I called, he promotly called me back. They came out the next day to inspect and the day after that was ready to do the work. Even upon completion, he went above and beyond and helped us with a few ants. Very much appreciated and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

the whole thing took just a few minutes and required absolutely no involvement on my part. I just showed where the nest was, and it was cleaned out very nicely and quickly. The guy seemed eager to sell me additional services that I did not need, but a simple "no thank you" was enough, so it was not a problem at all.

Called the week before and made an appointment. They called me the day of the appointment and explained there had been an over time issue on the job ahead of me and they were going to be a little late. Arrived and got the whole job done in less than 3 hours.

This is my second round of using a pest control company this year. Although the young man they sent reassured me several times that outside entry ways to the attic were secure, I continue to hear the familiar noises both in the attic and inside my bedroom wall. One thing I did notice, was that the man who came here each time seemed always in a hurry to leave. Maybe he was busy with other jobs. I had two fruit trees cut down and two large trees in my front yard cut back to minimize squirrels jumping onto my roof. This action was not advice given to me; I decided to become more proactive in removing incentives for rats to come by and stay. Was told by the owner of this company there is a rat epidemic in the metro area. Not sure if that is true or just a scare tactic. The last treatment was done 11/30 and I was told this is likely the last time I would need them to come by. Well, that's true, since I don't want them back. I do not know what the alternative is in dealing with this problem other than have my home formally inspected to find out how the critters are getting in and then hire someone to replace/fix the weak areas. After that, I can put out my own traps and poison.

We have been hearing rats in our attic at night. Called Metro Pest Control and talked to the owner at 8 am on a Tuesday. I explained what was going on and he provided some information about the best way to help manage rats. He told me he could have somebody come out that same day before 2 pm. They called in advance and showed up by 11:30. Keith, the technician, was very helpful and informative. He pointed out several possible entry points that rats may be getting into my attic and gave me suggestions for how to seal them up. He placed 4 bait stations around the perimeter of the house, and set 3 snap traps in the attic. The quote I was given in the morning matched exactly what I was charged and feel the value for what I paid was very good. I am now considing hiring Metro Pest Control for my regular bug spraying service as well.

This company has been my one and only for years. This particular event was for a cluttered property leased by a patient/ friend in need. I know the price charged was way below the rate normally expected and the job was especially challenging. The gentlemen were prompt, thorough as possible and courteous as always. I am grateful.

Very responsive to calls, called before arriving both times, arrived promptly, quick, efficient and nice. Will remain with Metro for quarterly service and use them for any other needs. Great customer service.

I had a very good experience with Metro Pest Control. They were able to service my house within one business day of my inquiry and they were able to exterminate my mites thouroghly, the first time. My service technitial was also very friendly and helpful.

He arrived early with a call to see if it was OK and went right to work and did a very good job.

Considering all the hassle with communication, I would say that overall, I am dissatisfied with Metro Pest Control. They did get rid of the rats, but it took a lot of effort on my part. The pricing was not 100% upfront, and clear.

I have no complaints. I spent close to $700 or $800. I'm going to rate them an A all the way down, no matter what. I will use them again in the future.

It went just great and I could not expect any better service. I called into the office and spoke with Bob who was most helpful. He explained how they treat different bugs and what has been going on with sugar ants and how they treat for them. Bob provided me a cost on the different services I was interested in and included the Angielist discount. I was fortunate to catch them at a time they were on hold on a job so they were able to come out the same day I called and perform the work. Mike came out and did the spraying. He did all that Bob and I talked about at the price we had agreed on. Mike was extremely gracious and assured me that we would not have any more problems. I was most pleased with all of Metro's service.

Rodents had done thousands of dollars in damage to the interior of my new car, and I was very distraught about the whole thing. The company responded in a timely manner. The technician was very kind and reassuring, telling me they would take care of everything. They didn't tell me the cost up front right away (even though I was upset, that certainly is the norm for their business, and he should have advised me). The man walked all around the house and garage saying, "see? they can get in there. We'll fix you up". I thought he meant, in that trip. Apparently, he didn't. They treated the garage with thin paper adhesive mats and put 3 large plastic bait houses around the perimeter of the house. Then they said they would have to charge me to come back to retrieve any dead bodies and replace the mats. I couldn't believe the fee didn't include at least one week of return services and I hit the roof. Finally, they called me and said they would not charge me if they happened to be in the area. When they came back, they put down heavier-duty sticky mats. At my desperate request, they finally at least left me a pile of more thin sticky mats to replace them myself. There was no further contact from the company to see how it was going, if I needed more work done, anything. Just silence. I left it that way. In spite of my distress, I'm sure I'm not the first homeowner to approach them that way--that's the nature of their business. I would have appreciated a thorough explanation of charges up front including some sort of estimate of the cost of future work (since the technician had examined the house so carefully, I imagined he would be giving me an idea of cost as well).

