have no complaints with them. I think they are so accommodating because they will come back right away if I happen to see a bug after they've been here. I like the fact that I don't have to remember to call them because they always let me know when my house is due to be treated.

They come quarterly. They are great! They are really good about trying to get in touch with me for service (even if I don't call back right away).

Technician inspected the house for evidence of active termite infestation and, finding none, offered preventative treatment if desired for a very reasonable price. Treatment was neatly and efficiently applied.