He was okay. I didn’t particularly like any of the companies that I called. He was the cheapest and so I went with him. He came out on time. They were great on the phone.

Keith Lowe came to my home 40 min. early. I had set the appointment for 3PM and he came at 2:20PM. He called before he came but I had another exterminator in my home when he called so he ended up waiting for the other company to leave. I explained the situation and showed him the termites I had collected and where I had found them. He then proceeded to inspect my property. He inspected both the inside and outside of my home and did not find termites entering my home. He gave me no written estimate but told me if I was worried about the termites in my yard he would spot treat the area for $100 to $200. In the end I elected to go with another company . The company I went with found a mud tube of active termites in the back porch area of my home showing termites entering my home in this location. Thank goodness I got other estimates! I had four estimates in all and only one of the exterminators found the mud tube by my porch.

they called and were available on the dates I requested. They gave me a two hour window of arrival, but were acutally able to do it early. They did call and confirm the early time was ok. Kieth asked what my problems were and did an inspection and got to work promptly. covered entire inside and outside of the house. Sprayed for carpenter ants, and the problem is gone.Very nice company , would use again.

Excellent service; knowledgeable. Only negative is the price, I think the flee treatment we got was very expensive.

From first contact to completion fo service, all individuals we dealt with were professionals. They were prompt to respond to our emails. In a very timely fashion, we had an appointment to have our place evaluated and treated.

We'd seen some roaches inside the house, coming into the kitchen via an uncaulked seam under a window. They came out and sprayed inside and outside the house. They said that the roaches (German) probably were living in the ground cover growing right next to the house. The same day I caulked the seam under the kitchen window. Haven;t seen any large roaches since then. I did find a small one (maybe a juvenile) in the kitchen 10 days after they treated it. I'm assuming that it came from an egg that had been laid earlier.

Inspection was thorough and treatment options were given. I decided on a spot treatment at this time and will see if that solves the problem. If not, I will go for a more thorough treatment

I had a pleasant experience booking the appointment and with the gentlemen that came to our home to assess and spray. He seemed very knowledgeable, was friendly, and did a great job.

Where I live, carpenter ants have routinely climbed up alongside the staircase leading up to my second-story condo and walking around the front of my tiny porch area. There are some quarter-sized holes at the top of the stairs, where some painted metal flashing exposes holes in the exterior wooden trim and where the stairs is supposed to join the landing. Before I called Metro Pest, I had also begun having problems with finding large, usually brown, cockroaches in my bedroom and adjacent bathroom. When I first called to get an estimate, Bob answered. He was very, very knowledgeable and was able to answer my dozen or so questions about cockroaches and carpenter ants. He also mentioned, besides having served on the local pest control boards for the EPA and so on, that they have a licensed Ph.D. entomologist on staff, who specializes in bugs. Bob assured me that if they didn't already know the answers to whatever bug problems I had, they would know how to find them. That convinced me to hire them. Initially Bob's quote to me was $150. A few days later, Bob's associate, Michael, showed up to spray and dust. Michael was very friendly, chipper, and eager to help. He quickly went to work and soon was injecting powdered ant killer into the cracks and crevices both along the bottom and top of my front porch area, assuring me that the chemicals used (primary ingredient=boric acid) were safe to both humans and pets. Later, he sprayed the same areas with a liquid chemical, too. Then, he went inside and sprayed the areas around my front door, bathroom, and bedroom areas and moved into the dining room, kitchen, and back patio. The entire service was done in about 20 minutes, and I was only charged $135. I thoroughly felt comfortable with these guys and they did a great job! I no longer see carpenter ants running around my stairs outside and haven't seen a cockroach in a little over a week!
